This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Purchased 4 brand new tires (Blackhawk) and I was told these tires would fit my truck. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed damage to my tires. After self inspecting, I found out the technician installed them this way. The tires were grinding on the inside of the steering knuckle. The shop refused to return the tires or compensate for their negligence. They offered me cheap spacers and a $100 bill to "compromise". This is unacceptable as I ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to because of their negligence. They also lie and go back on their word! When I asked why my tires were installed this way, the manager Anatoly said this is the size tire you asked for. I made sure prior to dropping of my truck that those tires would fit. After buying brand new rims, to make the tires fit, I had to get them roadforce balanced, I was told the tires were out of round. Do not trust ANATOLY and save your money!

NO ONE has contacted me after calling customer support. Aside from these yelp reviews, the last contact from anyone was September 21, 2025, from J.R. in corporate and I missed his call but have been calling back, leaving messages and sending emails. Brought in my car for a front end alignment. I was told by manager that they wouldn't touch it…read morebecause it was too rusted and they were afraid one thing would domino into too many others, etc., etc. The car is from Ohio and it does have some rust, minor at best, but it's all surface rust. So, I took it across the street to Discount Tire to get a second opinion on the alignment. Great group of guys over there btw! I told them nothing other than I wanted to get an alignment check before buying tires. The tech brought me out to inform me the toe alignment was a little off and the adjusting nuts were a little rusty. He sprayed them with penetrating oil and adjusted the alignment to within spec. With no issues. They were not too concerned about the rust other than stating that if the nuts did not break loose the tie-rods would need to be replaced. Because the manager of tires plus would not try anything at all (Just try first). They then listed everything related to the front end as "Does not meet design specification. worn" yet did not show any signs of wear or excessive movement, as stated on their report, I will not be going to this shop for anything at all. I've driven cars with "excessive wear" on the front end and you can feel it when steering. It's all over the road. My car drives straight and tight. No wondering over the road. The short of it is: If you're near Lilburn/Snellville area, go to Discount Tires at 4945 Stone Mountain Highway! Great guys!
