Frank is an absolute saint!! I had a hard time getting into my home because of a deadbolt issue and I found Frank on Yelp. I called that same evening and he picked up right away, I FaceTimed him and showed him the issue with my lock. He was very knowledgeable and said he would come first thing in the morning. The next morning, Frank came promptly ( brought an extra specialized lock just in case) and he took the time to assess what was wrong. Frank was very honest with me and said the underlying issue was not the lock but the leveling of my door. He could easily have replaced the lock and charged me for that as well as his time to come to the house. Instead, he DIDNT charge me and said he didn't do anything ( although he did adjust my lock a bit to help me utilize the lock temporarily). Although he didn't actually change my locks and I didn't fully use his service, I will promote his services to anyone and everyone I know both verbally and through social media because he deserves ALL the business because of his knowledge, hard work and HONESTY. When my toddler insisted on opening the door to my storage area which took 15 unsuccessful minutes until I actually opened the door myself, he then REALLY insisted on keeping the keys and putting them in his pocket. I called Frank this morning after my five year old daughter decided it would be a good idea to lock my master bathroom door from the inside. There is no way to open it from the outside of the door so I was locked out. (Grrrrrr....) On top of this, the electric heat was left on in the bathroom which is a fire hazard.
