Called up there and they said "thats 6 months, our warranty is like 5 months"; Of course I'm being told the warranty is shorter than the period since they've "repaired it". The mechanic I just went to (Bk auto repair) insures a 2 year warranty or 10000 miles. So I guess pick your mechanics who will actually fix things, and if something goes wrong on their part, fixes it right again.

I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a few years as I'd had such good experiences with my last two Lexus vehicles. But it all changed when that last accident totaled three cars due to someone driving under the influence. And so began my search for the perfect new (or potentially used) car. I went to so many dealerships and test drove everything I thought I might like. Volvos, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes, BMW and Toyota to name a few. I called dealerships. I searched online. I had so many tabs open on my phone & photos saved that it was beginning to overwhelm me. I was disappointed and lied to by more than one salesman to be sure until I visited FAMILY TOYOTA in Burleson. My salesman was Dominic Gomez and how he changed my perspective of a car salesman! He was honest & upfront with me and genuinely cared about my needs, budget and concerns. He heard me out and was patient to the point of even setting up my phone with the Toyota App. When I was ready to buy my new Toyota BZ, he didn't flinch when I said I needed to drive the Toyota Crown "just to be sure" since I love a luxury car. In the end, I went with the new 2026 BZ Limited BEV (battery electric vehicle) as I just love the smooth ride, platform and trim (not to mention the huge savings by not buying gasoline)! The store's General Manager is Dustin and he was most accommodating & helpful, too. I was so impressed with the no pressure sales and how clean & organized this dealership is as well. I really can't say enough having been through so much these last two months as I did extensive research & was really losing hope until I walked into FAMILY. I had other car salesmen from premier dealerships literally lie to my face about prices but this didn't happen here. I ordered a Mercedes Benz and they gave me $100 off the price…read more I paid $700 for the car to be shipped to me which was originally supposed to take 2-3 days max delivery from Texas to California. It's Monday now and I haven't received the car. It's weird because the dealer and the shipper keep telling me it'll arrive "today" every single day. Well today finally came after all of the dealer and shipper drama. The Benz paint was all covered in some sort of orange sticky oil or transmission fluid as the truck above it the last week has been dripping and leaking. And the cherry on top is that the shipper refused to give me the car because the dealer hadn't paid the shipper the delivery cost. Ridiculous. A car dealer that doesn't know how to deliver a car. After payment has been made. The worst car buying experience of my lifetime. The dealer called me this morning threatening me and calling me a shitty person after all they put ME through . Mondays are busy, so I called Ivan back mid-day, and he said it's better to come by Tuesday. Monday night we ended up buying G63 at Sewell - incredible experience. Tuesday morning at around 8am I ask for a buyer's order for the Macan, so I can get a cashier's check. Ivan texts me an hour later, "the finance manager is sick but we can still make the deal today". Of course he asked for a deposit over the phone, before I could test drive - odd. I agree to head over for a test drive within the hour. As I'm walking out, he texts me to say there's an oil leak, so I can't test drive until Thursday. On Thursday I see online the car was sold. He didn't even call to say, we have other cars if you're interested. Thursday night we bought a new Macan Plano, another great experience. I collect cars and this was by far the strangest experience I've ever had.

Earlier there was this lady that told me how HONEST they were and she always comes here because of it. Also I had a leak in the front hood and they washers my interior (engine/ under the hood) and not to mention they did it quick. they can drop you off if you live within 2 miles from the shop. Comparing other autoshops in Burleson others are too expensive or busy. QUICK AUTO SERVICE IS MY GO TO FOR NOW. I finally found a good auto shop I can trust!!
