I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning performed by Lint Bandits. The two service technicians were very polite, explained the process to me, answered my numerous questions, and even took photos for me up on the roof where the dryer vent ends. It showed that the vent was 3/4 blocked with lint. They also explained that the vent tube was not even connected to my dryer, which probably explains why there was lint visible behind the dryer as well as a burning smell I've been noticing for the past couple of months when running the dryer. They replaced the tube and properly secured it with bands. I ran two loads in the dryer afterwards - no burning smell, and the clothes were completely dry. I can't say enough good things about Lint Bandits! I have a stackable washer and dryer that is wedged into a closet. These guys came in and were able to move the unit out, clean the vent and even replaced the hose that had not been installed properly the first time.
