Diced is my go-to spot when I'm too lazy to cook and I want something healthy. I live so close and was always frustrated that the only food to pick up was pizza or Latin food. Finally! We got Diced! I love adding all the vegetables they have to offer. Their dressings are so good. I always go for the steak because the taste is delicious. The service is great. Today I ordered on Uber eats and was unfortunately disappointed when both orders were completely incorrect. One missing protein (chicken) covered in sauce and the other completely dry (no sauce). I called, somewhat hangry, in hopes of the normal bowl I love and always enjoy from diced. Alfonzo, the manager, was almost annoyed at my complaints and rushed me off the phone not even offering a refund. I love diced! And I have been to 3 different locations in Miami, but this one is by far the worst! They skimp out on simple ingredients like rice! Such a waste of money! I am a regular Diced customer and never had issues at any of the other locations, but West Miami location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I would usually just skip the review, but not today! Most of my previous orders at this location are always missing ingredientes (even the meat!) or In an occasion I had my smoothie sitting just there because nobody bother to let me know, while is was eating outside. In addition to these facts, to which I can sadly say, I am already used to it (low expectations!) Today after waiting for 30 min at the the place for an online order I placed at my house! Getting there and asked for it (no complains so far... I was told I was not ready yet... still normal, but then again 20 min later and after seen people arriving, ordering right there and leaving before me, I decided to ask again. The runner with no much emotions checks and tell me "you order it's there", but I easily noticed they just forgot about it while tending the line. Again not complaining but already in a bad mood, the food runner see my face and that I was already mad, and didn't cared mich about it. 10 min later! He handled my food and with out any additional words says "there you go". I could hold my self I told him. "Next time at least say Sorry!" And right when he was going to complain about my terrible words, my wife pull me out. I am not coming back! read more

Little hole in the wall I'm so happy I found something super healthy and close to my home. I was really satisfied with the food, their service and their 3 special sauces mixed together. You can tell this place is good because they do get busy and there is about a 10-15 minute wait for your food. I would recommend coming here when you're sort of hungry, not starving. Tried this place today for the 1st time and I enjoyed it. It's not a fancy restaurant but food was quite good. Had the salad with chicken and all the veggies plus some quinoa and dressing on the side. My daughter had same but with avocado slices in lieu of quinoa. Both were good and fresh and a good size portion too! Also ordered chips and pico de gallo good size portion and although not home made chips they were good. I was disappointed at 2 things 1) they don't serve sodas with ice because they don't have ice. I thought that was very awkward since this IS Miami and our weather is hot, but sodas, tea and water are all bottled and cold in a fridge; 2) they don't have guacamole as an option for the chips. Other than that I like having this option close to home and the prices are perfect too. I'll have to try their bowl the next time I visit. read more

I rarely eat bowls but man this food was just so good I couldn't help but to order it again! I had the white rice black beans corn and two protein options the chicken and steak! Don't let me forget the sauce! It's a must all three sauces drizzled over the bowl. And you must ask for extra trust me you will get back up and go ask for more if you don't you'll be mad in a good way. Staff is very nice everyone there more then over the top service for one they are pet friendly in the patio area and provided our dog with fresh cold drinking water. And very fast with the food. The best part was I was full at a really fair price and didn't even finish. The portions are very nice. Very clean and very simple you pick your options and bam your bowl is ready. The tables were dirty, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper or soap. I decided to overlook this and proceeded to order my food. The girl who took care of me was very nice and walked me through the menu... I ended up with a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, lettuce tomatoes corn and cilantro and all the 3 sauces. If you're not in the mood for wraps or bowls, this is not the place for you. I loved the taste of my food, but they serve it in a small bowl that spills everywhere, and they didn't have knives so I couldn't really do anything about it.
