I visited Diamond Car Wash for a quick in-and-out cleaning on my truck for $25, expecting a basic but decent job. I was there for about 20 minutes, but when I returned to my truck, it looked like nothing had been done. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the person I spoke with was responsible for the work. He stated they don't remove items from vehicles, which I understand--but that doesn't explain why the truck wasn't cleaned at all. I then requested a refund or for them to fix the job, and neither was handled properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. "Unprofessional and disappointing experience." I went to Diamond Car Wash & Detail and paid $60 for the Diamond Shine Package, including $15 extra for leather cleaning. When we got the car back, we were checking the interior and noticed a few spots that were still dirty. When we asked the lady to clean them, she just acted like she didn't understand and walked away after expecting a tip. After leaving, we noticed white residue all over the front grille, side mirrors, and windshield that clearly wasn't there before the wash. We went back immediately, but the manager refused to take responsibility and claimed it was "paint," which makes no sense. It looked exactly like leftover polish or wax that they forgot to wipe off. For the price they charge, I expected a professional job and accountability -- instead, I got excuses and attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Do not get your car detailed here. they charged me $200 for a half ass clean, these people get paid by the hour they do not care how your car looks, go to a professional detailing shop. Took my Kia Telluride this afternoon and paid the $35 package. Drove off the parking lot and it started to rain so my auto wipe came on and I realized my drivers windshield wiper was broken and half of it missing. So I turned around and drove back on. Didnt seem to care but said go to O'Reillys down the street and get a new one and bring receipt he will refund me. Which I did but when it was changed the blade no longer sits where it did and its visible on the windshield so they must have strained the arm. I have always come to this car wash by recommendation of my daughter's mother. Since I started coming here, I would ask for Oneidy because that's who would clean my daughter's mother's car and Oneidy knew this. I have always given her tip with the exception of last week because I did not see her. Today, after she cleaned my car, she aggressively and rudely told me, "Today is the last day I clean your car so stop asking for me". I said ok and before I could say anything else she left to clean the car beside her. I would have had no problem having someone else clean my car but it's the disrespect that I will not take. I have always had little to no contact with her and there was no reason for her to speak to me in that form, especially as I am a senior citizen and she looks in her 20s. I was appalled and so I left. I wondered if she even gets payed at all for her to have been so angry. I called the car wash in order to clear my confusion and asked for the manager. I explained the situation to him and he spoke to me in the same,if not worse form.He asked me if I had asked her why she didn't want to clean my car anymore. Decided to get my truck washed this morning and I hate that I did! After handed the lady her tip and turn to get in my vehicle I noticed that the drivers seat panel that housed the seat adjusters was broken. I asked for help and the guy that came over told me I needed to prove that it wasn't broken before coming on the premises. He instantly got an attitude thinking I'm trying to accuse him. I was just trying to let them know that someone broke it and if it could be snapped backed in place. This is a brand new vehicle and I am VERY SURE that the panel on the drivers seat was not broken. I have visited this carwash many times over the past years. Last year I paid for my car to be hand washed. While waiting on the inside looking out the window I see my car is coming through drive through car wash. I spoke with a manager he apologized and they cleaned my car nicely. I let that go as a mistake and said maybe it was a language barrier. After today, I realized Diamond Carwash just don't give a dam! And to top it off. I took my truck (single cab) yesterday for a wash detail and buff.I explained to the guy that I was going to put it on the market for sale. When I got my truck back the rims were filthy looked like no attempt was made to even clean them, the ashtray was dirty, the seats were dirty and there was a broken plastic piece of trim by passenger mirror. I spoke with the manager about cleaning the rims better and wiping off some letter residue that had been missed on the rear back window and he said it would cost an additional $20.00 dollars because that was not in the package. It took me 10 minutes to do it myself after getting home. I believe there is a problem in communication between the guy you explain everything too and settles on the price ($100.00) at the beginning and the manager which offers only to increase the price for what you already agreed to pay. I needed my car wash after driving to Florida and I had a crap ton of bug splatter on my front bumper. I chose the VIP package and they did a great job on the interior but there was still bug splatter on my bumper... BUT they aren't completely at fault because bug splatter is difficult to get off and if they forced it off it would scratch the paint on my car. The only reason they get 2 stars is cause one of the workers stole all of my quarters out of my cup holder. I know the struggle is real but why resort to stealing quarters when I can tip you properly in cash... Everything was good until I came to the lady that was wiping my car down, just when she was about to start on my first tire I kindly told her not to use the tire shine on my tires (she's pointed at them, and said no right? so I know she understood what I was saying) because I don't like the look of it on my wheels. Pretty detail oriented--got a lot of Armor All, but the windows still needed some windex. Family owned and operated for decades.

I'm better off cleaning the car myself rather than paying $20.00 to be disappointed with such a bad wash. The car wasn't even vacuumed thoroughly. The employees are lazy. And they didn't even bother to take the stickers off my windshield and the sales paint on the car. I'm giving two stars because the exterior was good. I was pretty impressed with Diamond Car Wash... the location isn't great, but it is close to one of my offices, so I decided to check it out. I brought an industrial service truck from my office to be cleaned, and it was really dirty. I was amazed at the detail and attendtion that they provided to the truck for the price. I paid about $23 for the standard wash with vacuum service and tire dressings. They spent about an hour in total time vacuuming and detailing every ounce of that truck! When I got it back, I was amazed at how nice it looked. The only problem I had was that they almost seemed to take TOO long! BOTTOM LINE: A VERY thorough wash at a reasonable price, but make sure you schedule a full hour for the wash. read more

Pretty impressed what 14 dollars get you. I opted for the 10 wash that includes windows and vacuum. I paid 4 more for tires. The guy who took my order was very friendly and wasn't trying to get me to buy more than I needed. The person who rang me up was very friendly. I had my choice of free air freshener. I was most impressed with how much time was spent getting all the dirt out of the car. My rubber mats were removed, vacuumed and scrubbed. The kids child seats were well vacuumed. A lot of time was spent preparing the car prior to the wash. When it came out the people spent quite a bit of time on each area. When they were done it looked great. I came on a weekday morning. The price has increased to $6 from the previous $5 for a basic exterior "soft cloth" wash. After coming out of the automated wash, two people wipe down your car for a few min to eliminate excess water. At first I was really happy with how clean my car was - until I drove it a few blocks home and noticed the scratches. There are now fine but noticeable scratches all over my windshield and side windows. I haven't looked too closely at the rest of the car but did notice small dents on the driver's side that I've never seen before... So. My car is clean, as promised.
