I prefer using the Remote North Parking because its location is more convenient for my commute. The earlier you book in advance online, the cheaper! They say shuttles run every 15 minutes but that's not quite true in the evenings and early mornings. If you have a late arrival after 10pm or so, be prepared to wait awhile for a shuttle back to the parking lot. I will say that the Remote South lot seems to have more shuttles which run more frequently (I do believe it's a bigger lot as well). Regardless, for the price point I have no complaints. Just don't come here if you're running late for your flight and are in a major rush. read more

If I could have given -10 "fallen stars" I would have. This service for a lack of a better description "sux". Left D/FW for a Christmas trip on 23/December and returned 31/December (New Year's Eve) at 05:45 p.m. and waited for a return to the parking lot for well over 1 hour and 15 minutes as we were wanting to pick up our dog at the kennel before closing at 07:30 p.m. Another passenger had waited over 90 minutes and called the Remote offices several times before being told that they are short-handed with almost all driver's and management calling out because of the impending NYE festivities. Are you kidding me? Someone in upper management should be held accountable all the way down to the scheduler who allowed this many driver's to be off at once. No accountability for poor service if any. the one saving grace was a "South-bound" driver turned around and changed his marquee to North-bound and I got to the our auto late and could not pick-up my dog as scheduled. The "do-nothing" politicians who advocate for more money for this airport should be ridden out on the "rail" they installed that no one rides. read more

Buses do not run every 15 mins. Waited 22 mins for bus to show up. Driver then tells me I have to wait another 10 before we can leave to go to the terminal. Operations manager left at 3:15 and even the drivers for the other buses going to different terminals could not get anyone to help. read more

Last two visits to the airport has required a wait of over 30 minutes for a remote north shuttle. Remote South shuttle can by 3 times before a remote north shuttle came by. And the app is not accurate. Even the bus driver told me the app was not accurate. read more

You get what you pay for .... I booked her for $12 (total) for 3 days of parking in late April 2024. You can't beat the price. Drop off at airport was ok (from time I left my car to arrival at Terminal B was 35 minutes , including wait time and ride time). That was on an early Saturday morning. The return is where things feel slower , maybe it's bc everyone is anxious to get home. In the return trip from Terminal B - wait time was 23 minutes and then another 20 min to get back to the parking lot. The buses are clean , and the drivers are nice / polite. But obviously you're paying with your time since the buses don't run as much. (I never tried them during the work week - maybe they are faster?). Regardless, def budget 45-50 minutes from car to terminal and vice versa. The buses are grouped as follows: ABC terminals for one bus / route, and DE terminals for the other. read more

This is the new TEXRail park and ride into the Airport. It's a quick ride however it will get you only to Terminal B then you will need to skylink to wherever you fly out of. Not sure how "doable" this option is but if you have to leave your car at the airport this is def a less expensive option. This place is always tricky to get to, but it won't be a problem if you have a good driving / directions app in your phone. Once you get here, you get a ticket and then find a parking spot. Take you stuff to the front and then catch your shuttle to your airline at the main airport. read more

Why is everyone hating on Remote North? This is our preferred place to park at DFW. You're on airport property, the lighting is good and there are regular shuttles to and from the terminals. There's even a warm place to wait - with bathrooms (which could be cleaner TBH) - if the shuttles aren't back yet. Like everyone else, it does get tiring waiting for the return shuttles back to the lot from the terminals but I've never waited more than 10 minutes. The pricing is good, it's easy in-out with the Tolltag and I always know where to find my car in the lot. One note: The pricing just went up from $7/day to $10/day, which might tempt me into one of the off-site lots where I can use a coupon. But *only* if I have a coupon and the time to spare for the extra drive distance. read more

Remote north is the worst remote parking I've used. The wait from the parking lot is usually within 20 mins but pickup from a terminal often takes forever. The last time I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was waiting before 4 PM. It took over 15 minutes before the first bus showed up and it was full. We had to wait another 6 mins for the next bus to show up. It's time to consider other parking options when flying via DFW the next time. read more

Do you not use them. It is two dollars more to use express rather than remote and they have way more shuttles. When three remote vans went by and for all labeled south I inquired and the guy said that's impossible. Then he offered that perhaps they had not change their sign! I would not give it any stars! We use lots of options to park at DFW including park and ride, the spot, terminal parking. This was by far the WORST experience ever. 9pm 40 min on phone and STILL no answer. Directions say call for pickup. We watched the other shuttles come and go 3 times and we couldn't even reach ours. someone did come after 20 minutes of waiting but that's not what is advertised. should have listened to the horrible reviews. and one final note. I finally hung up the phone after 45 minutes. there is no one on the other end of that line. doesn't leave you with a lot of security that you will even get back to your car read more

I've used remote parking several times and never had an issue until this past trip. I should have realized when dropping off my vehicle there was a problem. The people in the booth took forever to tell me where to park and actually seemed confused that I wanted to park there. Arriving back in town a week later I had to wait over 45 minutes at 1 in the morning for one of the buses. They only came after I continued to call them four different times asking to be picked up and taken to my vehicle. Upon giving my ticket to the driver to be taken to my car it was discovered that the original parking attendants gave me a NORTH parking card and I was actually parked in SOUTH parking. FML..... I had seen the south bus go by about 5 times while waiting on the never arriving North one. Their incompetence put me getting home about an hour later than I should have. Not a great way to end a trip. read more

Worst service I have ever had parking at Remote North parking DFW. Almost missed flight waiting for bus. We then had to go to 3 different terminals. On the way back the wait for remote bus extremely long. We also had to go to several terminals. The bus was packed, no trim to sit or put our luggage. They need more buses. After a long trip we had to ONLY to wait 30 minutes for a packed Remote North shuttle to come by. While waiting the Remote South Shuttle came by 3 times. The Express Shuttle & Parking Spot Shuttle came by so many times that I lost count. BUT I now know that if we use a Shuttle again we know which one we might be using. I can certainly say that the $10 a day wasn't worth it IMHO. read more

After we sat down he was immediately handing us an ice cold water and striking up positive conversation asking how our trip was. Be prepared to to take forever! The busses take a while to get there. Depending on the routing you may be going through 2 additional terminals to pick people up. From the time you get outside until the time you get to your car it might be 40 minutes. I guess business is good enough to not accommodate with more busses. We have used Remote North Parking several times and have always had a good experience. The wait time is not bad at all. Usually we wait less than 5 minutes to get picked up to go to the terminal and about 10 minutes to go from the terminal back to the parking lot. You can also drive out and pay using your tolltag or use your credit card. Pretty simple. read more
