I am not a huge social media poster nor do I post or share photos but Diamond Bridal Gallery made my special day from the day I walked into the store. I arrived with my Mom and sister months before my wedding date and didn't want to try on dresses (needless to say we had gone to several stores prior to Diamond and I didn't try on a dress at any one of them). But famous words "when you know, you know"... I found the one! It fit me like a glove! - but it wasn't necessarily my 'style' in the front.. but no problem! They altered it in-house to perfection! The front mesh was cut out from the collar and the sides were taken taken in, beads were added at the straps, hook and eyes to back, and when I flew back up from San Diego to pick it up- it was my Dream Wedding Dress :) Pictures don't do justice but the tears of happiness when trying on their dress and the passion that goes into their work, that does. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check them out- they can make miracles happen too. Side note: we got married during covid so we had to go to Vegas to get married with just us two but I WILL wear my dress again for our actual wedding ceremony with friends and family and I can't wait to wear it again! Wedding dress shopping should be a beautiful experience. Shoppers should not feel uncomfortable and harassed during their appointment. This bridal salon needs to look at getting rid of this male employee or whatever the hell he is. His chauvinist comments were unwarranted and made my sister and cousin extremely uncomfortable during their bridal appointment. When the bride asked that he NOT be there, the employee refused to ask him to leave. So they ended their appointment early. Sir, nobody needs your comments on: - Vietnam/Thai being the best place for a beautiful, obedient, subservient wife; where women respect men and listen to their husbands (after asking my sister her origin) - That ALL women want to get married - Women like to wear dresses & he likes women who wear dresses - Comments on the length of their hair and how he liked long hair He was being extremely creepy, had no role in the bridal appointment at all and was just sitting there watching the bride and making uninvited comments. read more

I just had to share my dress now that I'm married. Also, I rented the petticoat to go under my dress and make it poofy. They charged $50 and a refundable $25 deposit. It was so worth it because it really transformed the look of the dress. At first I was against it because I didn't want something so big but they let me wear it for a while under my dress during my fitting and I grew to love it real quick. My plans changed for pickup of the petticoat and I wasn't able to come in during normal business hours to pick it up so I sent them a text and they were quick to respond and give me a time on the day that I was available. I arranged with them for my mother-in-law to return the petticoat for me and it was no trouble at all. They have THE BEST staff here. I ordered my dress online. When it arrived it fit perfectly except it was way too short. I contacted the dress maker to send additional lace. By the time the lace arrived, it was three days before the flight to leave for our wedding. Very last minute...eeek! I chose Diamond as my first stop for alterations because they were open on Sunday and would have more time to turn the dress around. Boy did they deliver! They added 6 inches to the bottom of my dress, which is lace. Not only was the dress complete within 24 hours, but I could not tell where the addition was. Life savers!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Diamond Bridal Gallery for any wedding alterations. Pro Tip: I did learn that I should have brought the dress in before. They have tons of lace options and could have added the length without bringing my own. read more

