Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. My engagement ring was a relatively thin platinum band, and they had warned us that the band would be malleable due to the material. However, I didn't realize how malleable it could get until after I began wearing it. I was so set on choosing platinum because I figured it would be the easiest and most low maintenance material. The band kept losing its shape any time I wore it. It began driving me insane because I needed to come in and get it fixed almost every 4-8 months (depending on how frequently I was wearing it). I started to get anxiety everytime I wore my engagement ring because I was so afraid of it losing shape. I began to wear it less and less and stuck to my wedding band (which is white gold--lesson learned) only. I was also too afraid to go to any other jeweler near where I lived to get the ring fixed because I truly only trusted Bridal Ring's team. Finally, I was done feeling afraid and decided to switch the band entirely. I explained to Zoe, an associate at Bridal Ring & explained the situation. We discussed the different options and ultimately we determined I wanted to switch my band to the lowest maintenance metal I could without losing the integrity and design I initially had. Zoe and the team were so kind. They came up with an idea to switch the band to a yellow gold band & solder my platinum prongs with my diamond onto it. It took a week for us to pick it up. & I am so glad I trusted Zoe and the team to execute the vision because I am genuinely over the moon about my ring. I have been going to David for 10 years now. My husband and I first met him in L.A. to purchase our wedding rings and my engagement ring. After 2 years I wanted to upgrade and found out that David moved to Temecula. Though it is quite a drive we still went to see David because he is trustworthy. He then moved to Carlsbad and we still remain as loyal customers and drive up there for another upgrade! I have referred him to my family and friends and they too became loyal customers. This is kind of hard to find. She was able to source several unique diamonds and I actually found one I liked. I was surprised they did not require any kind of deposit to show us the diamonds for putting in all this work. Unfortunately, in the end, we did not go with Concierge Diamonds as we found another designer whose work and process we liked just a tad more. The 1 carat eternity band we bought in September fell apart in 3 weeks and the owner, Moiz, blamed and mocked us. After charging us more money he finally agreed to replace the stone. After I picked up the repaired band, I took it to a few jewelers in the area (recommended on yelp and through friends) and found out that the total carat weight was only .77, NOT 1.0 carats as indicated on the receipt. All of the jewelers also commented on the poor construction of the band (very thin metal framing the stones which is why they became loose so fast) and said it was only a matter of time before it would fall apart again. Rather than going back to deal with these horrible people, we ended up spending even more money to get the band re-set at Bridal Diamond Palace. The owner, Neil, was respectful and honest.

I started to search further on other websites and also checked out Yelp, Reddit, insta etc.. and noticed the reviews were nothing but positive so I went ahead and reached out and spoke to both Sam and Maggie and after that initial contact never looked back. I KNEW they would be the ones to create my upgrade. Sam was very easy to speak to with regard to the setting and the style I was looking for. He was very thorough, and asked about everything from metal type (or mixed metal), to what styles I was drawn to, to prong types, to band styles (split shank, tapered, compass which I went with) etc. he explained everything clearly and even helped me understand some details related to hight of the head adding a small donut to keep it lower and better balanced. He was great. He listened to everything I asked for and made it all come together. Maggie is the gemologist extraordinaire. She was so helpful with the stone availability, the colors, cut, styles etc. she also supported me in understanding how quality can come in the different grades and shows me more than a few examples that would fit our budget. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect stone. From my initial contact to CAD rendering it took a couple weeks (cause I kept going back on forth on styles), but from CAD approval to Production completion it took about two weeks. Which was quicker than I thought it would be, and the end result is outstanding! I am over the moon! In the end I went with a 5.99 ct. oval, split shank, compass setting, in rose gold! And she is absolutely glorious. All in all I am SO GLAD we went with Debebians they are wonderful people, with amazing service, and supportive through the entire process. I will most definitely recommend them for your next important piece I actually cannot wait to get my next piece from them as well!!!
