I had a fantastic experience! This is my first time ever…read morevisiting here. I went in, looking for a specific bra for a specific style of dress. The really sweet gal at the counter on 4/6 around 1:30pm was awesome! The bras are really expensive but she allowed me to try three on before. She honestly told me that maybe we should just go with the tape to lift my breasts in the dress which was about 3 times cheaper. And Retail world, you are constantly trained to upsell upsell, upsell the customer. This was by no means downsizing for the stores quota. This is legitimately amazing customer service, because I still spent a decent amount of money in there, and I'll go in again because she was so cool and helpful. She was honest, she listened to my needs, and we were on the same page. Here's the deal. Had I bought the almost $80 bra, I would never go back in there again. I don't even spend that kind of money on Victoria's Secret. I can buy two bras at Victoria's Secret for that price. BUT... it's really cool, very quaint, a lot of lingerie and a little section for fun pleasures (wink wink) but yeah, I would've just thought they were too expensive and the one time was enough for me. Because I enjoyed the experience so much, I would actually go in there to support any time. I'll be back! Staff is well trained and very cool :) and in their pricing defense, the bras that I tried on did seem like they had a little bit more grip on the body, that any Victoria's Secret bra that I've ever tried on. I'm sure they have the reasons for their prices. Check them out! You won't be disappointed :)

I stood at the register for over 5 minutes and was being ignored I finally yelled out "can I please be helped?" The employee walked over to me totally annoyed and said "what do you need help with?" I said " you don't have them which is why I would like to order them" she was so rude and unhelpful. I came in to exchange item from a previous in store purchase my sales person was chaz they were extremely helpful and their customer service was amazing. I asked the employee if we could order online because i used $80 of rewards and my torrid cash. When ordering she said i had to pay more because it's online , I've shopped at many other locations and know that it can be overridden. She refused to do it so I said then I will just return everything then Im not gonna pay more for what I already purchased. I lost out on money because of the rewards i used but i don't even care I will never spend another dime at this location which is unfortunate because it's the only location in this area so I probably will never shop this brand again. Once i did the return and went to my car i checked to receipt and guess who the employee was? Deborah. She is the blondish one with glasses and short hair very rude.
