If I could put 0 I would the worst experience I've had when buying a car. As soon as we bought the car they changed the catalytic converters "supposedly" couple months later it Started messing up again we sent it to them on a tow truck on our expense. they charged us 800 to fix the car and not even two months later the check engine light came on we tried to get help explain that they had fixed it and we kept getting run arounds. While trying to figure out on our own and putting in money to try to fix it we started falling behind two payments. my husband broke his arm and was out of work and we were communicating to them and instead of getting help they were simply Rude. Instead of trying to help today they came and took our car. this is so disheartening as we spent every last saving we had on this car. Please stay away from these scammers. read more

I was sold a car with a Bad Transmission and was told i had to pay 2800 or come down and put a new downpayment down on a another vehicle. Was promised they would work with me but all i got was more run around and required more money. On top of paying for a car that i still dont have. It doesnt make sense or seem fair, I guess this is how busy gets done. At first things seemed cool , they would work with you if your late on a payment but the fact i was sold a bad car and being forced to pay for a vehicle that doesn't run or no help outside of paying for another vehicle. What if that vehicle goes bad. It sucks it absolutely sucks. read more

Once the issue was presented to the dealership they ignored my calls then spoke to be very rudely. With total disregard that they put both myself and my new born son at risk. Let me say this company is very unprofessional well at least the office manager is. So let me start off by saying in the beginning the process was superb but of course when someone is taking your money and wants your business of course they are going to give you the best experience which I can't lie and say they didn't, it's after that is what has me anxious in trading this car in and having to contact my lawyer. Where should I start first lol. I'll try to make it brief. So a week after driving off the lot my VSA light came on which is a safety feature. I addressed it with them and they fixed it at no charge and in a timely manner and they put my in a loaner vehicle which they must have just gotten from the auction because it was super dirty but hey no big deal because I'm not paying for it and I'm not that big of a brat lol. So next after me paying my first car note which also my 30 day warranty had just expired boom my check engine light comes on what coincidence right lol so I told them and had to go back and forth with them about it but ultimately they fixed it but I wasn't happy that I had to argue with them about it but I'm like you know what it's getting fixed so be it. Here's where it gets good. So they claim to report to the credit Bureau lmao no they don't and this is why I'm getting a lawyer involved, before buying this busted up car I asked them do you guys report because this is why I'm buying this vehicle so I can rebuild my credit and they said yes a now I'm coming up on my 2nd car note and it's not showing on my credit report. They first tried to say it was being reported so I showed them screen shots that it wasn't then they tried to say well it takes about 6-8 months BULLCRAP Look I know I'm a female but I'm not a dumb one and I've leased vehicles before so I know how it works. Anyways, the sales manager Lenard who has been the one "helping me" has been giving me the run around and so when I finally got fed up I went off and you know what he does he goes off too. Now as a manager you should not meet a customers attitude because 99.9% of the time they are not mad at you they are mad at the situation but he doesn't understand that because he takes things personal and he only knows how to react instead of think m, he talks over you and argues with you and even verbally bashed you as if it is a game when it comes to his bosses business (the owner)smh anyways long story short he hung up on me several times because I guess as a consumer who pays on time he just couldn't deal with my frustration and acted as if I couldn't just go up there and be a pain but yea now I have to get my lawyer involved because I'm not about to go back and forth with ignorance and unprofessionalism any longer. Buy at your own risk but I rather buy a bucket off the street then deal with this company. read more

Too he honest, I was skeptical in coming here, but it was one of the best decisions I made. 2 seconds and I fell in love with the car I bought. The car drives smooth like butter and to top it off, personal help with issues with the car. Listen, I went into this place feeling defeated and unenthusiastic from being turned down by 2 different dealerships. When they say they will finance you, they mean it. I got there at 9am. They got me in an awesome, well maintained car and on the road at 10:30am. They treated me with respect, kindness, and patience. They balanced professionalism with down to earth-ness perfectly. The sales guy's are awesome no complains about them, as far as their automobiles if you buy from them make sure you take them to get checked out and dont let them talk you into them fixing it... bought a 2005 silverado about a month ago from them and the alignment was really bad on the truck they said they were gonna fix it and gave me a due bill now they are dodging me so i had to pay to get it fix... drove my truck about 700 mile now my tranny is going out and my trfansfer case engages really hard came to find out they also painted the truck when they had told me they didnt... did a horrible job by the way... now gotta pay to get the truck repainted and fix what they screwed up... won't recommend anybody there read more

Talk about a place that could make things happen never imaginable ! Went in over the weekend to start my shopping ( due to my 1999 Honda finally giving out ) . Was treated like I was walking into a 5 star hotel or restaurant ! I had called in during the week for a vehicle that was listed on Autotrader . A young man named Manny answered the call . He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about . I was really critical about the vehicle's interior condition as I spend all my work day inside my car . He did the coolest thing by FaceTiming me and allowing me to see the car inside out before I made the drive to actually see it . I found that very cool ! The entire experience was extremely transparent . They ended up having my vehicle towed to their dealership and giving me more than I had already been offered from a tow yard . Manny mentioned they only had been open for 2 months . I would definitely recommended anyone in the market for a pre-owned car to give Logix Auto Group a visit .
