He hates waiting at a groomers shop & won't eat or drink regardless of how long he is there waiting for his turn, he just gets stressed; so not only do we adore Vivianna for her great grooming skills but also for her vision to bring the service to our location. Uzi is so much less stressed now & goes from a fuzz ball to a sleek puppy cut all within about an hour. So disappointed! I have been I have been with them for many years and when they changed owners to Desiree I have been with her since the beginning. I understand she was affected by the fire in Hemet but as of today she is not responding to any of my requests for grooming. She did tell me she was storing her equipment to get away from the fire so I tried to cut slack on that but just not answering is unacceptable. She could have either said she lost her equipment or she's no longer in business or something to the effect but just nothing and I relied on her to groom my babies. I don't know if others were affected by the same treatment and I have now found a new groomer but I would not recommend due to the poor communication. read more

Just had my first mobile grooming experience! Perfect, better than all the grooming experiences I have ever had!! And I've experiences many, I've had a maltipoo, a Brussels griffon, a shihtzu, and now my son Army, a teacup yorkie and needless to say, grooming is key to keeping them looking sharp! I had a independent groomer for years and then veered off to mainstream places like pet smart and petco and NEVER have I had such a delightful experience and so pleased with my pups look. I recently adopted a dog from the humane society. She was filthy and her fur was matted. She was in desperate need of a thorough grooming, right away. I was nervousness that taking her to a groomer and leaving her there might stress her out since she hadn't had time to adapt to her new environment. Plus, considering that she had just spent a good amount of time in a cage, I just couldn't bring myself to take her somewhere where she would have to be crated while she waited her turn at a shop. So, I decided to give mobile grooming a try for the first time. I emailed multiple mobile groomers over the weekend to ask about services and availability and mentioned that I needed to get my dog groomed asap. Vivianna from Bath and Doggie Works was one of the few that got back to me and the only one that actually picked up the phone and called me to answer my questions and make an appt for Daisy for the next day. Vivianna showed up on time and even text me to let me know that she was on her way. When she arrived, she happily allowed me to take a look inside of the mobile grooming station. Everything was clean, well organized, and the entire operation was self sufficient. She didn't need to hook up to my water or electricity. I ended up staying throughout the grooming process since I wasn't sure how Daisy was going to handle it. Vivianna did a great job with Daisy- she was gentle and sweet but also very thorough. Daisy loved her and was so relaxed that she was falling asleep while she was being clipped! She didn't seem to be bothered at all while being dematted either. Now that is reassuring to a pet owner!! In the end the pricing was quite reasonable. I know that mobile groomers can be a bit more expensive but I felt that the personal care that was given to my dog, without the trauma of being crated or left at a strange place was well worth a couple of extra bucks. I would definitely recommend Bath and Doggie Works and plan to use them for all of my dog grooming from here forward. I have already booked my next appointment! Viviana met my expectations with my three dogs. My husky was a furry mess and he came out fluffy and clean after a good scrub and de-shedding. My papillon was skeptical but was happy afterwards and my pit loved the entire experience. They all smelled so good and everyone's fur was so soft when they were done. Completely amazed at how good my poodle looked after being groomed with Bath & Doggie Works! My poodle is pretty hard to handle but the groomer managed to do such a wonderful job on her. I had quite a few specifics as far as the haircut was concerned & was amazed that the groomer was able to meet all of them.
