We hired this company to replace our roof and gutters in 2024, and the overall experience has been deeply disappointing. During the recent rains, a section of the newly installed gutter began leaking significantly. We recorded videos documenting the exact location of the leak and contacted the company multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of acknowledgment or follow‑up is unacceptable, especially for work completed so recently. It is important to note that we raised concerns about this same area shortly after the installation. The water flow already appeared abnormal at that time. The company inspected it and told us everything was fine. Our previous gutter system had never exhibited this issue. Now, the problem has worsened dramatically, indicating that something in the installation has failed. In addition to the unresolved leak, several workmanship and cleanup issues became evident after the project. Numerous nails were left scattered around our property, posing safety risks and reflecting poor jobsite management. Cleanup is a basic expectation for any roofing contractor, and it was clearly not handled properly. The crew also left multiple nail holes on our exterior wall. Their attempt to patch these holes was substandard -- uneven, visibly noticeable, and ultimately left the wall in worse condition than before. For a project of this scale and cost, the lack of care and attention to detail is extremely concerning. Given the unresponsiveness, the deterioration of the gutter installation, the unsafe cleanup, and the poor-quality wall repairs, we cannot recommend this company. Diamond Ridge installed a new roof for us last year. They completed the project but there were a few bumps along the way and small debris found sporadically on the ground. I'm now rating on another matter. A few months ago, a tree fell on our roof and I called Diamond Ridge to come give me a quote to fix the small damage. There were only 3 small spots that needed repair which included replacing the skylight. Field Supervisor Renato Mendes came and took a picture of the damage. I asked him what happened to two of the project managers that worked on our roof replacement project last year and he said they left. It didn't work out. Not good. A few weeks after he came, I emailed him, called their office several times and left a message for him to call me with a quote. I even texted him. I tried everything over several weeks as I wanted to give him an opportunity to fix our roof since they were the original roofer. I got no response, nada, zilch, nothing. You would think after I spent a fortune on a new roof (over $50K) that they would at least help me or give me a quote or at least say something - our project too small? Anything, just respond with something!!! That is the reason for the 1 star rating which I take seriously and don't like to do. I just think it's the worst type of customer service. So beware. Needless to say, I contacted 2 other companies. One did respond and has repaired the damage of which I am happy with. read more

I worked with this company to replace my roof at the end of 2023 and have had leaks for the 2.5 years since. The walls of my bathroom, bedrooms, and living room were wet to the touch. Jose, Renato, and the rest of team have done an absolutely appalling job. Every time there was leak, there was poor communication follow up and even worse patch up job. Unfortunately, due to the persistent leaks, I ended up with severe water damage, mold, and dry rot across several sections of my home On top of all of that, they have not refunded me for the initial roof payment which was ~$24k. I have been chasing Jose and team for 4 months at this point, and for the several weeks, Jose has ghosted me. Now I have to redo the whole roof, remediate the mold, redo my walls and flooring, etc and all in, I will have to spend ~$200k Jose has behaved very unprofessionally considering the extent of damage their poor work caused my home. Our roof leaked Jan 2025 and contacted Diamond Ridge to fix the issue. They replaced the underlayment of our roof because it was about 20 years old and worn out from the builder. Builder used cheap materials as always. They came and replace all the underlayment but ran into many issues afterwards such as our solar system bird nest protection mesh was never replaced back from its original state, plus they broke our side entry wood gate which they did fix and repainted. Workers left nails and scrapped on our drive ways which they cleanup after we complaint. Then, recently we found our attic furnace exhaust pipes were cut during the project and recently fixed by them after leaving them behind for a year. They did a good job with the follow up work at no cost to us, except for the bird next protection mesh. read more

