This review is only for my nails and the service I received. My bridal party and I had an appointment late afternoon to get our nails done for my wedding. We were a bit uncertain just turning into the little strip it was located in. I got a mani and a pedi while everyone else just did a mani. My nail tech was friendly and chatted with me throughout both the mani and pedi. I think she was gentle enough while cleaning my feet. I warned her that my cuticles are prone to bleeding because the past manicures I've gotten, I've had a few fingers bleed. She was able to do it without any bleeding (woohoo!). She spent time working on my nail design. Diana also helped pull some pearls or stones to use. I wish I got the name of my nail tech- she was able to speak to me in english. A month later, most of them lasted other than the pearls/stones on my left middle and ring finger (but at least it held up for the wedding haha). I believe only certain nail techs do designs so you will have to mention it up front to them when making an appointment.

I hadn't been to Diamond Nails in almost a year and I was worried that it wasn't there or had changed but it was as awesome as always. My favorite girl Susan was still there and did a beautiful job like always. Tracie also did a great pedicure. I will keep going back as this will now go back to being my regular nail salon.

I made a reservation and had no issue booking a few days in advance for a Friday afternoon appt! It was packed when I got there and luckily I was in no rush so they apologized and sat me in the pedicure chairs and let me message/soak my feet in. Took me about 30 min from my appt time to be seen cus of how packed it was and other ppl being late for their appts PARKING: beware the 2 lots are small and compact car only basically but there's street parking MANI: Wanted a French mani (which I've never done before) for vacation and so they cut my cuticles ($8) and proceeded to paint. The initial lady I had was so sweet and advocated for me to do a fake nail once I realized she was simply painting on the white tip (even tho my nails aren't as long as the nails I showed her in the Pinterest picture I wanted). So then I was put in Tracy's hands and OH MY GOD. She was so patient w me and did exactly what I wanted. She only put a fake tip on and trimmed it to how I wanted and so only my nail bed was real then she did her magic. This was $58 PEDI: typical gel pedi for me which adds $10. No complaints. I opted for the basic spa pedicure which was $25. Totaled $35 PAYMENT - cash preferred. There's a 5% transaction for card use. They also do Venmo. Tips are cash only Would definitely come here again for my needs. Although it took 3 hours for all my nails, so be more mindful if in a time crunch. Super sweet staff!!!

Went today to get my babies birthday nails done with Diana. She is amazing, some will think she is like a superwoman because of what she can do on nails I like to think of her as an amazing artist ‍ with an understanding of what she can actually do. Let me tell you she never seizes to amaze me but I try to be very considerate of what I ask of her. So today my daughter wanted Leonardo (ninja turtle nails) and bam look at this! Was referred to this salon as my sister was a loyal client to Diana. I came for a simple French Tip and of course, Diana did an amazing job! I'm extremely picky as I know what I like and can be particular when manicurists don't get the details right. I'm a perfectionist and I'm so glad Diana is too! She cleaned my cuticles well, got all the edges and asked my opinion before moving on with the rest of my nails. I appreciated that because other places I've been do as they please and I have to stop them or end up not liking it. Super kind and sociable. She worked quickly while still ensuring quality. She chose the perfect nude for my skin tone. It looks so natural and when it grew out, you couldn't really tell at all! Had these on for about 3 1/2 weeks and they were still in tact. Thank you! Although I don't get my nails done often, I'll be coming back whenever I do.

Took my cousin to get a gel manicure with French tips. They charge $45 dollars ($5 more then my aunt paid for an acrylic fill) and then less then 5 days later the polish all started to peel and left. Not just wear away or chip but completely peel off in large pieces. Update- when my aunt took my niece back in the essentially laughed at then and dismissed them. Overpriced, rude, poor quality and over all an experience we will not be ever returning too.

