The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.

Do NOT to use EASY OFF Heavy-Duty Oven Cleaner and make sure if you don't that no maid service you use does it can cause white spot stains on your stainless-steel stoves.

I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

I'm moving into a new apartment and expressed exactly what I wanted/expected right off the bat. But as for the cleaning I got 2 people for 2 hours at $60 per person for per hour. So I paid $240 total with a $25 tip. When the cleaners left I was confused on what they cleaned. The floors(only the living room and kitchen) were mopped and the outside of the cabinets were wiped, but that's about it. They didn't mop or vacuum the stairs or anything on the second level. Appliances were not touched. I honestly don't know what these 2 people did for 2 hours. I messaged the owner and she offered to have them come back to clean the fridge, but unfortunately I don't really trust their services anymore so I'd rather count my losses and do it myself or hire someone else. Long story short, I paid $265 for someone to mop one living room, and wipe the outside of some cabinets. Very disappointed and I feel robbed. UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to send more cleaners. We eventually settled and they gave me a 50% refund which I appreciate. Seems like it must've been a fluke and the business owner wanted to make it right.
