I had a horrible experience with DFW Airport valet. The whole point of paying $45 a day is to make my departure and arrival seamless. I left for a vacation on Monday and returned four days later on Friday. Upon landing I expect to receive a text message telling me where I can retrieve my car. There was nothing. There was no communication at all. When I finally found my car after someone at the airport told me where I need to pick it up, the valet guy didn't even ask for identification or confirmation of who I was before he just unlocked my car. Anyone could've walked up to my car and taken it. When I asked him why I didn't get a text telling me where my car was located, he asked me to confirm my number, he had the correct number, and then I magically got a text right then with information about my car. I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Don. When I told Dan that I was disappointed in this service rather than apologizing immediately he told me it was not their fault because they can't help when the automated text messages are sent out by cell towers. Rather than apologizing for the valet guy opening my car without any verification, he asked me if the valet guy had any reason to suspect that I was not the owner of the car. He then proceeded to tell me that he was sorry that I had had a bad flight, like that was the reason I was upset about the service when I was about to pay them $360 for this service. I paid $45 a day plus an extra $100 for them to detail the inside of my car. when we got in my car whoever detailed it had left my Stanley cup full of water laying down in my passenger front seat. The water had been sitting on my leather for a day and a half and had sunk down into all of the holes in my heated and ventilated seats. I have reached out to them several times over text with no response. It's funny when I approved them cleaning my car and spending the extra money they texted me back immediately saying great we'll get it done. But when I texted them last night upon returning to my house and letting them know that I was displeased with their cleaning service because of the water situation, crickets. There are other valet services at DFW I hope you do more research than I did and never use this company. The valet guy was so unprofessional, the manager was so unprofessional, please don't waste your money. read more

Got back to DFW... car was parked on roof, valet employee asked "do you want me to go get it?". We paid ($100 to park for 2 days) got to exit gate wouldn't open, no record of payment although we had paid receipt on phone. Exit gate operator had to call valet service 2 times to verify that paid. This is our third bad experience with DFW valet. Never had a bad experience with Freedom Park, they always communicate very well and car is always ready when you get back to airport. Valet CRASHED my $85k truck and keep deleting my reviews about all the ways they've screwed me.

Not a fan and I don't plan on ever using them again. I made a reservation online for a late morning drop off with a same-day pickup later that evening. When I got to the E7 valet booth, no one was there. I called the number and mentioned I had a reservation and the guy on the phone insisted on blaming me for his mistake or inability to differentiate between AM and PM. Online, it never asked for a drop off time, only a time for when I want to pick the car up so I put in 8:45PM. Phone Guy insisted that I scheduled it for 8:45AM and "when you didn't show up, we left." Um, no. My confirmation email clearly says PM. Phone Guy was pretty darn stubborn and wasn't going to admit he read the reservation wrong. Beyond frustrated, I was given 2 options: wait 15-20 minutes for someone to meet me at the E7 booth or drive to E17 and drop my car off there. I didn't want to leave the fate of making my flight in someone else's hands so I drove to the other valet drop off point and hustled back to E7 to go through security. When dropping off the car, the gentleman there was super kind. I asked him to help me understand what I was misunderstanding when it came to my reservation (I briefly explained the mishap involving Phone Guy) and even he didn't understand why Phone Guy read it as AM instead of PM. In either case, I handed over my key card and tipped him since he was a breath of fresh air compared to Phone Guy. As I was boarding the plane, I got a notification that my car doors were unlocked. I checked the app and sure enough, someone parked the car but didn't bother locking the doors. Not really the best idea when you have a Tesla. I locked it remotely and kept an eye on the sentry cameras. A bonus is that they charge your car for free. They kept my car plugged in the entire time and when it came to picking up my car, it was driven to the correct valet booth so that I didn't have to trek back to E17 after a full day of traveling. The fellas at the booth were pretty chill and my car didn't have any damages or weird odors in the car (common when someone else drives, i.e. smokers). Also, it wasn't ransacked, which was a huge sigh of relief since it was left unlocked for nearly an hour. Thieves work quickly! I'll give this place 2 stars because my interaction with the nice guy saved this review from being a complete put down, and the fact that my car was returned without damage or anything stolen. I wish I got Phone Guy's name because that dude was a complete ass hat and should be fired for blatant incompetence and a complete disregard for customer service. read more

Not one to leave a review but twice in 2 months did I request the car wash option. Came back to the same exact dirty car but the charged me for the wash. Filled out a claim form, but they still have not credited me back. Still following up which is ridiculous. Also have had no car at the gate upon return- will never use DFW valet again. read more

