We're an office of approx 70 employees and at least 6-7 of us order from Diced daily. We use to recommend this location to all of our coworkers because we love the food but unfortunately, we have strongly considered not ordering from this location again. Last week the management decided to stop allowing us to pay on site (cash or credit) and that instead we had to pay over the phone because the driver verbalized we "take 20 minutes to come get and pay for the food". This is false given that our elevators open directly into the reception and were all always anxiously awaiting our food. In addition, last time we were told the driver would not come up to the 3rd floor and that instead we would have to pick up our food downstairs. Our lunch time is limited to 30 minutes and we cannot leave line unattended to go pick up food downstairs. Its very unfortunate that Diced takes such unnecessary actions against customers who help pay for that drivers paycheck. I suggest management takes a closer look at how callers are treated and the kind of responses they receive for something as simple as wanting to pay in person (an option that DICED does offer). This kind of unappreciative behavior and lack of customer service is how you lose loyal clients. ***update*** spoke to the owner who will address this issue with his staff. happy that we can keep enjoying our delicious food with better customer service. read more

Visiting Miami? If you care about healthy AND delicious this place is a MUST !! The only thing I don't like is that there's not one by us in Tampa. Seriously unique, wholesome, amazing variety of selections and QUICK. How they do it all is crazy cool. Don't forget to ask for the House sauce. It's a mixture of the top three. I love this place! Nobody, not Panera, not Giardion, not Cheese cake factory, not pubic, not even offerdahl makes salads like these people do. They blow the competition out of the water.! You feel that you getting what you payed for and the food is delicious and fresh. Why not give them 5 stars well the salads are not cheap and they skimp on the dressing. Why? I don't know. I think that for the price you should be able to put the dressing amount you desire. I doubt anyone will empty a bottle in one sitting. I just find that to be unnecessarily stingy. read more

After reading all the reviews here I have to think that most people just settle for anything labeled healthy as great. The food here was mediocre at best and I venture to say that if they didn't top it with the special sauces, you would probably have a glorified salad. There are plenty of places that you can have an equivalent plate with more taste and better choices. I liked the concept but there were so many issues with the taste portion that I simply cannot give it even an average rating. The chips and salsa was a let down: very acidic tasting salsa with run of the mill chips. By the way I ordered a vegetarian bowl, no grains and was served the wrong kind of beans (Pinto instead of black). No tofu options, limited choices (again, you can go to Sweet Tomatoes and get a full salad buffet, etc.) A plus for having a fresh approach in an unexpected neighbourhood. I feel it needs taste refinement, I'm sure everyone here will disagree with me. I may have chosen the wrong options but shouldn't each and every one of them taste somewhat impressive? A really neat concept- I've already been there multiple times this week. It all starts with a friendly hello and then you get to order a bowl or salad & customize all the ingredients in it. I really like how they give you a substantial amount of vegetables- so you're filing yourself up with good stuff. They also offer tuna which is a major plus. I'm a big fan of sauces, and I have to say that pesto garlic cilantro sauce did not taste anything like pesto garlic cilantro, it taste like cheap ranch, the chicken taste fake and the white rice was watery. First time! Needed a low carb and health option. Got the chicken salad with everything except cheese or sauces. Nice big size enough for 2 meals. Everything tasted fresh! I'll go again and recommend!! Hooked! I've gone 3 more times already! The staff is great! You just couldn't buy all those ingredients individually at the store and prepare for less money or time! Great deal!! Update: Sorry! Lost a star. I haven't been going as much lately because it is somewhat of a hassle to get in the parking lot :( also, the portion size has gotten smaller and smaller :( Yesterday was the first time I go at a peak time and although the service was good, my portions were noticeably smaller...same price. I've tried this place a couple of times now since my bf works just blocks away. It is honestly a genius idea. It's healthy, fresh, the sauces are delicious and their fruit smoothies are so yum! I tried their strawberry banana. I've had their bowls, they come with a protein and a huge amount of veggies options and are very customizable. You can pick two sauces as well. The place is small it can probably fit about 4 small parties comfortably but is probably better suited for take-out. Staff is always pleasant. Never had any complaints. I just wish I had one closer to Miramar! I'd stop here for lunch before anything else in the area FOR SURE. read more
