I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

I needed an early morning appointment, and they scheduled Victor for 7:30 AM--he actually arrived at 7:25! There was none of the usual "sometime between 8 and noon" window. Victor replaced the faucet on our 1932 pedestal sink, and it works perfectly. He also secured the pipes under the house that had been left unaddressed before by a previous plumber last month.
