Unfortunately, within approximately two months, ALL OF MY JEWLERY BROKE/FELL APART. I was SO disappointed because the purpose of having jewelry repaired is to ensure that it is fixed properly and lasts. The quality of the workmanship is EXTREMELY POOR. He then proceeds to blame his poor workmanship on your jewlery (similar to what others said here). That was NOT the case. My pieces are all genuine and well-made. I've had pieces repaired decades ago that have never split open like this. In my opinion, Sash came across as VERY misleading. He talks and distracts you with conversation. He spoke about family and friends, who seem to be the ones receiving the highest level of care (and the ones writing the good reviews), while new customers receive poor service. He also intentionally adds on additional charges without confirming with the customer, that was fine with me, but at least provide the service you charged for. I am posting this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money here. If you are looking for reliable jewelry repairs, I would recommend considering the other jewelry repair businesses on the same floor. I went to another guy and he did a fantastic job. I regret spending so much money and hope this review helps other potential customers avoid a similar experience.

My intention was to trade it in/up for another, less flashy Rolex. As I walked into Anter Jewelry I was immediately impressed by their sizable selection of upscale watches. There, I spotted a late model Rolex Batman. Although, I liked their Batman, I wanted to shop it on 47th St., as there were so many watch sellers to shop and compare similarly from. Ultimately, I was led back to Anter Jewelry. Both Mike and Sam (the owner), at Anter were very helpful and pleasant to work with. In addition to pricing their Rolex Batman very competitively, they offered me a handsome trade-in price for my submariner. They also offered me a fair price for an Omega Seamaster, which I had at home and was no longer wearing any longer. With very little haggling over the final price of the Rolex Batman, we ultimately made a deal. They provided me with a prepaid shipping label to ship them my Omega. I gave them my Submariner for the trade, and they provided me with ample documentation that supported our transaction. When I returned home to California, I shipped them my Omega, in the box it originally came in. A few days later, my Rolex Batman arrived from Anter Jewelry. My experience at Anter was a pleasant one. I placed a lot of trust in Anter Jewelry, and they rose to the occasion. They treated me fairly and executed our transaction as promised. I would recommend Anter Jewelry and would do business with them again. As a side note, based on the documentation that was provided with the Rolex Batman, I was able to trace the origins of the watch. The father came out, lowered the offer to $5,100 without explanation, and accused me of trying to rip them off, even though we had already agreed on $5,650. He raised his voice and dismissed the prior agreement entirely. It felt like an old-school pressure tactic -- bringing in an "authority figure" to undermine the deal and make the customer doubt themselves. I walked out, and they later called me back, which says a lot.
