I had no clue, but Dr. Nguyen is so thorough, he immediately saw the incomplete filling. He replaced the old with a new, porcelain filling within a few days. Barely felt a thing! I was actually told during the visit by Dr. Hong, I could reschedule my appt the following week when the new machine arrived. That way everything could be done all in one visit. I asked if my mom's dentures could be shipped so I wouldn't have to take an additional day off work but nope, they don't ship dentures. So now I have to take an additional day off work the following week just to pick my mom's dentures up. The affordability and the fact the staff were really nice are the only things that saved me from giving this place a 1 star review.

If insurance information is required during online booking, it should be reviewed in a timely manner. Patients plan their schedules around appointments. Waiting until the day before to say, "We don't take your insurance, but you can pay out of pocket," is unacceptable and unprofessional. I pay for insurance for a reason. We have been at this establishment had had to wait and hour, to an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. As a result, they should pay me $35 because they are late. Time is money and money is time. This place is not a GREAT PLACE TO HAVE YOUR SERVICES DONE. And to top it all off, they will say that braces are coming off in a month and then the month comes and they will say, maybe another month or two. As a professional, you should absolutely know what's to anticipate with the care of someone if you have done this for a while. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE.
