She was very responsive and within 30 mins, I got an appointment for the following day. Betty was my nail technician and she was very thorough and sweet. She was very efficient in removing the SNS within 15 mins. I also asked for a manicure so she filed and shaped my nails with care (since my nails were thin). I appreciated that she kept confirming with me if I liked the shape. I also got a relaxing hand massage. I accidentally nicked one of my still wet nails and she had to repaint it. But she was super nice about it even though she had another customer. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I always pass by here since it's in my neighborhood. The interior is cute, clean and a good size. A lot of places are too cramped and not properly ventilated. I would be coming back. They have specials so I can't wait to try out the services.

Second time I had specific design on what I wanted and they recommended for the procedure to be tips, dipping powder, and a gel coat on top. This all cost $85 + $25 for pedicure and I tipped manicurist $20 and the pedicure at $10. All in all $140 that I spent for two hours there. I really wonder how people sit here for two hours to do their nails and spend so much money. Anyway, it wasn't an amazing experience and it wasn't bad.

She took great care of me taking down my old nails, wrapping my ripped nails (no other salon has put wrappings on my ripped nails, so I didn't mind that it's $2 per wrap) and gave me a beautiful Japanese gel manicure. I also absolutely partook in the 10 minute massage for $1. Best chair massage I've had! And much needed after moving. I thought the prices are all very reasonable. I had previously lived in Boston and Chicago. I didn't think anything was overpriced. It's best if you call or use the appointment system online, especially on weekends. My impression is that they are busy and do their best to accommodate walk ins. It's always scary to me to go to a new place, but they were wonderful.
