Mo and Sam, the owners, are wonderful, friendly people and truly a pleasure to work with. They treated me with total respect and went many steps beyond what was required--even helping me navigate the insurance paperwork just out of kindness. It is rare to find this level of professionalism combined with such genuine care for the customer. If you want a shop that will fight for you and treat you right, this is the place. So after moving to Brentwood from the South Bay I decided to sell my Mercedes and buy a truck. After a good amount of research I decided to build a custom F250. Moe walked me through the entire process, ordered all the parts and installed them. They also color matched the entire truck and did some special touches. I rather had a difficult time with scheduling an appointment for one of my cars to be serviced. Rather rude/difficult employees. I rather discussed with an employee about service and he turned a back on me At a car event. Furthermore, it rather does not reflect on the quality of work but the employees/owners of the establishment who drive their vehicles (Lamborghini) around seem not to care about lives they put into danger while driving on the road. (passing on a double yellow, speeding, cutting off, nearly causing accidents.) They care about themselves and give 0 regard for others safety. This is to have written documentation on the many many failed attempts to get my car fixed by this company as they have been paid to do so! Geico paid over $17k to have my husbands car fixed. His car needed the bumper and radio fixed and wrap redone. Wrap was never fully completed. Radio not repaired at all. The AC now no longer works properly and trunk does not open correctly since having my car in their shop for months! Additionally, there was a part taken off my door from the inside that this company had no idea why and I've been waiting for 4 months for this part to come in. Today my husband goes there to pick it up after we've called for months straight and no one told us it was there and after all of that ---it's not even the correct part. The incompetency of this place is the worst I've seen. On top of that, the receptionist is extremely condescending and unhelpful. Cute girl, but that's all wasted with her lack of ability to properly handle typical receptionist duties that are very basic. STAY away from this place. They will not communicate with you about your car. You will have to do ALLthe follow ups. Your car will take months to be fixed and then when you get it back you will have new problems you didn't have before and they will be paid money they clearly didn't use to fix your car with. There are too many other places that fix cars to have to deal with the pain this place has given. read more

Took my car so many different places just because it's a high end porsche everyone was giving crazy prices for repair because i know nothing about the car. Then i met moe at diamond i told him i had went to several places my car was over heating and it's cost is around $3k everywhere he told me let me take a look and didn't even charge me give me a call in 2 days and told my what was wrong with my car that it was a small issue something was blocking the air and the thermostat was bad. I was expecting to pay upto $1500 but he only charged me 500 for everything got my car back and absolutely no problems thanks diamond auto and moe for helping get my car fixed and not lose a leg lol. read more

I would like to conclude in a nutshell that it's an amazing shop for collision repair and owner and staff are willing to work with you. However this wouldn't be my choice to get custom rims painted or sealed. Got the rims after 4 times of resealing and still have a leak. Two of the barrels were replaced on the third time. The face of the replaced barrell removed the paint from the barrell since there was too much paint applied. Spent almost 3200$ to expect that kind of work. Moe is cool and will probably look into it but that's not expected from authorized forgiato dealer. They are probably good with newer rims. Just Need professionals when working with used rims. read more

I took my front and rear truck bumper to this shop to get painted. I got the parts back and it came out looking good at first. Fast forward to 10 months later and the paint already started peeling off the bumpers.... I tried contacting the owner several times on social media, in phone and at their shop and he never responded or was there at the shop. I went in person one last time (after months of trying to contact him) and finally was able to speak to him and he said "bring it by in a few weeks, im too busy right now" So i waited and finally came to realization that if they didnt do it right the first time, why would i want it done again wrong to have to come back over and over. I went in again in person and asked for my money back, and instead i got a bunch of excuses and insulted. He told me he did ME the favor of painting my "junkyard" bumpers and that it is my fault for taking "junkyard" "beat up" parts. He also blamed me for the bad paint job because my rear bumper is chrome and paint doesnt stick and my front fiberglass bumper was flexed too much during install. Obviously his painters dont know how to prep and paint because i have had chrome bumpers painted in the past that have lasted longer. Just because you dont bring in a luxury $100k car or are someone famous, the owner looks down on you and doesnt give you the quality work his shop is supposedly known for. Never again will I come here. UPDATE: And as you can see, there is NO clear signs of impact. Paint doesnt just peel off in chunks like that. And if i did take 10 months to come by to contact the owner about the issue it is because the paint did not start peeling off until 10 months after it was initially painted. 10 months is too short of a time for automotive paint to start peeling like this. A Mcdonalds burger lasts longet than this paint did. Now a few months after writing my review my grill is also peeling. Do not waste your time here. read more
