Everything is overpriced. Surprised they're still in business. Save your money & go across the street to Marshalls instead.

While it's certainly not the biggest store they do carry a very good selection of seasonal outdoor gear. Excellent Sporting Goods, Hunting, Fishing, and Camping departments for all of your outdoor sporting activities. They have pretty decent prices on most items and always move alot of clearance through out the store. They have a great selection of hiking boots in their shoe department at very competitive prices. The customer service here is pretty good for the most part and the staff seems to want to help with your shopping needs. I can recommend this store to be a very solid 4 stars.

I asked him for suggestions on certain sneakers- he could have care less. He made it clear in front of my friends we were not a priority and he was just down right rude. If I'm gonna spend 100 + bucks I want the experience to be worth my while and to have somebody who works there that is knowledgeable. I mean, if you hate your job so much and you don't wanna measure people and you tell them to just do what's best and you can't be bothered. Why then are you working there? Such a shitty experience.. these guys need to be trained on customer service and they need to be trained on their own product. Some of them didn't even know what a tennis shoe was or a pickleball shoe was. This is a very well-versed area. People should know what they're doing, want to be there or want to learn.

Changing rooms are buzz for a helper. Definitely enough staffers and people who are friendly to help all over. Three staffers were talking about one pair of ski boots they sold with the wrong insoles (it was the display old blue insoles instead of the new ones) and trying to find and contact that customer to the best of their ability. Good customer service, there. Winter gear almost all out in February, so end of season and clearance sales on some items, but not others (same snow bib for women was on sale, the men's version - not on sale? guess it's about how many they've sold?). Didn't really find any ski socks of note. Some jackets on sale. And some weird jelly bean flavors. Skip the bubble tea version, they taste terrible. Bike and ski services in the back. Prices aren't too bad, so hopefully would be smooth to get service. Will bring back my bike later this year to see what they can do about a sticky lower gear.

A staff did ask if they could help me but they just had other things to do seemingly. I ended up being there for a a couple of hours and purchased a large amount of items. (15 full price) and becoming a 'member'.The staff that let you in the fitting room were extremely helpful. Upon returning twice to return a total of two items, the cashier staff were rude and not caring, almost disgruntled. Very odd and won't be returning here even though it is close to work. I liked and enjoyed the shopping but the staff either get heat from their corporate people (which is probably the case) or are just very unhappy. I can't imagine why outdoor loving people would be unhappy!

He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. The entire team at Club Champion Livingston was awesome. Since I had such a positive experience with Justin Nowell from the last time I was here, I took a shot in the dark and texted him with no expectations for him to answer me. After all, I hadn't made any contact with him for 2 years and he must have countless clients that he's interacted since then. To my surprise, he messaged me back within the hour and laid out the days he'd be available to help me. When I arrived at the store after an agreed upon time, I was met with the same positive vibes I had years ago. It was like Justin and I were old friends and we hadn't missed a beat. Justin is a very genuine, friendly, and helpful individual. While waiting for my club shaft adapter to be changed and dried, we had a very nice honest conversation about life and golf. I believe what separates Justin from the rest is his ability to connect with people. When you're able to connect with people like Justin does, you lay the foundation to great friendships and future business transactions at the same time. I didn't feel like any typical large chain golf store where everything is very cut and dry. Kudos to Justin, he deserves the credit and reputation he has earned. I can proudly say that I will be going to Club Champion in Livingston for any future fittings and services because of how well I've been treated there.
