Rocio and her crew did a great job on my Red Nissan Altima coupe. I pinged her on Yelp to ask for available packages. She is very responsive and got a bronze package which included interior and exterior cleaning. My car had extremely dirty carpets. I thought they were unsalvageable. After a good shampoo cleaning, the interior looks as good as new. Exterior looks great as well and they waxed my car which was not included in the package. Fair Price. Friendly Staff. Great Service. Last week I was in a pinch. First date in 20 years and the BMW X5 was a mess. Called around, it was around 2pm and no one was wanting to help this brother out. Most close around 5pm and it takes a minute to do a full detail so I understand. But hey I'm in a pinch and this is important. I called Diamond, Racio was on her way out...getting pampered I later find out. She put me on hold, I hear some yelling, she said okay! There's hope for me. I tell her I'm gonna be there in 15 mins, made it in 12. I pull in and she's me the full inspection. No the bimmer. Says I cAme just in time. Not just the hour of the day but my paint was starting to fade, sun damage, years of neglect. She took my keys and said everything will be fine. I was very disappointed with the ceramic coating that was done. I had arranged ceramic coating with the same company I was having the front of the car wrapped with, Window Tinting Plus, but Keith kept after me and gave me a very good price. I was very happy with the wrapping I had done but the ceramic coat job Diamond Car did was terrible. They put the ceramic coat over swirls and blemishes in the paint. When I brought it back to complain it was explained that for the price, I got no paint correction was done, and this was miscommunication, and minor paint correction was not included. I feel very taken and very unhappy with the work done and wish I had stuck with the company Window Tinting plus that did a outstanding job. Really surprised they would just ceramic coat over obvious minor swirls in the pain. read more

I came in today thanks to my mom's recommendation. Rocio and her staff did well beyond my expectations. My car was way beyond dirty with a few stains on my cloth seats. Rocio was able to get all my stains off and all debris off my floor and mats. Rocio also did a little extra work on my exterior making the paint look fresh again. Beware Groupon users - this business doesn't respect you and your groupon purchase. I am disappointed with my experience. 1. I have no idea why this spot is still listed on Groupon website with such attitude. Specifically you will be not greeted if you are SUV or Van owner - this is based on business owner words. 2. Everything started with extra charge of $55 for some stains on my interior, I suppose base groupon price $99 is just for cosmetical cleaning. 3. When I came to pickup car - I saw most of stains still on my seats, so it take me some time pointing to them with my finger, cause the guy who did job barely speaks english. 4. Overall I like current condition of car, but pretty sure I should not pay extra $55 for such "service" and seriously thinking of disputing this charge with my bank. This place is amazing! I have a Ford Escape 2003 and it was a mess.. It had stains on the seats, gunk in the cup holders and A LOT of dog hair. I wasn't sure what I wanted done because the exterior was also dirty so Rosie did a walk through and advised me on what I should get. The wait was reasonable (around 1 he and 20 min) given that my car is really old. The results were incredible, every stain was gone and it was all shiny and damn near new! There was a fire where I work at and I couldn't move my car until the fire was under control. When I was able to see and move my car I was shocked. My car was totally covered in fire residue. I immediately went to get my car washed, I actually washed my car four times and I couldn't remove the fire residue from my car. I was thinking what am I going to do, how am I going to get the paint on my car looking like it used to. Then a friend came to me and asked what happened to my car and I told him the story and he immediately recommended that I call "diamond detailing" and ask for Rosie. Excellent service!!! After I got the car back, all I was thinking that "I should have taken before and after picture" . It would be something to show my brother how he let it go with this car. I was looking up Groupon deals to get my brother's car detailed. My brother got a Lab retriever last year January, and you know how Labs shed. The car was total disaster, I saw Diamond auto detail were offering a deal on groupon, I wanted an appointment before I leave the town and get it done under my supervision. I decided to give Diamond Auto Detail a call, Rocio picked up the call and said she will match the groupon discount and I can just bring in the car on Tuesday (04/26/2016, yes I got it done this morning) Car was heavily soiled and she asked me $50 more than the groupon price, which was not bad at all, since all the Groupon deals have disclaimer under them "extra charges for pet hair and stain removal". Rocio was not sure herself if this gonna be easy to get cleaned, as I said early car was a disaster since it was the primary car in which my brother's Lab retriever traveled. I dropped off my brother's car at the place at 9:40AM and told them to try their best. Since I was very friendly customer, followed their request of not going through groupon (god knows how big of a cut Groupon keeps) they did their best to please me. I picked up the car 4 hours later, and the car looks like it looked before my brother got the dog. 16 months of hairs, dirt and stains were cleaned up from the car. So I bought a Groupon for an interior and exterior job with clay bar treatment. It costs $189 on Groupon. I called to make an appointment and the person on the phone asked strange questions... Diamond Auto: "When did you buy it?" Me: "Just now, before I called." Diamond: "Well, why don't you just return it and go through us? Depending on how bad your car is we may charge you extra but if you go directly through us it would only be $200, max" In my mind "the f@&$?!" Me: "Well it's a lot of trouble to get a refund and they already took the money from my account so I just don't want to deal with it. How about you just charge me the extra $11 and do the service that would normally perform?" So we schedule for Monday morning. Saturday comes and I get a call asking to move this to Tuesday for no real reason at all. Probably got a direct customer coming in instead of a Groupon customer. I initially changed my appointment but I didn't get a good vibe about this place. I ended up cancelling my appointment at which point they were like "well do you want to bring it in on Monday instead?" To top it off, all they had down was my name and number, not what service I wanted. I know clay bars take a long time, at least 4 hours. I didn't feel comfortable that this place would take care of me. I also felt like they would look for reasons to charge me even more. If you don't want to honor Groupons or treat Groupon customers the same as any other, then why even be on Groupon? Also, pretty shady to ask people to cancel their Groupon and go directly to you. It's like free advertisement. You know what else is free advertisement? Word of mouth from happy customers. read more