Horrible service by Ursula and her team. They didn't write down my flight number properly. When I arrived my vehicle wasn't waiting and I was told to wait 30 minutes. I called for support and the man answering talked very rudely, despite this being their mistake. Further, the manager Ursula, and the man answering both hung up on me. Not the first time that they tell me they have staffing issues and that's why I have to wait ( for an hour ) for a Valet car must be a bad joke. Don't park with them! They know the schedule of arrivals and they should plan on getting cars to the right gate at the right time. Not to have clients ( there were about 10 of us) waiting to get the car and all we can get out of them is that they are short on people. We'll plan better. I had been due to fly out to Germany and I was running late. Asked one of the valets about where the normal parking was. He was very helpful. But discouraged me from parking in the normal spots because people drive into them quickly and use them up. I was in a bit of a rush and asked well don't you do parking too? He said yes, that it would be quicker. I said ok and gave him my key fob. He got information from me I let him know that I am a disabled Vet. I got to my flight with extra time to spare. They said that they would call me if they needed anything. I did it so fast that I didn't realize I didn't do any vetting them and I noticed that None of the prices were disclosed. I called and found out that they charge a high $48.00 a day. $500 total! Had I known this, I wouldn't have used their services. But I guess they knew this. Especially as a Disabled Veteran parking at the airport is free. I spoke with one of the Managers and he stated that being a Disabled Veteran didn't matter anymore and that it was changed 6 months ago. You have to have a wheelchair on your plate. I felt that this was strange because I went to the airport 3 months ago and didn't pay for parking. And I really felt that his aggression and statements about being a Disabled Veteran didn't mean anything was disrespectful, hurtful and unnecessary. read more

About half of the time your car will not be at the gate when you arrive. We have to wait 20 minutes for them to drive our car to the correct gate which defeats the whole purpose of paying for the valet service. When I asked the valet guys about this, don't know why this happens. read more

I've been using DFW Airport Valet for years. Flying out of any gate at DFW does not guarantee that you will return to that same terminal. Getting to your vehicle can be a pain. The airport valet really makes things easy. However, the last few times my vehicle was completely ransacked. Someone tore into everything in a hurry looking for anything valuable. About $10.00 in quarters and a $20 starbucks gift card were removed. Made a complete mess and removed items that doesn't belong to them. Also, my truck was not at my gate the last few trips. Long story short, it's convenient, but crazy expensive and your vehicle will be gone through with abandon. Best of luck read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been using DFW valet for 9 years. And up until the last year, they have made traveling more convenient. Not anymore and they will never get another dollar from me or my company. Issue 1: A few weeks ago, my husband and son arrived and went to the booth where they said our car was. There was no one there. No car. He called. He was told he had to walk to the nearest booth (16 gates away) despite telling them he had our toddler, his stroller and 4 bags. ABSURD. Issue 2: Tonight, despite having my flight info, they were unable to track my arrival time and gate correctly. They were rude the first time I called to confirm it's location. The gate changed and I tried to call again to reconfirm but couldn't get through due to high volume. So I sucked it up and rode the sky train 4 stops to the original confirmed location. I arrive at the place they confirmed and no attendant and no car. When he finally came back, he said my car was still in the secure area. Not at another gate. But not even picked up yet. WHAT IS THE POINT OF DFW VALET? I understand tonight was a challenging travel night but you can track our flights and our gates. Extremely disappointing and I will go out of my way to share these experiences and discourage people from using them. read more

Consistently unprepared to accept or deliver my vehicle in a Valet type manner. Never able to scan a reservation and seldom has the car ready when I arrive and I'm using the service at least twice a week. Multiple occasions managers were supposed to call back due to poor service or attitude and have never heard back from anyone. Sole reason to use is the ability to drop off without making a reservation. Freedom park is my preferred service but hardly use any longer due to need for reservations Another day another return without the car at valet...I called ahead, they even sent me a text as to where to be yet they don't have the car. read more

Keeps getting worse every day. Confusing, disorganized, full of excuses and it's quite obvious they know it. Easy to find when you arrive, a nightmare when you go pick up your car. Today I landed and nobody texted me to let me know where my car was (like they used to do). I had to walk almost for 10min to find them and the guy blamed the system they used for texting, saying only 77% of the people get the text. Then, he calls for my car to be brought and the driver (a very young kid) drives by us and had to make another lap before he found us. For the time that I waited and how much I walked, Parking at the terminal would have been as convenient as valet and a lot cheaper. Probably not going to use it again. read more

DFW airport valet sucks. Flight due to arrive at 11 Pm. They texted me at 10:30 AM that my car was at gate. I called and gave them flight number again. When I arrived at 11 pm, the car was still where they had parked it at 10:30 am. So I had to wait in the cold while they brought the car around. Horrible service. Last two times I've used DFW Valet they didn't have the car when we arrived. Had to wait almost 2 hours the first time and 1 hour the second. Probably should change the name from DFW Airport Valet to DFW Airport Waiting Lounge... read more

If I could leave a Zero I would, I valeted with DFW valet and after landing waited more than 45 minutes for my vehicle. My flight was 3 hours so they had 3 hours to get my vehicle to the staging area on top of having more than 3 days notice as to when I would be arriving back. You can't blame a staff shortage on this they had three plus days to prepare for this. read more

