I didn't open the front door in proper way since I held many stuff in my hand. I thought it was locked inside. I called diamond lock. They showed up fast and immediately opened the door with my key. I should pull the knob harder with one hand and use other hand to key. They charge $100 for the seconds work. They called service fee. I understand. Just remind everyone, ask price before you call. Marco replaced and rekeyed an ancient deadbolt and door handle with a lock. He called ahead to clarify my request and inquire about the look I wanted. I texted him a few pics and he got a bronze/dark brown set that looks 1000% better than what was there. The quality of the work, which is hard to find on detail work, is great. He also pointed out why the door is tough to open/close, which I had thought was the lock. He pointed out that the door was lopsided and once he did, I could really see the problem. I didn't have him fix it only because a renovation is in my future. Marco was masked, professional, knowledgeable, and had all kinds of equipment in his truck. He was able to rekey the two locks so I wouldn't need different keys for multiple doors. My car keys recently malfunctioned or ran out of battery or something. Every-time I tried to open the doors nothing would happen. I had to manually open them. I contacted Diamond Locksmith and told them of my situation. As I was stuck in the parking lot of a supermarket, they offered to meet me there which I highly appreciated. They showed up a little later than expected, but after all it wasn't a big deal because they definitely knew what they were doing. They fixed the issue and I was out of there in no time.
