First time I went was great. Pedicure lasted a month but i went yesterday and the young girl cracked my big toe nail while she was filing it. I watched her put glue on it to fix it so of course next day I have a huge chip in my toe nail. I didn't even have her cut them because they were still short now I just paid $55 plus tip for a busted nail. Plus she did not do a good job on my heels. looks like they weren't even done. I didn't plan on coming here but they are open early and they are open on Monday. I was very happy with my mani pedi. They have tons of gel colors and lots of dip colors. Today was not a good experience at my local nail shop. I'm very disappointed but glad my toes came out very good. The manager told me 51 before I started and 66 when it was time to pay. Very good people but don't seem to care if customer gets cut. I got a pedicure for 31 and gel nails for 20 and the manger even explained the price to me. So where the 66 dollars come from idk. Okay although my pedicure turned out okay, I COULD NOT GET OVER THE UNSANITARY conditions of this shop. I had to ask the lady doing my nails to clean her cuticle cutters before using them on me as they still had someone else's DNA hanging off of them. The barbercide was cloudy and murky as though it had cotton balls at the bottom. Both me and my friend noticed that they put the foot scrubber back into a drawer after scrubbing our feet. These things cost less than .25 and they should be using new ones on each client. Which tells us that it was not clean and previously used on people before us and would be used on those after us. So surprised that the Health Dept has not investigated this place. Yes, it is the cheapest that you'll find down here, but NOT worth it. Save yourself and your feet and fingers from fungus or disease. NEVER AGAIN. Should've listened to previous reviews, but we know someone who goes there frequently. Pay the extra $15-25 and go somewhere where you won't have to pay a Dr's bill $$$$ or put your health at risk later on read more

What an enjoyable experience. Mani/Pedi was the one thing I just did not have time to do before heading to Key West. I am super picky about the quality and the experience and rely on my Yelpers to steer me in the right direction when traveling. This is a very busy salon. If you don't want to wait, definitely make an appointment. I typically know Essie colors better, so my only complaint is I struggled with the OPI color selection. Shelly did my mani/pedi. For such a busy salon, I was relieved to see that they take their time, no matter what. She did a fantastic job and was extremely meticulous about the quality of her work. What an enjoyable, relaxing experience. The salon is very clean and well-staffed. My gel manicure is uneven and looks like it was painted on by a 5 year old. Horrible experience. My husband took me here for a mani/pedi (we both got them done) and they asked me no questions on what preferences I'd prefer, if the water was too hot, NOTHING. I had no idea what to expect and hurt me. He also wouldn't continue removing callus off my feet even though I asked repeatedly, even his co worker was pointing out what I was saying and he ignored her. Worst manicure EVER! Stay away from Riki (the owner) very rude, impatiente and agressive, he was trying to get it done fast so he can get the next customer and make more money. I usually go to a girl for a gel manicure and pay $35 but she was sick so I made an appointment with Riki and I asked for a manicure+ over layer of acrylic and ended up paying more than usual and not getting the MANICURE I came for, after I asked for the price before. One of the BEST manicure and pedicures I have ever had. I was very happy with the service and the people were really nice. VIN was my manicurist and he took his time and detailed my nails and feet. They were soft and polished neatly. As a tourist in the area, I found it hard to find a place to get my nails done that was not outrageously priced. One place wanted 85 dollars and that was with out the tip! I was happy to leave a $20 tip for Vin when the service for nails and feet was only $48.00. It was a very good experience. I went today for a gel fill and manicure by appointment with Tammie. I use her when I come to key west, we used the OPI I'm Not Really a Waitress gel polish and added silver glitter on two nails. So many things wrong. 1. She cut my toe TWO times while doing my cuticles. 2. She wiped my blood off with the towel my feet were sitting on... repeatedly. 3. She painted my toes and THEN told me there wasn't she enough paint for my nails- I had to pick a different color. 4. I asked for change of a twenty for tip and she brought back two $5 bills and one $10 bill- assuming she'd get a $10 tip I guess. 5. She wasn't very friendly. 6. The mani pedi was overpriced 7.
