This company seemed very detailed and sweet at first. Great reviews and nice pictures. I spoke with Sophia the owner, who answered the phone at first but seemed like she wanted to just hang up and rushed the conversation when I need to clairfy some things. Takes long time to respond to messages. At first she says a certain price then makes it about 80-100 dollars higher due to windows (which should be part of the service) and at that point I asked if they do mold, mildew and water spots, degreasing and stuff she says yes. She told me she has availability for the date and time I want and even asked me details of how I will pay and basically set up an appointment with me. I then to double check emphasized about the stuff listed above and then she raises the price again to another 50-100 bucks because she says im asking for these detailed things. I am confused as these should be part of deep cleaning anyways like what she initially stated. When I ask her why the price keeps going up and up and maybe we can discuss a reasonable price in the middle she says suddenly we are not available to take this job no more. She is a coward and doesnt answer the phone and barley texts saying the same thing that they cant do this job no more without explaining the reason. Then after me asking her why again and again she finally says because she never set an appointment that she said she will see if someone is available. That is a blatant LIE she texted saying she CAN send people at the time/date. (see pic of text below) Transparency is not existent and professionalism is out the door. Sad that a company that looks great on the surface level becomes very horrible when you actually get into details with them. They should take PRO out if their name. I am so happy I decided to go with Aquamarine to clean my house. I needed my house cleaned on short notice and Jenny was able to get me on her schedule very quickly. Unlike some other companies who after receiving my phone number try to call me, Jenny was respectful of my preference to communicate via text. The two ladies (sorry I forgot your names), showed up on time, with everything they needed, were very pleasant and did an amazing job with great attention to detail. I do have one warning: they do such a great job you are going to want them to come back regularly. That's what happened to me. I originally thought I would just have them clean my house once as a treat, but after they did such an amazing job now I need to have them out here on a regular basis. With Aquamarine I can state unequivocally that they have showed up now for several months on time, with great attitudes. We live in Koreatown and have ancient windows that let in a lot of dust and dirt. It overwhelmed me and I let it get gross. We contacted Clean House Service Aqua for a two bedroom apartment move-out cleaning. Yevheniia responded quickly with a fair quote and we scheduled the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning , she was on time with all of her cleaning supplies in tow. I briefly went over the cleaning instructions and she got right to work. She estimated the timeframe needed to complete the cleaning and I left. The cleaning was actually completed a little earlier than anticipated. I instructed her to please lock the unit up and she was free to leave. We agreed I would Zelle the money once I arrived at the apartment to inspect the work and was satisfied with the service.