We had our waterproofing redone and several damaged wood boards replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. This is my second review for Diamond Ridge Roofing, my first review was based on my quote/estimate experience. Our roof was so outdated and it needed a full replacement before we hit the rain season. After interviewed with more than 12 different roofing companies, we finally decided to go with Diamond Ridge Roofing for our roof replacement project. Andre Moura (Our project manager) was able to start the job as soon as we got the permit within a week, originally I was told the job would take up about 4-5 days but it ended up they were able to finish everything in just 2.5 days, the longest time was waiting for the inspector to finalize the work. Andre would send pictures and videos to provide the updates in a daily basis. We love the drone videos and pictures and it shows us in a very professional way. Alex Lopes and his crew did an excellent job in replacing my roof and insulation recently! My house had an old tile roof without plywood, and very old insulation. We were also bothered with wild animals in the attic coming from vents and the open roof. Alex provided a quote which was initially beyond my budget. Alex was able to reduce the quote to reasonably low. The whole project took about 1 week. Alex actively oversaw the progress and provided me daily updates. They are very professional, responsible, and diligent! Alex also spotted a few extra places with the house that were better to be fixed, including the missing chimney cap and opening vents. Although these were not in the original scope of the project, Alex ordered meshes and the cap from Home Depot and the crew installed them at free labor cost. After the roof replacement and these issues fixes, I never heard wild activity in the attic. Overall, I think Alex and the crew strongly exceeded my expectation! Had a 20x20 section of my roof looked at and repaired in middle October 2024. There were evidence of rot along the bordering ridge lines which Diamond Ridge took care of. Not the cheapest but definitely complete and thorough. End of project review, Joao Mendes of Diamond Ridge went over all the other little things along the rest of my roof like capping the very tops of all the ridges, cleaning and resealing any cracking stucco along water flow around the base of my chimney stack, replacing any other cracked tiles if found. At the beginning of May 2025, I scheduled six appointments with roofing companies for estimates. Three companies gave me a higher estimate, and two gave me a lower estimate. Although I do not believe Diamond Ridge provides the highest quality materials and service, I came to an agreement with Project Manager, Marcelo, for a total of $25,000.00. Employees showed up at my home on a Saturday to begin the work. I must say that all the workers were excellent, I have no complaints about them. The Project Manager, Regional Project Manager and a person who described himself as the right-hand man of the owner, were different. Their main concern was telling me about how great they were. The workers removed the roof and to everyone's surprise the roof did not have plywood, something that should have been discovered during the inspection process. At the point my roof was off, so I was stuck with agreeing to an additional $7,600.00 increase, something that I was not prepared to spend. There is no reason for an estimate to be $7,600.00 higher than agreed. The company ordered the plywood and by five o'clock the plywood was installed on the roof. Marcelo indicated that they would be back on Monday to continue the work. As soon as they left, my wife and I noticed that the weather app was showing chances of rain for the next day. We figured they were professionals and should know better. Sure enough, Sunday morning we woke up to a rain forest inside my home. Leaks in the bathroom, garage, heater, and a big one in the dining room. There were inches of water inside my home. I called Marcelo and within a couple of hours his crew came to tarp 80% of the roof. They did not tarp the garage and sure enough, later that day more rain came making a bigger mess inside the garage. On Monday when the work resumed my wife insisted on having someone look at the attic because she did not want any mold to develop later. One of the company's employees checked the attic and took a video for review. Looking back, we should have ordered an independent assessment of the attic. According to their assessment the only damage was in the dining area. They ended up replacing a 4' by 8' sheetrock, texturing the area and painting. I was not happy with the job. I informed Marcelo that I was not pleased with the job his company did in trying to repair the dining room ceiling area. Marcelo stated they would hire an independent company to repair the area. I was told by the Regional Project Manager that they were going to hire an independent company, and they were not going to go with the highest bid but somewhere in the middle. Again, looking back I should have hired my own company to fix the issues caused by the rain. In the meantime, the work on the roof was completed. I had to call Marcelo back to fix a portion of the roof that was not finished properly. Again, a professional company should have noticed the problem. When the work was completed, Marcelo wanted to charge an additional $1,000.00 for additional wood that was used on the roof. I told him I was not paying anymore and that they should consider themselves lucky, that I did not seek legal advice/action regarding the issues caused by the rain, not to mention the stress we endured. The company they hired to do the job, ended up re-doing the entire ceiling and painting it. It was a good effort but unfortunately not to my satisfaction. There were no follow ups from anyone regarding the work that was done. My son and I spent several weeks cleaning debris that was left behind. We spent one entire day cleaning the garage and another day putting back decoration lights that were removed from the side of the house and not put back. Unfortunately, it was not over, on January 28, 2026, I received a letter from the Law Offices of Mark A. Kirkorsky, stating that the company that provided the supplies had retained their services for non-payment and that I was named as a person involved. The invoice mailed was for $7,568.39. I immediately called Marcelo and after several attempts, he finally answered the phone. I told him about the letter; he told me that he would contact their accounting office, and he wanted me to text him a photo of the letter and invoice, which I did. I waited the rest of the day for an acknowledgement from Marcelo that he had received my text. The following day I waited all day and still no acknowledgement. At around 5:00 pm, I texted Marcelo asking him if he had received my text. His response started with the words "Like I told you yesterday". I am 62 years old, not five years old. All I was looking for was an acknowledgement not a lecture. In summary Diamond Ridge was too expensve, their estimate was way off, their attention to detal was poor.. read more

He described the newer materials they would use and each step of the work including power washing off the moss. He was very thorough, stopped by regularly and kept me informed of the progress. The Field Supervisor, Denio, also came out to check on the work and ensure that I didn't have any issues or questions. I was so impressed by their care and quality workmanship that I used them again to remove black mold that had developed from the roof leak. I'm leaving a separate review on that exemplary team. From the first meeting with Alex he was very thorough in his assessment and explained each aspect of the job in detail. He was very complete with his evaluation from checking the attic space to checking the current rooftop tiles. Alex pushed me to determine if I fully understood what I was asking of the job and I most certainly pushed him so he fully understood that I had thought about it for sometime and knew exactly what I wanted. Steve, well, there was no request I asked for that he did not find a way to make it happen even better than I had hoped for. The workers not only took the pains to do the job, but to do the job very carefully, completely and in it's entirety to my satisfaction. I asked DRR to provide us with a roof inspection. I called on them because they were fast and reliable when we needed a roof repair last year. Unfortunately, they didn't respond to the request for an inspection and instead sent us a salesman for solar panels. While we foresee a future need for solar panels, they are not in our budget right now. All we wanted was a roof inspection. While the salesman was very nice and friendly, he kept forgetting the purpose of our contacting DRR, and we didn't get the roof inspection. read more