I hate having to write this review because Ive had so many great times here, but i believe that same familiarity made the customer service go out the window. I called to check if they had availability for a mani/pedi. (Usually I do a full set) the mom picked up & said they could take me right away. As I arrive, theres noone available to do a pedicure so we just get started with the gel mani. The girl that did my nails (I will not name her because she did my nails before & she was great) seemed to be rushed & annoyed. Kept tugging at my hands & twisting my fingers like they weren't attached. As I noticed her stress, I said it was fine to do the pedicure at a different time. Rushed me to pick the color, so she could put them away. She was being so aggressive with her moves, she ended up breaking the glass container with the blue liquid, she pulled the lid up & it cracked once, & then shattered. Came back, finished my nails. & proceeds to put super hot lotion on both hands. They always ask if things are the right temperature, & IDK if I just pissed her off? Cause that lotion was HOT. As i made it clear my hands were burning she wiped it with a towel. Apologized a bunch of times. Yea thank you. I head to pay, the mom who i believe is the owner asks me how i will be paying, I let her know I wish to use Zelle (like I have before, a ton of times) and she responds, way louder than it needed to be, "Zelle?! zelle?! I dont have zelle". I was raised to respect my elders so i smiled & explained I had used it here before, I pulled up my records & show i had zelled "Jennifer Huynh" , I turn to Diana (oh Diana) and she says "oh thats my sister " & turned back to her seat. (not sure what that was supposed to mean to me?... So I just shut up & let them charge me their 5% card fee. Made sure to tell me NEXT TIME, bring cash. Lol yea... ok. I didn't even bother bringing up the lotion situation. All the times I have been here, Diana only acknowledged me, forget as a customer, but as a ... person? Literally Once. And it was because she was the one doing my nails. Any other time she will look at you like you are unworthy of being in her presence lol . And im sorry girl, idc how talented you are, NOONE is too important to be KIND. Specially if the establishment belongs to your family, get some customer service training in your system. The rest of the girls have been good, I have gotten cut before, but they were sweet & apologetic. & I always tipped them well (even when I bled) With that said, there will be no next time. Time to get my nails done is something I treasure, & to be treated like I am bothering.. or imposing. Ill take my money where it's appreciated. Ps. Test your lotion on your skin first, Next time. :)

The manicurist dug too deep and I had multiple cuts on most fingernails. They even had to put a special powder to stop the bleeding. The worst part was it got infected and it took almost a week to heal. Super painful. I get gel manicures all the time, but I've never had someone cut me up this bad. I don't like to post negative reviews, but I really do not recommend this place.

Absolutely the best nail salon in Fullerton. In the past I've jumped from one salon to the other because there was always something that didn't feel right. That was until we found this salon. We've been coming here for 2 years and have always been treated well. Yes it could use a refurbishment but there isn't much you can do about that. Tracy and Susan are my favorite technicians and are always busy. Make sure you make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

I came in for a basic manicure after having my acrylic done so badly at a different salon and I was not disappointed! KIM did my manicure she was sooo friendly and did an awesome job. So I was upset about my one bad experience here but , I'm just going to give the lady the benefit of the doubt and just say it was a bad day , and the language barrier . It was a first I've had a bad experience . Although she was a bit rough and cut my nails shorter than I wanted she still managed to make them look pretty . She didn't do an awful job it just wasn't the length I wanted them to be . But the clients here really do care about their guest and were very kind and messaged me about the situation. I would just recommend figure out which nail tech works for you and schedule appointments with the person you prefer to avoid something like that happening . read more

