I called three places first and got voicemail. Someone actually answered the phone at this establishment. He told me to bring it on over as it was not that busy. I was in and out in literally 15 to 20 minutes. It was raining a little bit so he told me I could sit in the car while my tires were balanced. This place was fast, convenient and fairly priced. My custom wheels, which were in perfect condition prior to service, were severely damaged during the installation process. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff attempted to blame the damage on me. As a customer, accountability and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated. The owner was dismissive and rude when I raised my concerns. Additionally, I observed minors handling customer transactions, which raised questions about proper business practices. This experience has cost me several hundred dollars in additional repairs. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable and professional automotive service.

I pick up the car and went to the auto store to buy a new filter to put in and found they broke the air holder cover latch and a missing screw to hold the drawer in. I took the car to them and show the manager the broken part and missing screw, he said he will order a new part to replace it. I waited weeks and call him to see if the part is there and he said NO after couple weeks goes by I call back and he said they didn't break it and they will not replace this for me.

I went back in to ask the lady behind the counter if this can be removed with good off she said she believe it can. I told her I didn't like that they left it and that was the end of the conversation. You would think they would remove the old glue after moving the balance. Also their prices are crazy ridiculous I got a quote for customer shock replacement and they charged over double for the parts and more hours of labor than needed. So I did not get the service done by them. Which is to bad the one in McDonough installed my original lift kit and they did great. I hate to have to go to someone else but their prices are more reasonable and they are closer to my house so I guess that was a sign to move on from tire south.

He also took full responsibility and refunded my evacuation/recharge cost. He apologized and spoke to all involved to change how they handled my situation. I will give them another chance as they took accountability and made it right. Grayson Tire & Auto - so disappointed in their service and support. I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don't make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.
