    Claudia and Neal are amazing and were able to get us approved for my daughter first car! I trust them with a reliable transportation what should be stressful situation they both made as easy as possible the pain of the paper work and the searching for which car fits our budget super easy and the hospitality made me feel extremely welcomed if your searching for a place that understands your financial situation and you have a budget but your credit score isn't the best come to Diamond auto exchange they will help you highly recommend

    The 2016 explorer Neal sold me is a giant piece of JUNK. Nickel and dimed me on the price because the car was supposedly in amazing condition because of the "low miles". I bought the vehicle in may, a week after buying it I started noticing that when cruising at parking lot speeds the car makes a weird clanking metal on metal sound while Jerking/ pulsing the entire vehicle..... couple weeks later the vehicle is overheating bad AND the a pillar flies off on the freeway. $1500 later the mechanic fixed the overheating issue. Now it's leaking coolant which means the water pump is no good. So another 4-5k in repairs. Bought this car to save money and get ahead in life but Neal sold me a POS and now I'm stressed to the max. Financed $17k for a car that has had major issues the entire 6 months I've owned it. NEVER EVER SHOP HERE CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

    Amazing service from start to finish. Had the pleasure of dealing with both Niel and Larry. Made an appointment and they had the SUV cleaned up and ready to go. Made the car buying process super easy. Highly recommend these guys!!

    Dream car bought from Diamond Auto Exchange!

    I wish I would have found this place sooner! After spending hours online and going from dealership to dealership, I found Diamond Auto Exchange. I found the exact car I was looking for and went to their website. The website had a lot of pictures and also a Carfax history report for every vehicle. I sent an email to the dealership and to my surprise I got a message within minutes! Other dealerships took long to get back to me or in some cases they didn't even bother to reach out to me. After having a conversation with Neal, I scheduled an appointment to go and test drive the vehicle. Upon my arrival i noticed how clean all of their vehicle were and how well they took care of their inventory. My Honda accord looked even better in person than it did in the pictures! The staff was super generous and also transparent about everything from the condition of the vehicle to the financing process. The best part was that I was able to get in and out within a hour! I highly recommend anybody looking for a used car to visit Diamond Auto Exchange!

    Not good. They lied to me and my family we bought a car here, it's a bad car. Needs so much work almost 5000 worth of damage. Stay away

I originally received an automated email with a money factor that seemed too good be true and now realize it appeared to be a tactic used to suck me in to using their service. I did not realize they would not be negotiating the best price of the vehicle. Chris M. sent me a deal at full sticker price in order to receive a larger commission from the dealer. I had negotiated a better price on my own. In my option, they count on uninformed consumers and a complicated transaction. Charged my card after telling they would only charged after telling they would charge it after I filled out the application. I did not lease through them and was charged anyway.

    Needed to do a deposit and transfer money. Thank goodness I could do it from the ATM because it…read moremade it more convenient. I don't usually come to this Citibank because of the location unless I have someone with me. But I have to go to the Dino and it's closer. This branch does not have a drive thru ATM so it requires you to get out of your vehicle to complete a transaction. The parking here isn't the greatest either. Especially if you have large vehicles. It can feel tight and crammed on the side near the ATM. Outside of that, it's ok. I feel like the tellers move a little slow sometimes and they're not staffed well at times.

    Horrible online customer service. I had a fraud alert and contacted them on a Friday afternoon. The…read moreagent said they'd need to cancel my card and freeze my online access. I told her no, that I'd lock my card and unlock as needed till I could get to the bank on Monday. After I got off the phone, I went to lock my card through the app and she disabled my access anyway. I had to get off work to make it to the branch before they closed and withdrew cash. Called back the customer service to order my new card because the branch doesn't do it, nor give temporary cards. Over another hour completing this task. Finally, card ordered and I received it Monday. I activated the new card and called customer service to reinstate my online access. Later that afternoon, I went to the grocery store only for my card to decline. I step to the side, and once again call customer service. The first agent I get, I state my issue and he tells me I can't use this card because it has a fraud alert. I begin explaining to him that was the previous card and I just received this card today. He interrupts me and tells me to quit talking and to listen to him. I could not believe how rude and disrespectful he was. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he literally told me no and that I had to speak with him. At this point, I'm humiliated because I'm arguing with the man in the store. Ultimately, he puts me on hold for almost an hour and when someone answers, they hang up. I call back, speak to customer service, then the fraud department, then disconnected. This process goes on for 3 hours. Finally, someone from the fraud department says my card is not good and they will order me a new one. I'm freaked out at this point because it's Monday and I leave for vacation on Friday and need my card at minimum for my hotel. Wednesday is promised for the card to arrive. She did the 1-2 delivery and verified all my info etc. fast forward to Wednesday and my card still hasn't arrived. I call customer service and my card was NEVER ordered. Now I screwed. I pulled out cash and had my daughter put it in her bank account and used her card for our trip. I come back Tuesday and the new card arrived. I activate it and get my online access reinstated AGAIN. Go to get a coffee and lone behold my card DECLINES. At this point I just feel so defeated. I call customer service and after going through all the details, they sent me the same exact card. Same card number, expiration date and security code as the previous card that wasn't working. She said it's a 1 in a million chance that that happened and she doesn't know how it even happened. So, this card gets canceled and a new one gets ordered. This is almost 3 weeks of not having a card or access to my account. This shipping came the next morning and I was so happy. Open it up, and Lord Jesus... they send me the same exact card AGAIN! I'm in disbelief at this point. I have my online access after activating this card, even though the card is no good. So instead of ordering my card through an agent, I order on the app. I get the card a couple days later and go on the app to activate and I have a charge from Miami with the card number thst I just received. 19 years of banking with them and I am DONE. I currently have my card locked so no more fraudulent charges occur. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