Nails: They had a wide array of color selection and the lady who did my nails was nice but I was NOT "WOWed" by my nails. I still saw a lot of my natural nail showing and the finish on some of my nails were crooked when you look at them closely; far away my nails look nice but I would also have liked them to look nice up close. Parking: There were Not a lot of parking. Service: Although the lady who did my nails was nice, the person who rung me up needs to work on her attitude. I am assuming she was the owner. If a customer asks a question, don't look at him/her like he/she is a complete moron and talk down to the person. It is straight up rude... Also, there was a walk-in customer and that same owner was giving this other customer attitude for not making an appointment; pretty much reprimanding her and implying that she is dumb for not making an appointment...She needs to work on her attitude, tone, and aura before some customers disappear or decide to never come back (like me). I really wanted to like this place since it was close to where I live but everything about this place (except the nice lady who did my nails) was whatever's. If the customer service part was decent, I would have at least gave this place another try. Would NOT come back again... read more

Diamond Nails provided the very best nail experience I have ever had. We called the day before to schedule pedicures and manicures for a group of girlfriends. Mandy asked if we were celebrating anything and when we found out it was for a birthday, she told us she would have gifts, snacks and mimosas ready for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, pampered and taken care of. The quality of service was excellent and customers were assisted in a timely, warm and respectful manner. We were offered mimosas, a platter of finger foods and were each given a jar of sugar scrub as a gift. Diana did my manicure and was helpful in offering suggestions and a fresh creative look. Hands down BEST foot and leg massage ever. It was wonderful. I am blanking on the nail tech's name but she was lovely. I promised her I would be back for a mani and I kept that promise. Last night I decided to come back and I called probably an hour before I wanted to come in and they said they could take me! Yay! My nail tech was Kim and she did a phenomenal job She was extremely friendly but I am not kidding, this is the best mani I have ever had (I use dipping powder, not gel). I am 100% coming back. I always come here to get my nails done. I loveeeee this place so much. Staff is so friendly! Call in before to make an appointment because they do get pretty busy and don't be late to your appointment either! Linda always does my nails and she's so sweet. I went another time with my mom and they were very helpful to her as well. I work where I have to do a lot of cleaning and dishes and my nail polish still stays I can go about 3-4 weeks before I need to get them done again! Love the service here and the prices. Usually pay around 33 for gel acrylics :-) read more

Just recently checked this place out a couple times, for I am new to the area. There is always a good handful of people inside so be sure to make appointments in advance. The employees are all welcoming plus there is a food spot right next door for your boyfriends while they wait for you...If you want beautiful nails ask for Tiffany she really gets down with her manicures plus she's super nice & will do your nails exactly to your liking ! My best friend recently got her nails done here and recommended this place so i decided to give it a try. As you can see in the photo, my nails look like they are already a week worth of being grown out because of how high above she started from my cuticles. I also asked for a solid pink glitter as shown from the display. My nail lady explained that she needed to add a color underneath to make it more solid so i agreed. She did the color and only ONE coat of pink glitter on top. They came out nothing like the display i requested. The gel was 25 and i still had to tip. I told my friend about it and she said she was shocked so maybe it was just the person. But still i paid a lot of money to get everything i didn't ask for. I still got a good hand massage so i was satisfied with that at least. read more

And I have not been disappointed.. everyone is so nice and friendly and I've gone in there with an idea and colors.. and they come through! My last 2 trips have been the best designs.. Never coming back here. This happened before covid, but I'm still salty about it cause I needed my nails done for an event. The older woman has no idea what she is doing, and if you show any hesitance or want her to stop, she refuses. Felt like I was being held hostage when it became clear she couldn't do a design I wanted. Was almost in tears. A little advice, if a customer asks you to stop and leave it as is, just listen. I paid for the nails quickly after, scoffed in my head when the lady at the register asked to leave a review, and quickly ran to a different salon to fix their horrible art job. At least I had a good laugh about it at the other salon. If you want something simple then come here and you'll be alright. Ask for a palm tree though and you'll get art that a 5 year old could do. read more

I love Diamond nails, everybody that works in the salon is friendly and does an Amazing job so whoever you go to you seriously can't go wrong. I go to Tammy she always does an amazing job on my nails, Takes her time and shapes them perfectly. I've been living in the area for 5 years and it took awhile to find my Go To nail shop but I've found it. I do recommend that you make an appointment because if it's busy, they will turn you away & it would be a sad day for you not to be in any of these ladies chairs. read more

