We live in the days when most companies who service you pretty much forget who you are after you have been serviced, and could care less about a long term relationship. Well Tim is not one of those guys. Nor does he run his business that way! He is so passionate about what he does, he loves his customers, and stands by not only his service but also by the gadgets that he sells to help you take care of your house. I happened to buy a professional Bona floor mop from him during his initial visit a few months back, but never opened the box till last week. I know you are probably disgusted and wondering if my floors have been dirty all this time, but don't worry I have been vacuuming and swiffering because we were too lazy to open the box and set it all up. Tim is AMAZING. We were in a bind moving into a condo we were renting. The property manager said the carpet had been cleaned and it clearly hadn't as there were food and chunks of what Tim believed was Playdough in the carpet. Well, as a business owner, you never know what you are going to encounter. Tim did an AMAZING job on my wood floors, couches, and rocking chair! My floors look absolutely beautiful and my furniture never better! He scoth guarded all of my furniture and so far my couches and rocking chair still look as incredible as the day he did them! My 2 year old daughter has spilt multiple things on them and to this day the scoth guard has continued to do its job by protecting all of my furniture! I've used him three times now over the past few years and this review is embarassingly overdue! About 4 years ago, I had to move out of a duplex in a moment's notice because my creep next-door-neighbor robbed me (and also the girl in the duplex below me). The landlord was also a complete slumlord (David White - renters beware!!) but I was bound and determined to get my deposit back! I found a deal for DFW Steam Cleaning on a Groupon-type site and emailed stating my need for an appointment as soon as humanly possible. Tim squeezed me into his schedule the very next day and did an awesome job on my somewhat pet-stained carpets. I called on him again when I moved into my current apartment a couple years ago, and decided I wasn't thrilled with the condition of the carpets. They were 1,000 times better after he worked his magic. The third visit was just recently, to pull deeply embedded grease stains from the carpet around the sofas caused by my now ex-roommate who lived on pizza alone and had the eating skills of a 2-year-old. Again, miracles were worked that day! I recommend Tim to anyone and everyone and will continue calling on him every time, regardless if I come across a super cheap carpet deal on Groupon or any of the likes. I read some reviews and I thought this was the perfect company to clean my carpet but nooo Jacob came to my hose and did my 3 bedrooms in one hour I had asked and paid for stain removal and the stains are still there the company charges extra for the "treatment " which he didn't apply. He did not pre treat carpet to remove stains. This is one of the worst carpet wetting job. Not cleaning. Jacob said later that this company doesn't warranty stain removal but then why charge extra for something you're not going to do. This company will just pocket your money read more

I had Tim back out for my rugs and added in some cloth furniture as well. We had this pink toothpaste stain (thanks to our two year old) on my white natural wool area rug, which from what I had read is near impossible to remove from wool due to the dyes in the toothpaste. Nothing we tried on our own would clean it and we were worried about destroying the fibers with chemicals. But Tim spent a lot of extra time on it at no extra charge and was able to get the pink out! We've used DFW Steam Cleaning a few times now. Tim and his crew have been fantastic each time we used his company. He was able to get stains out other cleaners never could and at a fraction of others prices. We have a several thousand dollar old tapestry we thought was ruined that other cleaners failed to clean properly yet Tim was also able to save it for us and got each stain out completely. The job he did on our hardwood floors, carpets, and tapestry is in another league compared to the horrible sub par service of other cleaners we've used in the past like stanly steamer. We priced out several different options and Tim is very fairly priced and was very easy to schedule with despite what the other negative reviews say. We loved the no rush service and price by the square foot vs time. My girlfriend was home alone when Tim came last and there was no pushy upselling or trying to sell useless crap because she is a woman. We bought a new house and the previous owners had three dogs, so I wanted to have all the wood and tile floors professionally cleaned (we got new carpet.) We were on a difficult timeline between painters finishing and movers bringing our stuff, and Tim and Jacob came out the night before the movers came and did a great job. Tim showed me the dirty grey water from my kitchen and family room. Yuck! And when I tried the "wet paper towel on the floor test" after he was done, it came up clean! I didn't know tile floors could get that clean! One wood floor had wax residue on it, so it needed an extra step. Tim didn't have enough of the product, so he arranged to come back two days later, on a Saturday, to finish up. He told me exactly what he was going to do, made recommendations without pressure, and has some really nifty enzyme stuff that obliterated an ugly "furniture stain" stain that neither he nor I figured would come out. I called this company and left a voicemail then was able to schedule an appointment online. Tim from the company then emailed me asking what I needed done. So I explained. Not once did I get an actual phone call to discuss my needs! Also I was not informed in either of the two basic emails that the appointment I picked would not be fulfilled. Unfortunately there was a stain that we didn't even know was there that the cleaning brought out and they weren't able to get it completely out but gave us some good ideas using a bleaching pen to fix it. This is our first house and my girlfriend and I had the worst stains. Tim took care of 95% which I can live with. The one he couldn't get out was a red stain probably kool aid or strawberry wine.
