During the session, the therapist made contact with the side of my breast more than once while stretching my arm. It did not feel controlled or professionally handled, and it made me very uncomfortable. I had to turn fully onto my side to prevent further contact, after which it finally stopped. Overall, the session lacked proper technique, body awareness, and professional boundaries. I did not feel at ease during the massage and couldn't wait for it to end. I was considering asking him to stop and leaving, and now I really wish I had. Clients should be able to trust that they are in safe, skilled hands, and that was not my experience. I hope the business takes this seriously and addresses training and client safety. If this therapist is new, he should not be working unsupervised with clients until properly trained. This review reflects my experience with one therapist only and is not a reflection of the entire business. The reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated.

BB's nail room is inside a store front labeled "Mustard Seed" and her room is through the front and the door on the left. Dear anyone that may be helpful…read more I am writing regarding the gel manicure I received at your salon on 7/7. I wouldn't be taking this to the level I am if I wasn't treated poorly on the phone. During my appointment, the technician used an electric file directly on my natural nails after removing my previous gel manicure. As someone who had only had a gel manicure once before, I trusted your staff's expertise and did not realize the amount of filing being done was abnormal even though it was burning me. Following the appointment, my natural nails became extremely thin, soft, and painful. (the same day) They now bend easily and are tearing down toward the cuticle. Because of the damage, I cannot safely have another manicure performed. When I called to discuss the issue, as I am not local, I requested a refund with proof of damage. Instead of addressing the damage that had already been done, I was told I would only be offered a redo. That a refund isn't part of their policy. Given the condition of my nails, another service was not an appropriate solution. I also found the way I was spoken to during this interaction to be unprofessional and upsetting, especially since I was only visiting the area to celebrate my birthday. I have documented the condition of my nails with photographs and am continuing to do so. If necessary, I will also seek medical evaluation for the damage. I am requesting a full refund of 80 (70 for gel and 10 for tip) within 10 business days of receiving this message. If this matter cannot be resolved, I am prepared to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and consider pursuing reimbursement through small claims court for the cost of the service and any additional damages supported by documentation. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and without further action. I have photo proof.