I really love this place. The prices are good and the staff is super friendly. What puts this place over the top for me is really the Customer service. I got a gel manicure on the Tuesday before my Friday wedding. Wednesday night I tore off not only the paint but a good chunk of one of my nails. They ladies fixed my nail and touched up the others because "my nails needed to be fierce". If your looking for a place to try go here. Most of my manicures have lasted 2-3 weeks and they have always looked great. read more

Called and made a same day appointment. The salon is clean, temperature checks + hand sanitizer was provided upon entering and everyone was wearing a mask. The staff are warm and friendly, we were helped by Susan and Lily for a Spa Pedicure (Thank you!!) Cash is preferred but no worries they also accept Venmo! Always always ALWAYS have a horrible experience when I come here. They never EVER have pretty nude/ neutral color polishes! Let me tell you when one of the owners daughter did my nails there, it was hilarious! At the end when I was paying she said how do you want your change? I said "oh in 5's please." I was getting back $10. I was planning on giving her a $5 bill. SHE KEPT THE $5 AND DIDN'T EVEN HAND IT TO ME. I HAVE NEVER! LOL. Sooooo embarrassing! Who does that?!?!? I called later to let her know that was just super off putting! InsteD of saying SORRY she said "do you want your five dollars back?" LOL!!! Never ever going there again! This place has really good prices for the gel nail pedicures they do. I rock climb, so the climbing shoes I wear always chip off the nail polish on my toenails. When I got my gel nail pedicure done here, I was pleased to see that my climbing shoes didn't ruin my toenail polish! I always recommend this place to my friends when they are looking to get a mani/pedi. The ladies here are really friendly too. They recommended me lots of good food places to try. My coworker recommended I get my nails done with Diana and it was the best recommendation ever! Diana is an amazing nail artist. I showed her some pictures of my vision and she brought it to life on my nails. She does a bomb cuticle removal that's everything. She recommended a nail strengthening layer that made my nails grow longer than I've ever had. She's very meticulous about everything she does. Her mother and sister Jennifer are both very helpful and go the extra mile to accommodate everyone. I can't say enough about how great they all are. Diana is very busy, so you need to book with time and be punctual. She's worth the wait to get an appointment and her work is worth every penny. Always a great place to go. I'm very picky when it comes to my pedicures because the one who does it, doesn't do it correctly. But over at Diamond Nails, Hakuna Matata. Regardless of who does it, they do it painlessly, (on a side note, I have ingrown because of dress shoes). Its reassuring to know that they are very client focused and make sure you are satisfied with their services. read more

