I've been eating Diced for a while now and usually go with the bowl option but today I tried their wrap. SO good! I also tried their trio mix sauces and it's really good. I love DICE so much since they first started by Miami-Dade campus but TODAY they disappointed so bad. I have been to this location 3 times since it open. I decided to place an online order since it was groceries day and I was not going to have enough time to make a meal. I order 3 different bowl, one was with tuna which they didn't put so it was just rice ,beans and veggies and they forgot the avocado slices on all 3 bowls. Then I order 2 more bowls with forbidden rice since when i tried it i loved it. It was so hard I chocked while eating my dinner. What a horrible experience after a long day to have such a sucky dinner. read more

Terrible customer service I went in to order lunch to go and waited 40 minutes after complaining to the manager. They kept prioritizing in-house dining guest over to-go guests. I find this unacceptable. It should be first come first served. After the 40+ minutes that I waited I was no longer hungry, and the manager refused to give me a refund. After I received my meal, the order was incomplete. It was missing the chicken and the cilantro sauce that I requested which leads me to believe that it was made in a rush. I also had to remind him of the chips and Pico that I paid extra for. Not to mentioned that I had to tell him my name about five times. He seemed to be in a rush to get rid of me which I find odd being that he had taken his sweet time (a good 10 minutes) with the two girls that had just ordered while I waited for his majesty to entertain my complain. I will not be coming back especially now that I know there is a chicken kitchen in the same shopping center and its basically the same food for half the price and a third of the wait. I usually don't take my time to be a Karen and fill out reviews but, FYI Diced.... if we order the food to go, it usually means we are in a rush. read more

Love the name tag system so I'm able to show my appreciation for the hard working employees. Especially Addy , it was my first time here and she was extremely kind and made the process that seemed difficult very easy and delivered with a smile. Great portion, we ordered two chicken loaded bowls, one with brown rice, one with a black rice (I don't recall the name). Everything was super fresh, you can taste the freshness. My only complaint would be the there is no real flavor to anything. The chicken and rice were tasteless. If you want some kind of flavor you need to add a sauce so in reality all you are tasting is the flavor or the sauce you add to your bowl. read more
