I shared with the owner, I'm not asking for a refund, just looking to see if there is something can be done so both of us can be happy. First, she denied it was from the store even it has same name and same address. Then she asked me for a proof of purchase and told me how would she know if I didn't get it from trash can... if I got it from trash can, I wouldn't pay for the stylist in the first place.