Just okay. I thought I had found my go-to nail salon due to all the positive reviews but nope. It was my first time doing dipped nails and Judy took care of me. Judy was very kind and even squeezed me in for a pedi afterwards (star worthy) but the actual manicure process was not pleasant. I heard so many good things about getting dip nails so I wanted to try it. She said the glue wasn't sticking well on 3 of my finger nails. I let her know I wanted them thin but she proceeded to keep dipping on those 3. It was so thick! :( I really wanted to love them but couldn't. I asked her to file them down after my pedicure but still fairly thick. There was also a point when she had to clean or grind whatever was under each of my nails and she used a thin stick end piece with the machine and she grinded away when I was already pulling back. Was in the neighborhood and found this gem! (Or should I say, DIAMOND? ) I was in for a treat! Great find, great service, great conversations, and great results! Went in for a gel manicure. Called in about 30 minutes before arriving and they were able to fit me in. Diana did my nails and she did a great job and was super attentive to detail. It felt absolutely wonderful to feel clean nails! And she was very encouraging about the color options they have. I tried out a brand new nail color. I went to another nearby place over the weekend. By Tuesday all my nails were lifting (SNS powder). In desperate need of them needing to redone I Yelped for another location near by. Called for an appointment and they were able to schedule me within the hour. The place was extremely busy with clients coming in for their preset appointments. Tammy did a SNS powder dip on my nails then gel color on top. (Not sure if their selection isn't large enough yet or if the color I selected was only in gel) Either way I'm very pleased! My shape is great, very thin and natural, and the color was painted perfectly. The price was average for SNS dip. I will be returning! The ladies here are very sweet and helpful. I called in last minute to see if they could take me right then, and they were kind enough to accommodate me. I wanted to initially get the regular manicure but I was curious about the gel manicure, which I hadn't tried before and they were very helpful in explaining what it was and what it entailed. I seen this place driving down Euclid and I quickly did my research on this location and it's services. Although is said by appointment only i still came in and they kindly received me. I got a gel mani and gel pedi for 52. They're very clean and they used sterilized equipment. Everyone was very nice and they did clean work. They were fast but not rushed. Today I got my nails done by Kim. I love my nails. She was very gentle and made sure I liked my nails. She would keeping asking me "do you like?" She was quick, but still did a good job. I also got a pedicure, but I didn't get the name of the lady who did my pedicure. The pedicure was relaxing and she gave me a message. I love how they respect your appointment time. I've been other places where I have made an appointment and have to wait not here. They take everyone at the appointment time. Needless to say I will be back. Because I liked the design so much, I made a second appointment to give another artist a try. This second appointment was with Ellen. She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. However it left kind of a sour taste in my mouth because it just seemed like they brushed it off thinking 10 percent off the next appointment would really make up for the pain I'm having in my finger. Not sure if I will come back. The owner asked me to try another artist but how do I prevent this from happening a third time?

Alright y'all, this is a rough one for me. I have been coming here for a while and this WAS my go to place. There a few things that have gone wrong with this place but the top thing would be the owners daughter being there every day now. She is so rude, arrogant and is so damn condescending. I personally have never had an interaction with her, I avoid her at all cost but listening to her speak to customers and her own MOTHER the way that she does really shocks me. - So Diamond nails no longer accepts cash, cool (I guess) but maybe y'all should mention that to customers BEFORE they get their service. Not everyone has cash on them or has the Venmo and Zelle app. - They no longer do regular polish because of covid, allegedly. She said since they can't have people waiting there to dry their nails they no longer do regular polish. Ok, that's one way to make more money. I would believe this if they didn't have people waiting around for their TOES to dry with REGULAR polish and if they didn't allow customers to go with guests that just stand around and talk while not even getting a service. Both things mentioned above are not a big deal, just communicate with your customers better. Jennifer I believe is her name, should not be the person in charge of "customer service" there. She's extremely rude, yells at the employees, including her mother. Gets visibly irritated with anyone that breathes the wrong way & is aggressive for no good reason all the time. read more

