I moved to Menifee in March of this year and really needed to find a good groomer for my mini schnauzers Diva & Duet. Tiffani was recommended by someone on the Next Door app. Tiffani did an excellent job on my girls. I told her all about their personalities and quirks and she listened intently. The only slip up was she trimmed Diva's eyelashes and I had explained that I like the lashes long on the girls and was trying to let Diva's grow back because the last groomer had cut them. I didn't notice it til well after Tiffani was gone because the girls looked soooo good! Thing is, I know my girl Diva. She is a handful. I'm guessing that by the time Tiffani got to her face, Diva had been such a handful, they were inadvertently cut. N-e-ways, my girls look beautiful and I'm already booked for their next groom. Thank you Tiffani! We'll see you again soon!

My dog was groomed last week and when he was brought back to me, he looked like a completely different dog. In the best way. I've been taking him to petco and they do a good job but nothing like this. His teeth are clean, his fur is soft, and his nails are perfect. I think we've found our groomer.

Can't express enough gratitude to Ms Tiffany. My fur babies are looking very shiny, the cat hair has decreased and they smell amazing!!! I have taken my two boys to a groomer in the past, after 5 hours I get the call to pick them up. When I do they are still wet and the shedding hair was everywhere. There was definitely no change. So I knew I needed to find someone who was able to fulfill my de-shedding request. And I'm so very grateful I found bows and bones mobile groomer. He has sensitive skin so she shampooed him with a gentle formula and also sprayed his coat to prevent him from being itchy. To finish she put a cute tropical bandana on him to match his collar. I also like that she accepts many different types of payment like venmo, paypal, Zeller, etc.

Yay! Yay! Yay! We just moved to Menifee area end of May and I was terrified to have to find a new groomer after my dogs have been with the same groomer for 9 years before we moved. I am so so happy with the work that Tiffini has done. She works alone and she had her day cut out for her cause my dogs are 1/2 pomeranian and we all know that is a ton of hair. They hadn't been able to be groomed since March cause of our move. I'm happy, they are now happy. It's so hot here compared to Mission Viejo. They aren't used to that. Read the reviews of Bows and Bones Pet Grooming. Only one Review was Negative. it was for a lack of Communication. She is Very Busy so this is Understandable. and she wrote an Apology for that! My Experience was Similar. Never spoke with the Lady. Every Communication was by Text. I tried to be Patient. But after 3 days I was no closer to a Price Quote or an Appointment? My last Text was to tell her that her Lack of Communication was a Disservice to Potential Customers. Im Posting this in hopes that She makes some Changes to the Problem. I wished her Good Luck. I've been meaning to do this for some time now! Tiffani is amazing! She is professional, dependable, efficient, and does a fabulous job on our little fluffy corgi, Willow! Before she came along, our Willow had some serious allergy paw problems. We addressed them with Tiffani, and day 1, she began giving Willow paw treatment. Every grooming session improved our Willow's paws, and now she's practically allergy free and her feet are looking healthy again! From the time they pulled up to the house it was a pleasure. Tiffany came to the door meant my puppy and got to know her a little bit and then took her to this nice mobile work shop. From there we could watch through the window as she pampered my puppy. When we got her back she was soft smelt great and no shedding. I do not feel comfortable having dogs cared for by someone who appears unhappy and unfriendly while interacting with them.

From a Longtime Customer -- Very Disappointed in How This Was Handled…read more We began using Couture Pet Grooming in December 2023 after my mother's elderly Black Labrador mix, Thunder, came to live with us in Southern California. For approximately 30 months, we were very satisfied with the grooming services Thunder received. Until this incident, I would have gladly given Couture five stars and recommended them to others. Unfortunately, our experience involving a future boarding reservation completely changed my opinion. We arranged for Couture to board Thunder for an upcoming family vacation. We were quoted $455 for seven nights plus one day of daycare, with a 50% deposit required to hold the reservation. On June 25, 2026--approximately 120 days before the scheduled boarding--I paid $255 by Zelle, which was actually more than the requested 50% deposit. Tragically, Thunder's health deteriorated significantly. At approximately 15 years old, he could no longer stand or move normally and was experiencing several age-related health problems. After consultation with family and Animal Control, we made the extremely difficult and humane decision to have Thunder put to sleep on August 3, 2026. The following day, approximately 83 days before the scheduled boarding, we notified Couture of Thunder's death, cancelled the reservation, and requested the return of our $255 deposit. We were told: "The deposit is non refundable. We keep deposit to hold dates and it is non refundable." This was extremely disappointing. In the boarding correspondence we received before paying the deposit, we were told that a 50% deposit was required to hold the dates, but we were not told that the deposit was nonrefundable. Had that condition been clearly disclosed to me beforehand, I would not have paid $255 approximately four months in advance. I subsequently requested a receipt and invoice regarding the transaction and was told one would be provided. As of the date of this review, I have not received it. This is especially difficult because we were not cancelling for convenience or because our vacation plans changed. Thunder died. We cancelled approximately 83 days before his scheduled stay. I recognize and appreciate the satisfactory grooming services Couture provided Thunder over the years. Unfortunately, the way this final matter was handled after the death of a longtime customer's pet has overshadowed those positive experiences. Our family lost a beloved companion. Under these circumstances, and based on how our $255 deposit was handled, I can no longer recommend Couture Pet Grooming.

During our first visit, Stacey did an excellent job, but unfortunately, after her accident she has not been available when making an appointment. This led us to try other groomers. Initially, I was understanding when my dog was shaved down to less than half an inch, thinking it would be a fresh start and that I could manage his coat better with regular brushing. Fast forward almost 6 months, and after diligently caring for his coat, we felt ready to have him trimmed. He had grown back beautifully and was fluffy, with no mats except for a small area under his ears, which we had specifically discussed needing a trim. I personally dropped him off and had a thorough conversation with the groomer, expressing my desire for a trim to maintain his fluffiness. She assured me that it wouldn't be an issue as he looked "great". To my dismay, when I returned, I found that he had been shaved down to less than half an inch again! I was extremely frustrated, especially after our detailed conversation. They didn't even call me to discuss the decision before proceeding. It was evident that they had not followed my grooming requests, opting instead for the quickest and easiest solution. I cannot recommend this groomer if you wish to keep your doodle's coat fluffy. My dog was not matted, and it's clear that they did not even attempt to follow my instructions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

After about 1 hour, a technician cameout to look at my dog, he took her back and about 15 minutes later another technician cameout with the proposal. They sutured her back up and we picked her up about 2 hours later. The price was very reasonable and we were very happy with the service, we will definitely be back if we ever need any emergency services!

We decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere, and the other veterinarian confirmed our concerns and provided proper treatment. Since then, Romeo has healed well. No pet owner expects perfection, especially in an emergency, but we do expect competent care that matches the cost of treatment. Spending thousands of dollars only to have to seek corrective care elsewhere was heartbreaking and frustrating. I would strongly encourage others to ask questions and consider getting a second opinion if something doesn't seem right.
