I usually take my car to the dealership, but I believed the reviews and it was a nightmare. They put a big hole in my intake and told me a rat chewed a huge hole. I said it wasn't right, I live in an area with no infestation and he stood by his story. I took my car immediately to the dealership and they said it was lies and rats don't bite huge straight holes. They said there would be other damage to all the other tubes and wires and there wasn't. I now have to pay to have the damage fixed.. I had a radiator leak and I posted a service request for replacement on Yelp. They were the first to respond, nearby and quoted me a fair price after I had someone else diagnose my problem. I messaged them and asked if I could have my car towed there and dropped off today so they could work on it tomorrow for my appointment. They had a cancellation today and managed to fit me in at noon today and managed to finish the job by 5pm. When I arrived to pick up my car, they took me into the shop and showed me what was broken on my old radiator. My car is now back to normal again and I'm happy to be on the road again, thank you for your quick response and communication throughout the whole process, your quick and quality work on the repair and your fair and honest pricing. I had a quote from Naoth,for two hours labor only, to change the fluids, and filters in my 4 wheel drive pickup to include front and rear differential, transfer case and automatic transmission. I told them I would be waiting for the car. The price changed, only $50, because I brought a new transmission pan to replace the exiting one . That said they would need a little over 2 hours to complete the job. My vehicle was the only car in the shop, so they had no interruptions from other owners to complete the work. A little over 4 hours later they finished the job. They wanted more money because it took significantly longer than they quoted. We settled for an additional hour of labor, for a total of three hours labor, plus shop fees, which were minimal. When I asked for thr oil transmission pan back, I noticed they forgot to transfer the magnet from the old pan to the new one. I pointed it out to the mechanic, who responded, sorry about that, that mistake was on me, but no offer t correct it. After over 4 hours, i just wanted toleave anyway. Unfortunately, this means I will need to redo the major part of their transmission work, which is to drain the fluid, drop pan and gasket, install the magnet, reinstall a new gasket, pan, and fluid. If I would have gotten an accurate quote up front and I didnt have to redo their work, I would give them a higher rating. read more

I've just had an oil change and fluids check at Naoth so far (I have a 2018 BMW 330i), but that was all good. The price was very reasonable, and they pointed out that I would soon need a front brake replacement, which was totally beiievable because I'd had the rear brakes done in early July, and this is normally the year I wear out BMW brakes. I requested Naoth Automotive to confirm and repair my suspicion that there's damage to my Flex Plate and/or starter (06' Navigator). These gentleman not only explained to me 'cause and effect' of what happened to my car, they also checked other things to ensure that I leave their shop safely! Had my car serviced for AC recharge and the first time we brought the car they said their was no leaks and recharged the system for $162. The very next day pulled out my driveway and all the AC Freon is on the ground and AC doesn't work. Brought the car back and they were able to repair the leak and recharge the system but I still had to pay for recharge service again. I went to Naoth automotive today to get a suspension issue on my Chevrolet express 2500 looked at. The diagnostic fee was reasonable and I was scheduled for two days out. After a short trip around the block the owner Jun diagnosed that the bushing on the sway bar had come out of one side and was going bad on the other side. Every time I went over a bump the sway arm would hit against the metal bracket holding it into place. They gave me a really fair price for repair and got it done on the spot. No more than two hours spent at their shop in Burien. I also got to talk to the owner and he is super moral and has good values. Paul, the knowledgable and incredibly friendly front desk person was upfront and clear about what needed doing (brakes) and what probably needed doing for the rear (rotors). Not only did he show my on my vehicle what the rotors looked like and why they likely needed replacing, but also took pictures of the parts that came off of the car and went over them with me when I came to pick up my car. He even followed up with a phone call after service to make sure everything was ok. Prices were incredibly reasonable and work was done within a few hours. Running around the city doing errands, my day was going just fine. Until I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start. Fast forward an hour, I had AAA jump my car and given the advice of- you need to go get a new battery now. I didn't want to turn off the car again until I found a place that could sell and install and reset the lights in my car - Audi Q3. Everyone anywhere near Seattle (Ballard, northgate, the city, I literally called about 20 places) would only sell me the battery and said it was too much work to work with an Audi and reset the settings. THANK GOODNESS for Naoth. I was literally on my way home about to give up for the weekend when they answered the phone, said of course they could install and reset and also have a battery delivered to them within the hour so just head on down. I was saved. I called them again yesterday - asking if they could replace a reverse light. They again said of course and we set up a time today for me to come by. I was in/out in about 30 min. Pricing was fair for the light and labor and I was on my way. I can't wait to get my car detailed here as well. Brought my car in for an A/C diagnostic. Turns out the A/C compressor failed. Jun was really thorough and walked me through each step he was taking on my car, from recharging the system to sending an independent signal to the compressor. Diagnostic rate was reasonable and came in at or less than most other places I asked for a quote. He also found that a rat had chewed through my fuel pressure regulator line and fixed it, which resolved a really annoying high-pitched whine that I couldn't figure out the source. The quote I received for the compressor replacement was also very reasonable. Jun was super knowledgeable, knew the OEM manufacturer and found the replacement part at reasonable cost. I'll be bringing my car back in to them to do the compressor replacement, and they'll be my first choice for all my car repairs going forward. read more