I booked an appointment via yelp and was promptly responded and an appointment was made for the following day. Once I arrived I was sat down and had Ivy as my nail technician. Initially I chose the gel color #252 but right after saying it aloud I changed it to color #253. A few minutes after working on my nails she goes to get the color and grabbed both of them for me. I ended up choosing #252 after seeing the colors side by side. She also caught an air bubble at the end (I didn't see my hand to know it was there) and she rebuffed the nail to get it out and put another clear coat on top. The salon was full and everyone was polite but the main reason for the 5 star review is for these two actions. She could have simply brought the shade I requested but she willingly took the extra step of bringing both shades for me to decide without me asking. She also could have let me walk out with a small bubble in the polish, like I have many times before at other nail salons, but she instead she spent the extra 2 minutes to fix it. Thank you Kim! This is my new favorite nail salon. I went through so much disappointment with other salons, I began to loose hope. I found Diamond Nail Spa salon through yelp and called them to make an appointment. So welcoming! Their salon is very nice and clean inside. I love this place and felt pampered. Everyone was so nice; specially Kim, she is extremely nice! Kim did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. She is so patient, sweet and accommodating. She gave me tip with SNS dip, per her recommendation. She also helped me find the right colors and offered her opinions ( I can be super indecisive at time). She took her time with my nails and made sure I was satisfied with the length/ shape. I'm so impressed with Kim's work. I'm excited to go back to her, once I'm already for a fill. I had such a great experience at Diamond Nails! Tracy and Susan were both wonderful--so thorough and attentive with their work, which I really appreciated. The salon is clean, affordable, and has such a welcoming, comfortable vibe. They truly make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. While I was there, I noticed several phone calls coming in from what sounded like long-term clients specifically requesting their favorite nail artists--which says a lot about the quality and consistency of their service. I've been hoping around different nail salons trying to find the right place and this is it ! Everyone is always so friendly! I tend to have a busy schedule and they all ways manage to fit me in last min . A couple ladies have done my nails and they have all done amazing jobs but I've been going the last few times with Tiffany! She is very friendly and careful to make sure every detail is perfect . I tend to show her pictures I see on Pinterest and she manages to do exactly or even better ! Five stars all the way! I love how my Mani Pedi turned out :D Diana was my specialist and she was such a sunshine to work with on an early Saturday morning! Her artwork is amazing : ) and she makes you feel very comfortable! She recommended a lil ombre finish which I wasn't sure at first but it turned out lovely~! Absolutely wonderful experience~! I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND DIAMOND NAILS! I moved here from Vegas a few months ago and stopped getting my nails done because none of the salons out here could compare - and then I found Diamond. I wish I started my search here! The salon is super cute, everyone is really friendly and Tammy is wonderful! I asked for a coffin shape and they're perfect! Plus they can make any color matte which I really like! They're very upfront about the prices (so much cheaper than Vegas BTW) so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend this place. GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!!! They are amazing at what they do and definitely affordable! First time here and it definitely won't be my last. They take their time and you don't feel rushed. I got my acrylic's done and did ombré french tip (first time too) and they exceeded my expectations! They look amazing and perfect! Judy did my acrylics and she did her thang! I've been coming here since they were on the brookhurst location. I always have MANDY wax my eyebrows. She has over 20 years experience so I definitely trust her. Her daughter JENIFER, works the front desk and she has been very helpful with pricing. I usually get their organic pedicures with TINA. She really knows how to apply gel on my toes, considering that my pinky toe is so little. She's gets very close to my cuticles, which I really appreciate. Thank you so much!! read more

Hands down- the best place to come for nails. I've been coming here for some time how and I can honestly say that I've never been dissatisfied with the service. I've been getting my nails done here for a while now. I love getting my nail art free handed here and acrylic nail art designs with acrylic colors and embellishments. The technicians really care about our nails and want them to stay healthy and strong. I trust them with my nail needs. Also, Mandy does an amazing job on my facials and my waxing. When I want to get threading done, I go with Kim. They are gentle and are not rough when working on me. read more

I love this place, they are so friendly and nice. Tiffany is a perfectionist and I love how careful she works on my nails. Also, the manager is very sweet. I asked her about the sugar scrub they use and if they sell it and she said no. I was surprised with her saying that she can get me some for free! I just had a mani/pedi done today and it was the best I've had. Best place for mani/pedi around. I guess I'll have to make the drive just to Fullerton for this from now on . Great collection of nail polish color and phenomenal service. The employees are very sweet and helpful. The pricing is reasonable for the quality. Once you go to Diana at Diamond Nails, you'll never want to go to another salon again! She is extremely talented and professional. I have had several different designs from fall leaves, LA Dodgers, pencil and chalkboard, to French manicure. Diana always does a beautiful job and my nails last for 4+ weeks every time!! Got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and a spa pedi and the women are so nice, conversational, and funny. Place was filled with such a relaxing atmosphere.
