People complain about how the other nail place in Key Plaza is really bad, and this place is so…read moremuch better, but it really isn't. Every single manicure I've gotten they've just cut and scraped so far down into my cuticles, that I bleed, even when I've asked them not to do any trimming or using the cutting things. Yes I have had some nice looking outcomes of my manicures and pedicures , but I always end up with sore spots that are swollen and bleed, and sometimes get infected. So not sure that I can really recommend this place. Also, it's very expensive. And they only have two people on staff right now so you have to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment which is kind of crazy if you're getting a fill because really should be coming in every three weeks or so.

It's rare to find a salon where both stylists are this good! Lindsay also cuts my husbands hair and he's more picky about his hair than I am! Both April and Lindsay have styled my friends very long hair beautifully, added the prettiest highlights and wavy beach curls. Three weeks later, no chips, no issues, still look great but getting long. I consider this the best Gel manicure I have received in years. When I am back in Key West, I will definitely return.

I don't know what it is, but it feels amazing :). The owner looks like he knows how to run a business and maintains his customers satisfaction standards; I respect that.