I'm convinced, along with other disgruntled consumers (just read the other reviews), that they're just scamming anyone who buys a Groupon or Living Social deal for their services. They buy themselves enough time for your Groupon to expire (appointments by email only and response time if at all is appalling) so that in order to get anything out of it, you're forced to pay the difference instead of getting a deal. Wish I could give a hundred stars. This place exceeded my expectations. Rocio and her team did an amazing job. I work with dogs, and had about 5 months worth of hair, dander, dirt and grime in my Jeep Compass, along with dog drool on all the windows and consoles. It was disgusting. Little prickly hairs imbedded into the fabric and long fluffy husky and Samoyed hair balls along w grime in every crevice. Rocio was very honest when she saw how bad it was and told me she couldn't promise 100% but hopefully at least 80%. I understood and told her I knew she would do the best she could. Just picked it up and I'd say it's 110%! Looks and smells better than when I got it 2 years ago. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do NOT purchase voucher from Living Social or Groupon!!! OWNER'S APOLOGY FOR CANCELLING FOUR SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS WAS A TEXT MESSAGE WITH A SMILEY FACE WEARING SUNGLASSES!!! I bought a Groupon for an at-home car detail on January 17th. I had 120 days to redeem the voucher, so I called the company immediately after purchasing the deal to schedule a time for them to come out. The first Monday appointment they had available was March 10, so I took it. That morning, with only 10 minutes left in their 4hr arrival window, they called to tell me they would not be coming, and to call the office to reschedule. I called them. We rescheduled for the following Monday, March 17. I called a few times during the arrival window that day, just to confirm that someone was coming, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Another Monday morning wasted, waiting around for the detailers. I called to complain, they apologized (kind of), and we rescheduled for Monday, April 21. On April 21, the owner called me and said he wouldn't be able to send anyone out to me. I expressed my frustration with my experience thus far, and he offered a "complimentary pick-up service" where he would personally pick up my car from work, take it to get detailed, and then drive it back to me, so I wouldn't have to waste any more of my personal time. Finally! A little accountability! Oh wait... This afternoon, HE TEXTED ME TO CANCEL FOR THE FOURTH TIME. He TEXTED me a one-sentence, throw away apology, which included an emoji of a smiley face with sunglasses and a peace sign. REALLY?! Your company has cancelled on me four times!!! I was a bit hesitant in buying the groupon b/c of the reviews I read but I wanted to give them a chance since most of the complaints seemed to be about the initial communication. I experienced some delayed response times but IMO, it was nothing (one time was 2 days but every other response was within 24 hours). Sean took great pride in his work; very detailed and was meticulous. In addition, he was nice and personable and worked hard. I purchased the platinum package and added the clay bar. Everything part of my car (including both sets of floor mats and car engine) was cleaned as expected and cleaned well. No sticky after feel i.e. dashboard. I get my car detailed often and many times I'm disappointed in the level of detail (some parts go missed) but not here. I'm happy with the results and have plans to use them again. read more

This place is incredible. From the moment you call to set up an appointment to the moment you get your car back every step is completely professional. I called and asked about an interior clean and was given an estimate over the phone and a final estimate the day of my appointment. My car was a mess on the inside.
