I won't lie the Brazilian was a little painful but not as bad as I was thinking. I'm happy I waited because God led me to the right person to make me feel comfortable and not just as a number. This was my first time having a wax done and it was the complete opposite of what I thought it would be. The process was painless and fast! Johna talked throughout the whole experience letting you know what was being done step by step in which added comfort. Exceptional customer service!! I was so scared going as a first time client because strips hurt like hell. When i saw she uses hard wax i was even more scared because I'd never experienced it before. I would 100% recommend going to Diam Diva for your next wax. The wax wasn't painless, but it was done properly and effectively.
