We felt confident with the information received and we left feeling confident putting my dogs health in her hands My dog did so well and she is recuperating better than expected. The receptionist, surgical technicians, veterinarian professionals were wonderful and so friendly. The lobby or waiting room is spacious and it allows for proper distance and comfort to help keep pets distant from each other. Dr. Halas-Colon will always be my pets vet! Luna is older and no one knows what her life was like but she's very anxious and I will never be able to get her to a vet. She doesn't let me hold her or pick her up. I hoped to have her calm when Heather arrived. But Bella would have none of that and chased her from the bed just before she got here. Heather managed to corral her (nothing short of a miracle) and clip her nails in no time. I can't wait to tell my son about this experience. He encourages me to spend money on things I want but told me he doesn't like to see me 'throw it away' and that's what he thought I was doing today. Heather is the cat-whisperer...I promise. She has the system down perfectly to keep the pups occupied while she grinds their nails. While we were out of the country and our dog sitter got sick, she stepped in with day doggie visits to help make sure the doggos were cared for and got plenty of outside time as well which was much appreciated. One of our dogs is really introverted and apprehensive of people but does really well with Heather, the other is a massive extrovert that loves pretty much everyone and Heather deals with his high energy quite well.

Missy took care of our first dog Lucy and wow was I impressed at the amount of time she spent with her and how much Lucy loves going there. When we got our second dog Tali, Missy recommended we start taking her early so she would get use to it. Both of our dogs LOVE going here and start whining as soon as we get close to the store. Most groomers want to put the dog in a drying box. This is not safe. She doesn't let my dog get away with bad behavior and neither do I.
