The workers were great and super friendly at my visit. I ordered the nachos and they gave us huge portions.

Actually I would give this place 3 1/2 stars, but I'll round up for the review. Not much to say that hasn't already been said. I was picking up a friend who moved to Augusta, but wanted to move back to Florida, and me being a foodie, I wanted to try out some local cuisine. The one local Jamaican restaurant that I found seem to be out of business, so I thought let's get some barbecue. Looking back at it now I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't really a barbecue place but more of a restaurant that did TexMex, similar to Moe's or Chipotle grill. I liked the food here better than Chipotles because they don't put cilantro in everything, yes I'm one of those people who thinks that cilantro taste like soap. I ordered a quesadilla with the ghost pepper chicken, and it was ok, not super spicy. What I really liked was their salsa, it almost resembled a chili, or thick tomato sauce. The booths have cellphone charging stations, and the motif was creative. This restaurant has so much potential, I wish they would expand their menu a little bit. Maybe offer a quarter bbq chicken special. That would be awesome! The restaurant was clean, parking was OK. The staff was friendly even though there is very little interaction with them.

Environment: A Customer Service: B Food Quality: A Price: A Overall Experience: A I truly enjoy this chain as a major competitor to the traditional southwest/burrito chains in the area. They are rapidly expanding, and rightfully so! Freshest to-go burrito in the CSRA. The ingredients are fresher and more abundant than at competitors Chipotle and Moe's. They do not skimp out on toppings and have great queso dip that is free of charge on certain items--such as the nachos (my personal favorite). The selections are pretty similar to your average burrito restaurant. The customer service at times leaves a lot to be desired, but the quality of the food makes up for the service. This is the perfect location for medical employees working downtown who are looking for a quick lunch break. The lines are never long. When they are, the service is still very fast and efficient. Even a 30 minute lunch break employee will make it to eat and back with a little time to spare. Will continue to frequent this location as I have since 2015! A good bang for your buck!

Remind myself I like ordering grilled quesadilla with cheese. And getting all the fillings on the side in a bowl! Thanks, Diablo!

Ambience. A Service. A Food. A Price. A Bright clean open dining room. Has tv and plays high energy music. This reminds me of TexMex food. Grilled meats with fresh topping ingredients. They even have grilled tofu. Place your order at counter. Many options to choose. Don't get frustrated. Just take your time and add whatever you want. I had 2 different meats of chicken and chopped pork and pretty much all the free toppings! It was huge! I notice the burrito is huge. Today I ordered he quesadilla. I just had that with cheese and grilled and put all the ingredients in a bowl. Perfect! Thanks for accommodating my wants. If you eat in, you get all you can eat chips and salsas! Love all the different salsas from mild to ultra hot. All have great flavors. I'm a fan and will be back.

Love a place to charge my phone!!

If you've been to one you've been to them all. I love Diablos. I usually order take out but this time, we ate in. The food is good. I was pleasantly surprised to see a charging station. And wouldn't you know it, my phone really needed it. I have a location by my house but this location helped me out as I was running on empty. It's good to see Diablo's spreading the love around the city.

    Nice charging stations.

Chipotle with an upgrade. I'm not a big fan of chipotle but this place was good. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly. Place was clean and original ( check out the bull smashing through the wall). The coolest plastic utensils dispenser ( for some reason I liked them ). And charging stations in all the booths. I enjoyed the light chips with the smoked salsa. Very tasty. I had lunch for $8.34 a very good bang for your buck. Do stop by and try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Diablos burrito... Definitely worth a visit!

One of our favorite, quick lunch or dinner spots and the staff is so friendly! They have a variety of menu options. The queso is delicious!

Simply put... Diablos, which started locally in Augusta, is way better than Moe's, Barberitos, Chipotle, etc.

And my Carnitas plate was tender and delicious. The menu is wonderful; great selection of food and beverages. My wife enjoyed her Texas Margarita with Tanjin rim. Our server was warm and welcoming, answering our questions and bringing us samples of the pasta soup. Overall, I cannot say enough about Looks Tacos; a truly satisfying dining experience! Apparently, in addition to the location on Washington Road, they have another, larger location on Boyscout road with Draft Beer and a Frozen Margarita Machine... We cannot wait to check it out.

To be expected, I suppose. I was able to be seated quickly (wherever I wanted). Chips and salsa were good. I saw outside they had al pastor, so I decided to order a taco. It was delicious. The fajita quesadilla was pretty good as well. I did not like the beans. I had ordered a margarita, reluctantly because there wasn't a price on the menu. It didn't come right away, so I think my server forgot to put it in. I saw her look and remember and it came with my meal. I could've done without it. Come to find out, it was as much money as my quesadilla ($13!!!) not worth the price. Not sure if they have drink specials certain days. Definitely ask. As I was eating, a gal came in, they set up a speaker and microphone and she started singing songs in Spanish. It was a fun treat, though I only understood some of what she sang. She had a pretty good voice. Definitely wasn't expecting the entertainment, but at least she sounded alright.
