We recently asked DG Textile Care to clean two chairs, which were upholstered in raw silk, and a high end oriental rug. I sent photos to them, they sent back an estimate and we arranged a cleaning date for the chairs and a pick up for the carpet. The technician arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the chairs. We had DG Textile come give us an estimate a few weeks ago. Dave arrived on time and was super friendly. The quote came a few hours later via email, as promised, and we were happy with the price. We have a large single family home in Ashburn. The carpets are all original to the house, around 25 years old. We are putting our house on the market and didn't want to go through the headache and cost of replacing carpets. We decided to get them deep cleaned instead and boy are we impressed! Dave come to our house this past Saturday and worked hard on all three levels and cleaned every stitch of carpeting in our home. They look brand new. I was totally amazed at the results. He got stains out that have been there for years. I couldn't be happier. He was super nice to our dog, who kept following him around everywhere, and he was just so friendly. I found DG Textile Care on Facebook per the recommendation of multiple people. I quickly emailed them asking for a quote, and boy was their response time super quick! I was seeking a carpet cleaning on my two sets of stairs, particularly because when my dog was a puppy, he made quite a few stains that wouldn't come out with a carpet cleaning solution or the Hoover carpet cleaner we have. Megan responded to my email and was able to squeeze me in within a few days. On the day of service, we had two technicians who were professional and friendly. They were here less than an hour, and when they left, my carpets looked brand new. I'll be sure to use them when we decide to clean our bedrooms. Oh, and they are fairly priced! I was looking at Stanley Steemer's price and it was about $30 more than DG. I've already recommended them to my parents and neighbors. read more

Quality cleaning at a reasonable price! Dave came out to clean my daughter's apartment carpet which the landlord had not properly cleaned prior to her move in (Westwind Apts in Ashburn....the worst). From the odor, Dave confirmed our suspicions that the prior tenants were likely smoking in the apt and set expectations up front that a carpet cleaning would not resolve that issue.
