I moved to Menifee in March of this year and really needed to find a good groomer for my mini schnauzers Diva & Duet. Tiffani was recommended by someone on the Next Door app. Tiffani did an excellent job on my girls. I told her all about their personalities and quirks and she listened intently. The only slip up was she trimmed Diva's eyelashes and I had explained that I like the lashes long on the girls and was trying to let Diva's grow back because the last groomer had cut them. I didn't notice it til well after Tiffani was gone because the girls looked soooo good! Thing is, I know my girl Diva. She is a handful. I'm guessing that by the time Tiffani got to her face, Diva had been such a handful, they were inadvertently cut. N-e-ways, my girls look beautiful and I'm already booked for their next groom. Thank you Tiffani! We'll see you again soon!

My dog was groomed last week and when he was brought back to me, he looked like a completely different dog. In the best way. I've been taking him to petco and they do a good job but nothing like this. His teeth are clean, his fur is soft, and his nails are perfect. I think we've found our groomer.

Can't express enough gratitude to Ms Tiffany. My fur babies are looking very shiny, the cat hair has decreased and they smell amazing!!! I have taken my two boys to a groomer in the past, after 5 hours I get the call to pick them up. When I do they are still wet and the shedding hair was everywhere. There was definitely no change. So I knew I needed to find someone who was able to fulfill my de-shedding request. And I'm so very grateful I found bows and bones mobile groomer. Tiffini did a great job grooming our fur baby, Drago. She's very affordable and professional. He has sensitive skin so she shampooed him with a gentle formula and also sprayed his coat to prevent him from being itchy. To finish she put a cute tropical bandana on him to match his collar. I also like that she accepts many different types of payment like venmo, paypal, Zeller, etc.

Yay! Yay! Yay! We just moved to Menifee area end of May and I was terrified to have to find a new groomer after my dogs have been with the same groomer for 9 years before we moved. I am so so happy with the work that Tiffini has done. She works alone and she had her day cut out for her cause my dogs are 1/2 pomeranian and we all know that is a ton of hair. They hadn't been able to be groomed since March cause of our move. I'm happy, they are now happy. It's so hot here compared to Mission Viejo. They aren't used to that. Read the reviews of Bows and Bones Pet Grooming. Only one Review was Negative. it was for a lack of Communication. She is Very Busy so this is Understandable. and she wrote an Apology for that! My Experience was Similar. Never spoke with the Lady. Every Communication was by Text. I tried to be Patient. But after 3 days I was no closer to a Price Quote or an Appointment? My last Text was to tell her that her Lack of Communication was a Disservice to Potential Customers. Im Posting this in hopes that She makes some Changes to the Problem. I wished her Good Luck. I've been meaning to do this for some time now! Tiffani is amazing! She is professional, dependable, efficient, and does a fabulous job on our little fluffy corgi, Willow! Before she came along, our Willow had some serious allergy paw problems. We addressed them with Tiffani, and day 1, she began giving Willow paw treatment. Every grooming session improved our Willow's paws, and now she's practically allergy free and her feet are looking healthy again! From the time they pulled up to the house it was a pleasure. Tiffany came to the door meant my puppy and got to know her a little bit and then took her to this nice mobile work shop. From there we could watch through the window as she pampered my puppy. When we got her back she was soft smelt great and no shedding. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. I'm glad my local Petco has this. You have to pay at the dog groomer cash register. The station itself has 3 tubs and beware the floor's are wet! You will also get very wet even though they provide you with an apron which is nice. They do provide the doggie shampoo but we bought flea shampoo at Petco. The whole process is pretty easy. Dogs don't like it but it beats doing it at home. It is far more affordable doing it yourself than at the groomers. I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

During our first visit, Stacey did an excellent job, but unfortunately, after her accident she has not been available when making an appointment. This led us to try other groomers. Initially, I was understanding when my dog was shaved down to less than half an inch, thinking it would be a fresh start and that I could manage his coat better with regular brushing. Fast forward almost 6 months, and after diligently caring for his coat, we felt ready to have him trimmed. He had grown back beautifully and was fluffy, with no mats except for a small area under his ears, which we had specifically discussed needing a trim. I personally dropped him off and had a thorough conversation with the groomer, expressing my desire for a trim to maintain his fluffiness. She assured me that it wouldn't be an issue as he looked "great". To my dismay, when I returned, I found that he had been shaved down to less than half an inch again! I was extremely frustrated, especially after our detailed conversation. They didn't even call me to discuss the decision before proceeding. It was evident that they had not followed my grooming requests, opting instead for the quickest and easiest solution. I cannot recommend this groomer if you wish to keep your doodle's coat fluffy. My dog was not matted, and it's clear that they did not even attempt to follow my instructions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It has been a very difficult time for my cat Bastu…read more However, I have found the facility to be very nice, and Bastu received prompt assistance for her problems! First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!

During an already traumatic and emotional situation, we trusted this clinic to provide the best possible care and ended up paying upwards towards $5,000 for treatment. Unfortunately, the suturing was done very poorly, and we were concerned about how his wounds were healing. We decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere, and the other veterinarian confirmed our concerns and provided proper treatment. Since then, Romeo has healed well. No pet owner expects perfection, especially in an emergency, but we do expect competent care that matches the cost of treatment. Spending thousands of dollars only to have to seek corrective care elsewhere was heartbreaking and frustrating. I would strongly encourage others to ask questions and consider getting a second opinion if something doesn't seem right.

Everything this rescue does seems to be top-notch. They even feed a high and more expensive food which completely impressed me because puppy nutrition is so important.
