We had some other challenges that I didn't see coming. WiFi was inoperable for our entire stay. Cable television needed to be "reset" before it worked. We reserved the cabin for our adult daughter to stay in while we visited and did not know the cabin came with NO linens and NO bathroom! Lastly, with no fault to the park, the adjoining parcel of land next to our site was being developed with earthmovers, graders, and water trucks. Very noisy and we will be cleaning dust and from every crack for weeks! Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

The road could use a little work but if you drive the speed limit its not a problem. The people who manage the property are very nice people. They come and check on my mother in law frequently and even went to see her in the hospital while she was there. Now thats going above and beyond for their tenants. You cant put a price on that. The property is kept neat. The grass is cut frequently and its kept pretty clean. They have a laundry facility thats so convenient and a little convenience store as well. The laundry room has plenty of books to read while you wait for your clothes (i thought that was so neat) most people there keep it very quiet so thats awesome too.

Parts in, in-house handyman installer working on in so we never had a chance to use it during our stay. Hot tub good and hot but hours of use start @ 10a.m. 9 a.m. would be better. Electric pedestal where we were at had turned off with 120v once but never again after they cycled the breaker OFF then ON. Previous reviews about intermittant 30A service may have been in ERROR. There were multiple times 30A service shut power completely on and off - randomly in the trailer. It wasn't due to the trailer's 55A power converter since mobile RV tech over phone said it would not cause complete power failure, don't bother replacing it. I tracked down a 15A fuse in the panel that would cut power off and on when pressed on when others wouldn't do anything. Replaced 15A fuse and all seems to be well. Still doesn't explain why the 120v outlet on pedestal was wonky. They have recycling for plastic, paper, aluminum cardboard but it is at top of hill and not at other garbage disposal area. Recommend paying more for premium or super premium site to get better site conditions and ameneties. That isn't a knock on this KOA, just personal experience. 4 out of 5 star ratings.

You pay extra for children, but they don't really have anything extra for them except for the ping-pong table which you have to buy your own balls and also miniature golf which you have to pay for. But the pool was nice and clean and they did enjoy that. the pet area is not suitable for small dogs because they can get under the chain-link fence. The table was crooked and on an angle making it for uncomfortable seating. It is right next to an airport and sometimes the planes are very noisy upon takeoff or landing, but did not detract from our visit. The gift shop was standard. They did have a lot of T-shirts and clothing to select from but the food area could've been improved with more selection. It was a great place to watch the Fourth of July fireworks. They also have a very nice outdoor seating area just outside of the souvenir shop --registration office where there is a beautiful view of the lake however, the motorcoach park that is just below us had preferable seating, and a closed event which limited us to Not enjoying that area for a few hours on the Fourth of July

The bathrooms & showers kept clean. The staff were all very friendly, shout out to Sarah who was willing to help in any way she could. Including searching for some candles in her own home for a birthday celebration we had! She also drove through camp to see if we needed anything, like firewood! They have a nice pickleball court too! We did many walks throughout all the trails. They have a nice little store with gifts, ice cream, ice! I am giving them a 5 rating because they went well over my expectations:)

The unit was really nice with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and the bathroom an unexpected surprise. And we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The Manager was telling us of the plans for expansion this coming year with a new 2 bedroom unit and their own mineral soak on site. Look forward to our next stay.

The sites are all different with some sites gravel parking and other paved. There are differing build outs on each site depending on the preference of the owner of that particular site. The office is shared with the KOA which is located on the adjacent property. The park has a small workout room and business center along with a bathroom, shower and laundry building that were all clean. The wifi worked decently for most of our stay. Given the price and the minimal amenities, we were not impressed. We have stayed at several of these exclusive owner/resident resorts around the country and we put this one towards the bottom of that list. There isn't much of a beach, unlike other places on the lake, but great to take a boat from. Nearby islands and Polson close by too. Montana state license plate gets you in free for day use. Overnight is $24/night and they are often full. Best bet is to reserve online. Campground will be undergoing remodeling soon, which will be nice. The best option is tent camping in my opinion, because the RV sites are much too close together. The bathrooms have a serious smell problem. Great for families and long term or short term camping. Wild animals frequent area, so be bear aware. I've seen two just in the campground.

We also loved the coffee shop, and it was very easy and simple to rent a pontoon boat for a couple of hours. We drove for over 11hrs to get here. We arrived later that evening. There were piles of mosquitoes everywhere and more flying outside and inside the cabin. There were urine stains in the rugs and the smell was bad. The master bedroom floor was visibly damaged.The property looked nothing like advertised. Weeds were high all around the perimeter up to the cabin. We contacted the manager, Connie I believe. She said maintenance could remove the rug. That's all. Not sure how that addresses all those issues. We explained due to unsafe health conditions considering my wife's situation there was no way we could stay. We were over 1700 miles from home now stuck with looking for somewhere else to stay. We never stayed there, only walked thru the door for a few minutes. Luckily we found a place over an hour away. Donna, the host thru Airbnb offered us a refund of $1010. Charging us a cleaning fee and taxes on the days we never stayed a single night. We are currently disputing the charges. We sent out emails to the different ALS/MS organizations notifying them of the poor treatment at this property. The absence of service is astounding. We attempted to call the property over a dozen times no answer. Buyer beware, don't stay here. Unless they look hard at their policies and treatment of people with disabilities. No Go- MVP

We enjoyed beer and wine also. It is a very clean and tidy place with seating inside and out. I am sure that we will eat there again before we leave as I am interested in the eggrolls which are supposed to be good and also one of thdishes on the menu. Came a few days later. Yummy again. Hubs got the "hot burger" and I got a great salad and the egg rolls. All great!
