"I don't got time for this" was the response I received when I called to ask what services were offered. I've only had my car for a few months and was interested in getting it detailed, but I don't know much about the process. I called to ask some basic questions--what services are available, how much they cost, and how long the detailing typically takes. Those seem like normal questions to ask before booking an appointment. Instead of receiving any information, I was basically told to fuck off before the call was disconnected before I didn't even get the chance to schedule an appointment. I am way late in posting this review. I think it was about a year ago that Jesse detailed the interior of our car. Jesse was extremely professional and I really appreciated that. His attention to detail was amazing. And you know what? We had just quit smoking and wanted the smell out of our car. He did it!! Jesse at Diamond Fox Detail applied ceramic coating on my new 2022 Honda Civic. I was impressed with every aspect of his operation. His communication from start to finish was impeccable. I was kept updated and informed of how things were going since my car had to stay overnight for the coating to properly dry. I also appreciated that he took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. All too often when I call a business I feel like I am interrupting their day. Not that way with Jesse. The work performed was top notch and done with care. Jesse has many years in the auto care profession and it shows in his attention to detail. Great honest company to get any work done on your car. Doesn't promise the earth but actually delivers beyond. I had a bad bump on my car.. some scrapes I didn't think could be removed with a lease inspection brewing I asked to see if he could help.. warned me the work might not work but might make it better.. well he made the scrapes vanish.. Miracle tbh.. very happy customer, had used previously when a builder accidentally spray painted my car and he got it back to normal also.. both times I was worried it was beyond repair. Jess did a great job on my Mitsu Evo X. It hadn't been washed in over a year and he spent almost 3 hours cleaning the outside and inside to make it shine again. Even though i asked for the basic interior work, he went the extra mile and it looks great! It was also very convenient for him to come to my home and work on the car while i had to step away.
