I asked for a mani/pedi with gel polish nails and regular polish toes. The pedicure was good until she started polishing my toes the wrong color. When I pointed it out she found the right color but instead of taking off the polish she had started, she painted the lighter color over the wrong color. So now I have six thick coats of polish on my toes. My nails didn't even get a pedicure. They were not soaked and my cuticles weren't cut. No hand massage or anything. When I pointed it out to her she said "next time". She still charged me $60 for the services rendered and when I asked what the difference was between a manicure and just having my fingers gel polished, she said $5. I still ended up giving a $10 tip but I am super disappointed and wish I had more brass to ask for things to be made right.

Didn't look at the nail polish long enough to know if it was a good selection. A bright pink grabbed my attention right away. The inside of the salon is gorgeous. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Massage chair is A1! Or as they call it, Deep Massage Machine!! I picked the VIP Pedicure (Jelly + Steaming + Candle + Essential Oil) The jelly is what got my attention. It's like warm apple sauce (maybe not the best description lol) that just hugs your feet and flows through your toes. It thickens as it sits and feels like it almost instantly softens my feet. 10 out of 10. I really love the presentation. The way they put all the items for the pedicure on display when they bring it to the chair feels like luxury. A cute wooden tray that's sectioned off. Filled with candles, flower petals, essential oils, the jelly packs and more. Super cute! Well played friends! After the thickness, a different package is added. It thins the jelly out, adds bubbles. Then she added the flower petals. Did I mention that it smells amazing? Orange scented but just lovely! Also includes honey scrub (don't remember this), dilution mineral, hydration masque, hot towel, hot stone, hot paraffin wax, massage ointment, steaming, essential candle. Hot paraffin wax is one of my favorite parts. Love how the wax changes textures around your feet as it cools. That was until she pulled out the massager! As ticklish as I am, I thought I was about to loose it. But nope, my exact words were "Now that's heavenly". The vibration and the way she worked that thing, was the most pleasant surprise.
