WORST SERVICE EVER!! We hired this cleaning service to come clean our house but they never showed up at the time agreed! The hired time was 12:30 and they were a no show. We were told they were running late so I continued to wait for them. Well an hour passed and nothing. We tried texting to get an ETA and nothing, I guess they thought we just didn't have anything better to do but wait all day for them. Well 2 hours have now passed and nobody has showed up or contacted us. This is totally unacceptable and to be honest unprofessional! I had meetings and errands to run so I left. We'll they finally showed up around 3:30 and of course I had already left. The owner, Veronica had the gull to ask us for gas money since she showed and nobody was home 3 hours later!! What a joke! Look lady! Try providing your clients with good customer service and start caring about them & be at their house at the time agreed! Poor communication. They will never tell you how many hours it will take. Do not believe their estimated hours because they will definitely charged more hours. They charged $75 per hour for two workers. I should never agreed to pay by hour. Doors and clean of exterior windows will be extra charge. In the beginning, they took time to clean. At the end, they rushed. That's why they take more hours. They also broke the window blinds in my master bedroom. I had other companies gave me a quote for $300 flat rate for cleaning my 1261 SF house but this company charged for $400 for cleaning a 1261 SF with hourly rate. They provided an estimate of 3.5 hours to finish the cleaning originally. However, they ended up charging me 5 hours with extra charges for windows on the 1st floor and cleaning the doors. The only reason I choose them because they are available on the weekend. I will not recommend them to anyone. I learned my lesson. read more

Unfortunate recent experience. We scheduled a cleaning with Veronica for a specific date and time. She texted me the day of to tell me that she was running late. I replied that it was not an issue and asked what time she thought she would come to our home. My husband had been home but had an appointment so we wanted to work around the change. She came to our home 2 hours later and accused us of not having the funds to pay her and she had many clients and that a bad review would do nothing to affect her business. Set up an appointment with this service and they never showed up. After 10 minutes of being late they informed me they were stuck in traffic and would be here in 25 minutes. I should never agreed to pay by hour. They charged $70 per hour for two workers. I informed them that this house was built in 2003. It has new paint and it is vacant. It has 2800 sq feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. No carpet, new toilets, new mirrors, new sinks and counter tops in all bathrooms and kitchen, new stove and range hood. Therefore, they only need to be dusted. Windows , screen doors and blinds are not included. ( I had professional window cleaner did the work few days before) They supposed to start at 9am. At the last minutes, they informed me that they can't be my house until 11:30am. I expect them to finish in 4-5 hours. But it took them 7 hours. Since I was there the whole time, I had to help to get the work done. I cleaned the rails and mopped floor too. In the beginning, they took time. At the end, they rushed. So the kitchen floor was not cleaned. Definitely, there is lack of detail. At the end, they asked for cash. I was not prepared to pay $$$ cash. I had other companies quote me $280 flat fee. The only reason I choose them was the schedule matched my schedule. I will not recommend them to anyone. I learned my lesson. read more

I asked them to come early (8am) and even offered to pay extra if they did. She said ok. They arrived at 9am due to "traffic". The place was already relatively clean and she had a jetpack vacuum cleaner so I asked if she could clean the stairwell. Again she said ok. I wasn't there when she called and said she was done so when I returned and saw the stairwell untouched, I sent her a text with some pictures. No response. If the stairwell was not included then say "no" instead of "ok". Don't waste your money on this cleaning service. read more

They had a fast response and were available quickly. The house smells great, however I did request laundry, window cleaning and deep cleaning of the house on my inquiry. When she got here she said she wouldn't do any laundry. The house is clean but things were not really put away just cleaned around. A few tables look like they haven't been wiped down. There was still some shoes in random places and things not put away so now I need to go throw and actually put everything away.
