    At first it was great but after leaving us for over 1.5 hrs alone at table with no salesperson while the "Team Leader" back then called a Closer took over showed they didn't care about the customer. I am a former car salesperson and this was unacceptable. We decided to just get up and leave. As we were leaving the salesperson Cole Butterworth was coming from around the building with a bag of food and the "Team Leader" Corey Broach was helping another customer on the lot. Corey saw us drive away and ran inside. No phone call at all after seeing us leave. No worries, we took our business the next day the Lake Elsinore Honda where we were treated like we should have been and bought our son his car there. There loss at DCH Honda of Temecula and a gain for Lake Elsinore Honda.

    I've been buying cars from Jozef Petricko for over 15 years, and he consistently exceeds expectations. He is kind, knowledgeable, and--most importantly--honest, which is something you don't always find in this industry. When my mom was ready to purchase a new car, I was so happy to see Jozef at DCH Honda of Temecula. He helped her find the perfect vehicle at a fair price that fit comfortably within her budget.     I just purchased my THIRD car from DCH Honda of Temecula, and that alone speaks volumes about the experience they provide. Every single time has been smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Evan, Jose, and Marco are absolutely amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly kind. They never make you feel pressured and truly take the time to explain everything clearly so you feel confident in your decision. What keeps us coming back is how willing they are to work with us. They go above and beyond to make sure the numbers make sense and that we leave happy. You can tell they care about building real relationships, not just closing a deal.     New Car

    I was looking for a new car at DCH Honda over the weekend and I met sales associate Bailey to discuss options. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to help me narrow down my choices. We then went in to go over the details of the purchase and she helped me in getting the payment that I was looking for. In addition the signing process was smooth and I was able to Finnish the paperwork and be out of the dealership in time for me to meet up with friends. I would definitely recommend Bailey and DCH Honda.

    I had an excellent experience purchasing my Honda Accord at DCH Honda of Temecula, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything went. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process smooth and genuinely enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the no-pressure environment. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into decisions. Instead, the staff took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I especially want to recognize Oscar Luciano, my Client Advisor, who was fantastic--professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made the experience easy and stress-free. Corbin Higgins, the Finance Manager, was equally great, clearly explaining everything and making the financing process straightforward and comfortable. And a big thank-you to Evan Galat, the Sales Team Leader, for running such a supportive and customer-focused team. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had.     I only write reviews when we receive truly exceptional service, and our car-buying experience today absolutely met that standard. I went in dreading the process, but the team at DCH Honda of Temecula made the entire experience smooth, respectful, and genuinely family-friendly. Our salesperson, Martin, along with his manager Evan, were patient, transparent, and incredibly accommodating as we carefully considered every detail, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and allowing us to explore multiple options without any pressure. As a family, that made a significant difference and helped us feel comfortable throughout the process. We ultimately narrowed our decision down to the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. After visiting both dealerships, we chose the CR-V, not only because it was the right vehicle for our needs, but because of the excellent customer support we received here and the willingness of the team to work with us honestly and fairly on the numbers. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured; instead, we felt listened to, respected, and fully supported. If you are looking for a professional, low-pressure, and family-friendly car-buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Martin. We are so happy with our new car and will be returning here to have our car serviced to keep it in optimal condition!

I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list.

    The service department cannot be trusted, at least in my experience. I will never go back…read more I had some recall work done and then got an email saying that they found an "engine oil leak" which would cost over $4100 to fix. The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

My husband wanted a specific model in a specific color ("Ether," I think?), so it had to be custom ordered from Japan and shipped to California. He had been working with John Cunningham, who gave him frequent updates about the status of the car from its time in the factory all the way to its delivery to the dealership. Already, it felt like John was putting in a lot of work for us. When it came time to the actual purchase, John was extremely professional and kind, but was also upfront with everything. Then, the transition from sales to finance was extremely smooth with very little wait time. Despite having a lot on his plate, Christiano Valencia from finance was extremely accommodating and also very upfront - he did not try to saddle us with unnecessary add-ons or anything like that. He was authentic and honest, AND he gave us very helpful advice on things to get and what to avoid should we ever have to buy another new car in the future. All in all, we left the dealership with our brand new car and my husband is such a happy camper. Despite us having to drive 100+ miles to this particular dealership, I really felt it was worth it based on our experience. Both John and Christiano are professionals of the highest caliber and I am so grateful to have been able to work with them. 10/10 would recommend.
