The food is alright but the staff is so rude, managers don't care about anything their employees are doing each time I walk in the store, constantly kids on their phone or talking amongst each other, not acknowledging the customers walking in the store who give them their hard earned money. I usually don't write reviews because I don't care enough but I've been coming to this location for over a year and nothing has changed. I don't even enjoy my food after the crappy service I received (excuse my language) I've told fellow friends and co workers how I feel and they agree after I bring it up, much rather go to the Doral location but it is so far from my job... please fix this issue!!! None of my co workers will be eating here again until there is some change. I suggest no one go in there if you want good customer service. Have no idea how they're still around.. read more

The first time I went in, I loved it. This time not so much.... To start off with, whoever you have in the front taking orders really shouldn't be the first person guest interact with. She sounds like she hates her job over the phone and is just as bad in person. Second, I placed the order over the phone and came to pick it up. I got there before it was ready and paid, so they knew I was there yet I had to wait 20 minutes and then ask about my food only to find out it was behind the cashier for the last 15 minutes because she didn't tell the food line I had arrived and was waiting for it. Lastly, my food is barely edible there is so much onion in it! I feel like I'm biting into a raw onion every fork full... Is the food usually good? Yeah, but is it a 5 star experience? Do you like fast food but want to try to eat as healthy as possible? This is a struggle that I face pretty often but after having Diced I always have a solid answer to this dilemma. Every time I visit the staff is always attentive and the service is quick and easy. If you have never been just imagine a bowl of nothing but goodness topped with home made sauces that will have you wanting to buy them for your house (which now they sell individually bottled). Every time I go I order the salad (healthier and a little larger than a regular bowl) with spinach, add quinoa, and pretty much all the veggies. If you are looking to really keep it healthy you can have the sauces on the side but to get the whole experience you should get it with all the sauces on top. My favorite is the guava but they are all great. The owner is often at the locations and is very friendly. They have been expanding so they have locations all around Miami but I recommend trying their new location at The Wharf. read more

Bland food and music is WAY too loud, one can't enjoy eating at Diced because the music is so loud and it is electronic dance music that is just constant bass etc . The food is likely nutritious but is largely carb based. The flavor combinations are not really complimentary. I had the steak and it was bland and under seasoned, my wife had the chicken and it had the same problem. Also for what you get it was actually a bit expensive for a fast food experience, one would be better off at a chipotle etc and can have virtually the same experience with more flavorful food read more

delicious food and great service. we ordered for delivery as first time customers and instead of getting frustrated when asking alot of questions, like any other miamian would, they were very patient and walked us through the entire menu. they took the time to give us their best service, which is always appreciated. if you eat alot, their serving sizes are suitable, if you are a frequent smaller meals kind of person, its enough for 2 servings. the chicken was white meat only which is great and the steak isnt tough or fatty which is ideal if you are trying to watch your fat intake. sauce is amazing, my favorite was the pink sauce and then ths guava. something has a great smokiness to it. all in all its definitely worth eatting there. I've lived in the area for almost 3 years and somehow just recently found Diced, what a true "hidden gem"!!! We were driving by and looked up the menu and decided to stop in. I got a bowl and my husband got a salad, and we both loved our meals. The ingredients are fresh and they add generous amounts of everything. The person person ringing us up recommended the strawberry/banana/acai smoothie and it was delicious!!! You can make any combination of smoothie that you like for a reasonable price. I went to this store today and ordered a bowl. Failed to provide what I asked for and the bowl was not even full. The second bowl I ordered had barely any food in it. You have me pay money for a meal that was half ass made. When I called to complain, apparently there was nothing that could be done. I don't know how you run a business and allow your customers to leave upset and do nothing about it. But that is not how a business is run. Never going again. Saying sorry doesn't justify that the employees working here aren't doing there job correctly. read more

I just discovered this place last week, recommended to me by my stylist Belkis who own The Beauty Point salon just next to it (she is wonderful too by the way!!). I totally love this place and I'm addicted to their guava sauce!!!!! I got the steak bowl which was delicious and they grill it to order! The guys are always super attentive and I've always received great service. The first time I came I didn't know about the sauces and they gave me a sample to try with chips and it was great.