I had alterations done to my dress I bought at David's Bridal and they were so accommodating! I literally chose my dress on September 26th, 2020 and went in to Diamond Bridal Gallery for alterations. I had my fitting on Wednesday September 30th & was able to do a final fitting October 2nd which turned out beautifully ( wedding date was October 3rd)! being at the end of my 9months of being pregnant, I was worried about looking huge in my dress, but I felt so beautiful and elegant. Great experience! I had randomly picked this store because it was near to my family who I was in town visiting for the holidays. This was the first ever location I visited to try on wedding dresses. I didn't end up picking my dress from here, but I wish that one of the dresses I found had ended up being "the one" because they had the best customer service here out of the 4 places I ended up visiting. I did LOVE some of the dresses I tried on, but ultimately did a 180 from the style I thought I would want for my wedding dress. I think Seniya was who helped me but either way the woman who helped me was amazing and the absolute sweetest. She truly listened to the style of dresses that I wanted to see, and was very knowledgeable about fit, and potential alterations or what could be done to customize the dresses. Diamond Bridal Gallery was amazing throughout the whole process. They were up front about costs including alteration estimates. They were wonderful in making me feel special. They were great about appointment times. The seamstress did flawless work with the alterations. I found a beautiful hair piece that matched my dress while I was there. They also gave me tips on how to pose in the dress for pictures and advice on how to walk and sit in my dress. They taught my mom how to bustle it. Maria and all the staff that helped were overall just so sweet and made me feel like a bride. I saw advertisements for this place everywhere, so I just had to share my experience. Supposedly, walk-ins are welcome... But as soon as I swung the door open, I was greeted with: "Do you have an appointment?" (By the way, it was in the middle of a weekday and there was only one other customer inside). The rest of our conversations went like this: Her: "What kind of dress do you like or not like?" Me: "I like a sweetheart neckline and I do not like ball gowns." Her: "How about this one?" (High neckline) Me: "No..." Her: "How about this one?" (Ball gown) Me: "No..." Her: "Okay, how about you pick some and I'll set up your fitting room?" After picking a dress and trying it on... Her: "Oh, that's so pretty. It looks so elegant and would be perfect for your venue. Do you want to get it?" (I never even told her about my venue) Me: "Thanks, but I'm only looking today." Her: "Okay, do you want to schedule an appointment to get it this weekend?" Me: "I'll have to check when my mom is available to come with me, so I'll give you a call." Her: "I can put you down for Saturday morning and then we can reschedule if your mom is busy." Me: "Really, it's okay, I'll just figure it out with her and call when we're ready." Upon arriving, the staff was super friendly and really got to know what styles I was looking for. The person who helped me stayed within my budget and picked out amazing dresses. I had such a great experience at Diamond Bridal Gallery. After a terrible experience at David's Bridal, and with less than a month left until my destination Yosemite wedding, I was stressed to the max and in desperate need of a dress. My mom and I were in the area and looked up bridal dress shops on Yelp. Diamond Bridal Gallery was the first on the list, as it was just around the corner. We walked in without an appointment. Beatriz and the manager were so warm and welcoming. They brought us water and gave me a short questionnaire to fill out. I told them I was on a shoestring budget and needed to buy something off-the-rack and take it home that day. This store is ORGANIZED! Beatriz took me to a section of dresses that are all sold off-the-rack. Each rack was sorted by price ranges. She showed me which rack fit my budget, then stepped back and let me find my dress. There was no pressure. She didn't try to up-sell me. She respected my budget and that meant a LOT to me. There was only 1 dress in my size and price range, and it was meant to be. It fit like a glove and will be dreamy for my snowy wedding. We purchased the dress and were in-and-out of the shop in about 30 minutes total. A couple days later Beatriz texted me to follow-up. It was a great personal touch. Later she also called me to let me know they had received a shipment of fur stoles that I had expressed interest in. These ladies really went above and beyond. They met my needs and took good care of me. They alleviated my stress and made me feel beautiful and cared for. I highly recommend this boutique. read more

I was very impressed with the service I received yesterday at Diamond Bridal Gallery. Maria set the standard pretty high for my first wedding gown shopping experience. This place is the first of two bridal salons that I went to yesterday (the other being House of Fashion which I will review as well). I think I tried on about 6 gowns, 4 of them which I liked a lot, but not sure if i LOVED any of them. I loved how Maria helped me put on the dresses and clipped me pretty tightly in each of them. She also gave me some good advice on wedding gown shopping. I have to thank my friends who told me to try the smaller boutiques as I would get better service, which I did. I always thought the smaller boutique stores would only carry higher end gowns, but this place a little bit of everything. I definitely tried a Jasmine dress as well as a Pronovia I had such a wonderful experience that I wouldn't hesitate to refer this shop. p.s. I hope not to get Maria in trouble, but we were able to take several pictures of each gown that I liked. read more

I do not recommend booking with this place.... I had booked three appointments in order to ensure that I was able to find a dress and ended up finding my perfect dress at the first location. Called to cancel and the lady told me it was too bad I wasn't coming in and that they had to cancel a lot of appointments because of mine and explained I would be charged a $50 fee. I asked if there was anyway to be charged less as it wasn't that I just couldn't come anymore but that I was lucky enough to find a dress somewhere. May I add the other bridal location I canceled with was very understanding and congratulated me, and chose not to charge me. Moral of the story this place is unreasonable and the lady was incredibly rude!!! read more

I am a bride-to-be that has recently been shopping for the perfect bridesmaid dress for my ladies. I initially went to House of Fashion in Sacramento, which had several great picks and very, very good service. Unfortunately, the did not have one particular dress that I really wanted to see in-stock, so I set out to find a shop that did so my girls could try it on. Diamond Bridal Gallery had this particular dress, so off we went to check it out. I only had two girls with me, both loved it. I made an appointment for the rest of my girls to try the dress on about two weeks later, since they are from a LOT of different places (Nebraska, Chico, Fresno, Ukiah) and would all be in town on this specific day for dress shopping. When we came in, things just went from bad to worse during the experience to the point where I was almost in tears... The girls wanted to try other dresses on. A big rack was wheeled out and pointed to. We were not given any consultation; no suggestions on dresses were offered. Additionally, 2 of my girls are plus size and wanted to try something--anything--on and were told there was absolutely nothing in the store their size. Next, we moved to the dress I really wanted them to see. There was only one, so each girl had to take a turn. During this time, no measurements of the girls were taken, no questions were asked, no suggestions given. We started to measure each other because this was the only time the girls would be in town and we needed to know sizing for ordering. That's when it got worse. To make a long story short, the consultant began lecturing me and raising her voice and pointing at me. She was saying that I couldn't measure in there, that I was buying the dresses somewhere else and just using her, and she was using her own time to help me and I wasn't even going to buy from her. I had no idea where this came from and I was highly offended. I told her we didn't know where we were buying yet! Then every time a bridesmaid went in to try on the dress, she bombarded them with the same accusations. It was just...bad. After we left, I never received a follow-up call, even though I asked her to please call and give me pricing information. Needless to say, I won't be going back and I was very hurt and offended by the accusations and poor service. Even if I was never going to buy, as a customer I deserve a minimal amount of respect. read more

