I've had my carpets cleaned with other companies and my carpet STAYS wet for 2-3 days. Lance came with the steam truck and did a great steam cleaning and said the carpet would be dry in a few hours. I really didn't believe him but REALLY the carpet was dry in hours. I have a large living room area shaped like an L so the dining area is inclusive in the L shape and other companies have charged me for 2 rooms. It's pretty frustrating when it happens. When I spoke to Lance on the phone and explained to him the L shape and my bedroom I wanted cleaned he quoted me a low and high price with a $20 difference. So I knew the MOST I would have to pay. When he arrived I THOUGHT FOR SURE he was going to charge me extra for the "dining area" but he didn't. In the end the carpet looks great. This was my first time cleaning our carpets since we moved in back in 2012. The hallway was beginning to show traffic lanes, plus the carpet right in front of the back door was almost black (my carpets are a light eggshell color!). Lance from Keeling Carpet Cleaning came to the rescue. He was very professional, did a basic estimate over the phone and arrived on time on the day of the cleaning. He's just left and the carpet is eggshell again! The traffic lanes are gone and the area in front of the back door is completely clean! The dingey black is gone and I'm thoroughly satisfied. His price for my home was very budget - friendly and it basically only took a couple hours to complete (about 850 Sq ft.) I was worried it would be crazy wet when he was done but his vacuum pulled up most of the water so it basically dry and I can move on with my day. If you need your carpets cleaned, look no further.