Good solid service, dependable with individuals who are knowledgeable and courteous. I would give the airport valet five stars if it were not for the $30 per day charge. I believe this to be a poor value. However for individuals who are not cost conscious and value convenience perhaps it is not onerous. I believe that they overcharge and would recommend a $22 per day charge as being far more reasonable. I used to park with Valletta Who were taken over by DFW valet. The former valet company charged an average of $22 per day and provided a service of dropping off your vehicle to get serviced at either Mercedes or similar nearby dealerships. read more

Tonight was the third strike for DFW valet. First strike: paid $150 for the worst detailing ever. Second strike: had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my car even though I had received an arrival text. Third strike: they broke the paddle shifter on my Audi TTS. As I was driving after picking up my car, I noticed a red light reflecting on the dash that I'd never seen before. It appeared to be coming from the back of the steering wheel. I then noticed that the paddle shifter was missing. As I was waiting in line to exit the airport I turned on the overhead light to start looking for the shifter and I found it on the floor of the car. (Please see pictures below.) I've emailed their support but I am livid. How does one even break off a paddle shifter?! And why are you using the paddle shifters to park my car with an automatic transmission?! I will be taking my car to Audi this week for a repair quote and they will be paying for it. Do yourself a favor and skip DFW valet. Go with Express North or a ride share app instead. read more

Let me add to this Hit parade, I got conned over using them over the other airport valet, with the promise of a 50% discount. HOWEVER, what they didn't tell me was it had to be prepaid, even though the attendant told me since they were having problem with the computers, it wouldn't be an issue. It was an issue at 6am a week later when I picked up the vehicle, everyone played dumb, and if I wanted my car, it was full price. So I will be disputing the amount with cc company. So kid's a word to the wise, don't use these guys. Ever. Being a Golf Professional and having many new faces coming in due to the PGA Headquarters, be very aware that you do not use the guys in the orange shirts. I owe it to our organization to keep them informed of unscrupulous companies, and this is one. It's one thing to make a profit, I don't have a problem with that, this is America, and we are capitalist's, but to double the amount. Not cool. Wish I could give 0 stars. Only if Zero Stars were an option... Picked up my vehicle with obvious damage to the tint on the window. Rather than calling a manager, the employee who was manning the booth handed me a sheet of paper to fill out my own claim while she continued to talk on the phone like this was to much of a burden for her to deal with and said someone would be reaching out in the morning. Didn't hear anything and when I called into the DFW Valet office following up the "Manager" who is responsible for claims is out of the office, was transferred to a "Supervisor" who tried to tell me that the damage was probably my fault, they would have to do a full investigation with everyone involved including the person(s) who checked me in, drove the vehicle and checked me out. And after that was completed someone might say that they were responsible for it but that they aren't going to pay for something that DFW Valet can not 100% confirm is their fault. Mind you this is their stance on window tint; would hate to see how they respond to body damage, missing/stolen property or anything else. Due to horrible customer service, poor management and lack of overall responsibility or accountability I will not be using this service ever again and would strongly warn others as well, especially when there are other companies who offer the exact same service at almost the same exact rate. read more

We ONLY use the DFW Airport Valet option at DFW now! It's been a life (& sanity) saver more times than I can count for our large family! We make a reservation online via their app and everything is taken care of in just a few clicks. They help us with our luggage, have us drop our car convenient to the gate and terminal we depart from and always have our car ready at the closest exit (in the parking garage) from our baggage claim when we return! It's been an amazing gift to be able to use their service! They will also wash & detail our car (for a few) while we are gone & help us load our luggage for the ride home. What's the point of paying for valet as they have to cal dispatch to bring your car when you arrive.

My flight landed on schedule on 11-17.21 at 9;15 pm. I had no checked baggage so went straight to the valet station. The valet noticed my ticket had not been validated so he said give me a minute. Thirty minutes later he comes back, gives me my ticket and I go to the gate to pay and get out. I insert my 'validated ticket' and nothing. After several tries I rang the bell. i spoke to someone on an intercom. My ticket had not been validated correctly. They called someone from valet services. It is now one hour and fifteen minutes since I landed that someone came to physically let me out the gate. Ridiculous that this still happens. Half of them barely speak English on top of everything else. DFW Airport could surely do better than this. Don't waste your money on these guys! read more

Terrible organization - the last 2 times I flew in my car was not available at the assigned station despite receiving email notification the cars were available. The management of the operation is terrible. They leave their front line employees hanging with the customer because they don't staff properly and have a poor system of organization. Use another service with a more reliable and ORGANIZED dispatch. They are terrible. I feel bad for the guys working the valet desk. read more

Somehow they are only valet company that doesn't accept text messages upon arrival or changes to flight. FYI text messages are time stamped and on planes you can't call but can text on wifi. Got an earlier flight now have to wait a half hour for car. So why pay for valet to wait at least half hour! read more

Tried to pull into the parking garage at C to park my car Tuesday morning and there were cars backed up and blocking the aisles. Cars were 2 deep with no driver and the DFW Airport Valet guys standing around looking at each other. Sat there for about three minutes while they sorted it out. What a mess. read more
