Came in on a Saturday evening around 6. There aren't many people there, which was just fine with me. Decided to come here based on the recent reviews. Didn't look at the nail polish long enough to know if it was a good selection. A bright pink grabbed my attention right away. The inside of the salon is gorgeous. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Massage chair is A1! Or as they call it, Deep Massage Machine!! I picked the VIP Pedicure (Jelly + Steaming + Candle + Essential Oil) The jelly is what got my attention. It's like warm apple sauce (maybe not the best description lol) that just hugs your feet and flows through your toes. It thickens as it sits and feels like it almost instantly softens my feet. 10 out of 10. I really love the presentation. The way they put all the items for the pedicure on display when they bring it to the chair feels like luxury. A cute wooden tray that's sectioned off. Filled with candles, flower petals, essential oils, the jelly packs and more. Super cute! Well played friends! After the thickness, a different package is added. It thins the jelly out, adds bubbles. Then she added the flower petals. Did I mention that it smells amazing? Orange scented but just lovely! Also includes honey scrub (don't remember this), dilution mineral, hydration masque, hot towel, hot stone, hot paraffin wax, massage ointment, steaming, essential candle. Hot paraffin wax is one of my favorite parts. Love how the wax changes textures around your feet as it cools. That was until she pulled out the massager! As ticklish as I am, I thought I was about to loose it. But nope, my exact words were "Now that's heavenly". The vibration and the way she worked that thing, was the most pleasant surprise. Maybe I missed it on the description or it's worded as something different. Either way, kuddos. My technician was amazing! Took her time and I was impressed. Tried this nail Salon for the first time and was very happy with my toes! Clean and pretty interior and pleasant technician. Nice spa chairs. I got the basic spa pedicure but they offer a menu of different ones to choose from at varying prices My regular salon has stopped offering gel nails and only does Dip nails and the last 3 times the coating has cracked across so I want to go back to gel acrylic - I'll try The Polished nail bar for my manicure and fill next time and will report back read more

I made an appointment ahead of time and asked for a technician skilled in french/ombre, sense I've had issues with getting the right ombre look in the past. Lewie did suck an amazing job!! I was looking for a new nail place closer to home because of our move from Cumming was too far to go on regular bases. I thought I found it but I'm can't take it anymore. I've been going a good 6 months off and on. It's only because of one person who has done my nails the past 2-3 times is awful. She name is Diane or something like that. (she is the last chair on the left) She doesn't know what she's doing, she is slow too. I do gel pink and white, my white tips are uneven and not clean cuts,sloppy. She also hits my hand the the file tip while she's using it. She also puts the powder on so thick, but doesn't file it to a smooth even consistency. I said something to her about it after I washed my hands, because the tops of my nails were rough, she said top coat will cover it up. Also, I noticed the man there comes over and looks at what she does a couple of times. I wonder if he needs to watch over her. I've been going to get my nails done for over 10 yrs, I know the difference in a good job and bad. But I did use another lady that was better (last chair on the right), that the only reason I didn't give them a one star. If I ever go back I will wait for her. But that would make it uncomfortable to go back there. Going back to the old home place til I find another place I can trust. read more

they asked me to leave. I wasn't yelling I did not call anybody out their name, I wasn't rude I was not ugly. I just explained how I would prefer my nails. She asked me was I happy? And I said no. I work on my feet. How do my feet still look bad when they just got done with my pedicure? To top everything off the only man in the entire salon went to open the door for me and let it close to my face before I walked out. I still remained classy. I knew something was wrong when I was in and out before every white customer that was in there. They did not ask me what my name was or try to have a conversation with me. After experiencing several mediocre (I just paid what for this manicure and my nails look like c--p!) and not so pleasant experiences (nail tech grinding thru my nail bed to the point of bleeding and then proceeding to polish over it (polish bled through!!)), I was thrilled to find Polished Nail Bar. Salon was clean, comfortable and modern. Opted for the SNS powder and regular pedi. As I have a toe nail that requires special treatment, tech did a good job handling it and filing it as requested. Very happy with the results and the pedi still has me relaxed :). Price was comparable to what other local salons are charging. Contrary to what another posted mentioned, I did not see any inappropriate treatment take place. This will be my "go to" nail salon for now on. read more

I have been going to Polished Nail Bar for a few months now and each time, I have had a very good experience. I usually request Mai or Lynn who do a phenomenal job. My nails last a lot longer than the other salons that I have visited in the past and they are very professional and run their establishment in the same fashion. The issues I have experienced at the other locations included many children running, screaming and misbehaving without adult supervision and the staff doing nothing to stop their bad behavior.
