Was there on Jan 21, 2026. Worse nail job I've ever had. b I had an appointment with Angela for a Mani and Pedi. Angela did my toes, terrible job, felt good, look terrible. Angela started doing my nail and I suppose it was the owner came over and switched me to Dominic, my appointment was with Angela. Its been a week and 1 days, most of my polish is lifting, on one nail it is almost gone. Not a good polish job at all. Everyone was nice, but I want good nail when I'm paying that much money. Used to like this salon but recently booked an appointment with Angela....terrible service! Messy pedicure that had to be fixed then she had an attitude with me when I pointed out a sharp spot on my gel manicure. I felt so uncomfortable and could not believe the way I was treated. Never going back here they are only getting one star because I've had Tina before and she is wonderful. So stay away from Angela and book Tina or just go somewhere else. I have been coming here for awhile now and forgot how important it is to leave a nice review for businesses that I frequent. I come here for manicure/pedicure and waxing. The staff is great! I have had several different technicians and they have all done a good job. The salon is very clean. They have taken extra precautions during the pandemic to ensure things are disinfected. I used to like this salon, but when Laura burned me with the nail file (more than once) and couldn't be bothered to care, I decided to try the owner instead. But you're sitting there trying to get a manicure and she is booking calls (when it should be your time) as they don't have a morning receptionist because they don't seem to stay. Pay? Anyway, I would go elsewhere as it's not that clean (First appointment of the day and I noticed the garbage cans are full from previous night) They don't really care about keeping you as a customer even if you tip and are a full time resident. read more

I have been coming here 6 years, I've gone other places just spur of the moment or when not in the area and nothing compares. I only get a basic manicure with gel and basic pedicure (sometimes I upgrade if My feet need a little more love). Jackie is the best! Such attention to detail and she is so sweet! She left for a while and I was devastated... then I was sooo happy to hear she was back!! Laura took great care of me while Jackie was gone and Cindy use to too but shes the owner and very busy. Can't go wrong with any of those 3! the pedicure... their basic pedicure I had just become accustomed to and then I went elsewhere and realized I was taking it for granted. This is my go-to nail spot after a couple of horrible experiences with ProFiles. I call a bit in advance to ensure I don't have to wait and they always see me promptly. Their massage chairs for pedicures are just out of this world. If you get anything done here, get a pedi! Prices are very reasonable and if you are a frequent customer they give you a punch card for discounts. Sometimes I come in with crazy design ideas I see on Pinterest and they are always willing to oblige :) Very clean - they use new packages of sanitized tools on every customer. Diamond nails has been working hard in the Costco plaza for the beautification of the feet of Fort Myers for a long time. Owners are sweet and accommodating. On this day I had my daughter with me and we met two of my girlfriends for pedicures. The process is similar to all nail salons in the area in that you pick your color when you come in and they'll appoint you a next person available to perform the pedicure. Holiday weekend was slammed they were doing a great job accommodating everyone. Something I noticed different than other salons is they have a person prep each chair and bowl set so those doing the pedicures can keep bopping along. I thought that was a great idea considering that helps move things more smoothly. They were super sweet with my daughter who loves getting her nails done. read more

Price was $25 for me on this day since it was my first pedi. I sat in the spa chair. Offered me a drink to which I said yes to some white wine. Good conversation and a good job means I will be back. Nice ambiance inside too. Whoever decorated did well. What I would suggest are some brighter newer polishes. Much of what they have seems old or the colors seem drab. I couldn't find a bright neon blue but they had orange, yellow, green/teal and pink. That was all I needed to get my duo toe colors. read more

I came in on a whim to just spoil myself. I wanted to do a eyebrow wax and full set with polish change for my toes. My nails and toes were done to perfection in my opinion, so there's no issue there. The reason for the 2 stars would be the issue with my eyebrows. The young lady who waxed me, ended up taking too much from the tip AND taking some skin off as well. I spoke with the manager and she was able to help me but I wasn't 100% satisfied with the service. If anything I would just recommend manicures and pedicures ONLY!! read more