The service and selection here is great! I have been to a few other bridal shops and feel I was actually cared for here. Mariya was very good at understanding what I was looking for in a dress even when I wasn't sure lol. They also have dresses to fit girls who are not a size 2, this was a big deal to me because I have an hourglass figure but am not skinny and have had issues finding a dress to fit over my hips to even try on. I didn't find "the one" but I would love to return here or simply purchase my dress from here just because of the service. A bride can't go wrong visiting this shop. read more

Originally I was worried about going wedding dress shopping during Covid, but Cheyenne made it a better experience than I could've anticipated. I went in not even planning on buying my wedding dress, but it was such a great experience that was helpful and quick. The team really helped me feel like a princess, and they had such a wide and beautiful selection of dresses, and even a vary great price range too! I ended up buying my wedding dress at the end of my appointment, with only little adjustments I plan on making to it. They even offer payment plans if you don't want to pay it all right away, which is so convenient for anyone who doesn't have the finances for it immediately. The staff was so friendly, helpful and understood exactly what I wanted or how I was feeling about certain dresses or even the way I felt about buying a dress right away. They kept the people count very minimal as a result of covid, and it helped ease the guests I brought minds as well. From trying on dresses to all the fittings, everything was perfect. The staff was super sweet. I recently got engaged and wanted to find a place that would let me try on different dresses. I was visiting Sacramento and a friend recommended this gallery because that's where she got her dress. They say best recommendations are the ones that come from your friends, and they're right. This gallery was amazing!! The customer service and the friendliness blew me out of the water. A wedding gown is such a personal purchase that has to be absolutely perfect and this place had a really wide variety of the most exquisite dresses. This is a much smaller shop than others I have been to and a different experience. Beatriz, the stylist, was very very sweet. She was nice and my grandma had a nice time chatting with her. However, overall, this place was a miss for me and I could have gone without a visit here. As mentioned before, the selection is smaller. I came here specifically to try on Julie Vino dresses, but was bummed to discover all of the dresses were not in the shop because they transferred them all to a trunk show in LA or wherever they said they were. Womp womp... however, they did call to see if they could get a Julie Vino dress back in for me to try at a later date. I appreciated the gesture, but let's keep it real... ain't nobody got time for that. My guests and I were instructed to pull dresses we liked from the racks. This was cool, but I didn't prefer it because a lot of dresses we pulled were over my budget, which we didn't know when pulling them. So it ended up being a waste trying them on. I also stepped on two pins while trying on dresses in the fitting room, so be careful. The friendliness and hospitality from the staff influenced the extra star, otherwise I would only give two stars based on my experience. Went here for a friend's dress. The place looks really nice. In the lobby there's a tv screen that plays wedding runways of dresses. They alter the dresses for you but it's a bit pricey. Sometimes more than the dress itself. I came with my friend to pick up her dress on the day of dinner rehearsal and they didn't have it so we left for a couple of hours and came back. Also, I'm gay, and when I was there helping my friend find a dress, they asked me to go wait elsewhere because the other ladies felt uncomfortable with me there. Ummm... nobody is looking at you, especially me because you're a girl... and I'm into guys duh. But whatever. read more

After going to 3 other stores, I finally purchased my dress at Diamond Bridal Gallery during the Mori Lee trunk show. They have a huge open store layout with several racks of dresses and large dressing rooms. There was plenty of space for my guests to sit and watch me try on dresses. Other places try to crowd you in with other brides. This place has separate areas for each bride. The customer service was amazing. I never felt rushed, and they let me take my time wearing the dress and trying it on with different belts. The dresses were gorgeous. Prices are very reasonable. Service excellent. I just walked in without an appointment and ended up leaving after 2 hours. Selection is huge and in all kinds of price ranges. Consultant Maria was great with her customer service approach. What I loved the most was a chance to try as many dresses as I wanted. Compare to other bridal stores where you are allowed only to try 3.
