I recently came down to KW for all of fantasy fest. I unfortunately did not have the time to get nails done before I drove down. I'm often skeptical of getting services like this on a vacation, because I normally end up paying more than when I do at home for far less quality, I am REALLY hard in my nails and don't keep them done all year round. Nail bar was right across the street, so the first morning I was there I walked in for a gel mani and pedi. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Belkis was there with a smile and a mimosa![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She did a fantastic job on my bright neon orange nails (which DID glow under black light). We came the day before FF and left the day after, with a days drive home. I spent hours upon hours in the pool and everything was still perfect. Will be back my next time in KW. read more

I'm seriously confused about our visit here, looking back- it's probably because they knew we were tourist and not coming back anytime soon so why not make as much as you can off of us. We got a recommendation from our hotel concierge to get our mani and pedis from here. We were 4 people, 1 was a male. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We walked in and they offered us a class of bubbles so we accepted, it seemed all the other clients had them too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We proceeded to get our services done, we all had manis and pedis- my partner who's male had a regular mani : pedi, and us 3 ladies got shellac pedis and gel manicures. Now, I've had my nails done all over the world and paid numerous different prices depending on the salon.. but I was shocked when we went to cash out that our total was 750USD. The girls all went up to the register and just started adding line items- they were done so fast I honesty had no idea what they were for, I did see that they charged us for the cheap glasses of bubbles we were offered which was a little ridiculous since you were clearly already abusing us by adding on random charges. Because I had no clue what happened and I didn't want to start our vaca off of the wrong foot I paid and we left. Told myself we just won't come back. The reason I feel compelled to write this review is because post vaca the girls nails lasted no more then 1 week. Mine lasted (the gel fill with gel polish) but the funny thing was, as she was "filling" my gel overlay I asked her if this was a new way as I've never had it done without it burning or the UV light and she almost got offended and was like "yes I filled them all" anyhow I got my nails done this week and I was shocked when my regular nail tech went to tell me that I had ACRYLIC on my nails/ NOT gel. I needed a manicure so bad that I opted to get it done while on vacation at a place that charges twice my usual nail place for a basic manicure, sigh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was able to have me in quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's nice and cozy inside, decent color selection and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the owner was very friendly tbh. She was nice and let me try a few shades before I settled on something.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The manicure itself was okay - nothing to write home about tbh. The paint job - less than ideal. I can still see places she missed and some skin that has color on it. They did have a nice fan like device for me to dry my nails. Took about an hour, with 15 min of waiting included. Paid $42 with tip for my manicure. Will I be back? In a pinch - maybe, but I'm not likely to seek them out voluntarily again. Went to get my gel manicure soaked off and ended up costing $50+ for a gel removal and buffing of my nails. I did not even get new polish! 4 days later my nails and breaking and brittle bc they used a drill to take off the gel so terribly. Went in with long strong nails and left with weak, brittle breaking nails that somehow still have gel remnants on them even after using the Dremel to take it off. Will not return. read more

We are LOCALS. While I was at work my teenager went to get a Mani-Pedi for homecoming. They charged her a COVID fee, a massive fee and a pre-determine tip. Our regular salon charges $40 for the same service and same amount of time. My daughter and her friend booked here because we are locals and wanted to share the customer service. She came home crying over the bill, money she earned from her own job. Unless you are a tourist on vacation or a local with unlimited wealth DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have never been so disappointed. BTW the COVID fee? Seriously I'm an RN locally and I asked the girls what "precautions" the took. None. I hope the owner actually reaches out. Because a local is going viral with this ! read more

I booked a same day appointment. I was traveling and it was my first time there. The place is small and when I arrived it was packed. During my visit the phone was ringing for people interested in booking appointments and it seemed like people were walking in the door nonstop to the point I questioned how they could serve everyone. The shop was cute. They serve drinks but I had a coffee with me so I assume that's why I was not offered anything. My nail tech was nice but quiet. I was there about 45 min. Overall I enjoyed the service but looking at the finish once I left I did not feel that it was worth the price. Most of the polish was just in the center of my nails, not covering them fully. I expected to pay more being in Key West, but it was $25 more than my regular pedicures at home, not including tip. In addition to the quality being poor, one nail is so much longer than the others that I'll need to trim it within a week. Not a place I'd visit again. read more

My pedicure also looked like a teenager did it.. The next day the manicure was almost gone haha. I had a flight so I couldn't go back.