This is a good shop, except they don't properly clean their equipment which is causing my fingers to break out and grow some kind of infection because of non-disinfectant, nor taken care of their equipment. I have done my nails professionally for a long time and never had this type of reaction until I came to the shop and one other shop. They don't even take care of some of your nails properly when you have lifting nails all they do is use super glue instead of taking off the nail properly that is already lifting to apply new acrylic gel. Plus when you read what a nail technician is supposed to do for every customer when they were getting a manicure done they don't do all of it and if you request them to do their job, you have to pay more. I have now have to get all of my nails removed to make sure the infection is completely gone before I can start again. They overdrill your nails to the point where you feel the heat everywhere they will also Nic your skin and pretend like they never did anything. read more

The staff and cleanliness of this spa deserves 5 stars! The technician was very attentive, the pedicure chairs are heavenly and the tools used were individually packed and new to ensure sterilization. The reasons for my 3 star are the color of the nail polish and the placement of the gel polish. I chose "Big Apple Red" by OPI and I thought it might have looked dull. When I got home I compared it to the bottle of nail polish and their was a huge difference. Secondly, I felt like the placement of the polish was so far away from my cuticle that's I felt like it looked like I had gotten the pedicure/manicure 2 weeks ago and was due for a new polish change. The reason for three stars is the overall mood in the place, which is not good and feels like a sweatshop. Management appears to be tough on employees and phony to customers and I walked out feeling worse off than i did before i went in. Its clean, but bad ambiance and vibes. Best place I've ever been. Tommy is the owner and does an amazing job on my nails. The service is unparalleled and the prices are great. They treat their regular customers like family. There's no talking to each other in vietnamese while you wonder if they're secretly talking about you. No pushy sales, and they genuinely care about you enjoying yourself while you're there. They carry a red and white boxed wine and waters/soda. Ask the owner about his fish tank - he'll brag about his new fishes. I am so glad I found this place and won't get my nails done anywhere else! Suggestion: Make an appointment for acrylics. Tommy and his wife (Yen) are the only ones that do acrylic (he's tried to hire more people, but I think his standards are too high for anyone to stay very long - a GOOD thing in my book). Me & my friends decided to go get our nails done here because of the really good reviews we were seeing & overall the experience was not satisfactory. In total, there were 5 of us, 3 guys & 2 girls. My boyfriend & his friend got manicures & weirdly enough didn't get a clear coat? Apparently you had to ask for the clear coat which I thought was weird because other places we've gone they put on a clear coat without hesitation. I got dip powder nails & it's only been a week & a half & they all have cracks going throughout them & 3 of my nails right now are almost bare because they've been lifting & chipping. They look so terrible. I don't understand how my nails have chipped so badly, seeing that dip powder is very very strong, basically the same as acrylics. I've also gotten dip many times before & this has NEVER happened to me in such a short time span. My other friend also got dip powder & her nails were bumpy & uneven. Clearly not her regular nail shape. I also asked her how her nails were doing & she told me all the clear coat on her nails have somehow come off & now they are matte & stained. I almost forgot to mention how I asked for glitter to be put onto my pinky, rather than the normal ring finger. I told my nail tech more than once I wanted it on my pinky. As she was about to start dipping my nails she asked me again, laughed when I said my pinky, & put it on my ring finger instead. Clearly me & my friends were very unhappy with the service here & plan on never going back. They don't put time or effort into your nails & they all seem like they're in a rush. read more

Came in to get gel nails and came out with powder dip nails with a tip. They work pretty fast but I originally started with a female nail tech then they switched me over to a male nail tech because she apparently only did the nail prep? Overall my nails came out OK. They were very thick and when I asked if he could make them thinner he only did like 3 nails and left the rest as they were. They also dip your finger straight into the powder jar which I read online is not a sanitary thing to do. Overall I would return but not for the powder dip nails and most likely not with the same person. Everyone is really friendly and they charged me $40 for it. The owner of this place is extremely unprofessional. I was in the salon while she was dealing with an elderly woman, and the way she handled the situation was extremely hard to watch. No person should be treated that way ESPECIALLY an older woman. Price gouging and taking advantage of someone is no way to run a business, so I will no longer be giving them my business.
