Bought a jersey online and after one wash, before wearing, numbers began to peel slightly. I emailed them and they got back to me the next day apologizing and gave me return info so they can fix it. I noticed that their store is only 30 minutes away so I asked if I can drive there and they confirmed I could. I went there the next day and the young man working remembered me. He was very friendly and he fixed the jersey with no issues. The store is nice and they have a wide range of soccer everything. Clothes, cleats, balls, equipment, cards, etc...I even bought a pair of cleats for my son who was with me while I was there. I would definitely work with them again.

I liked that there was no pressure to quickly buy. This store had many beautiful hot tubs on display, and I wanted to get one ASAP, but there were things to do before hand: like measuring my space, hiring an electrician and talking to a "crane guy" about placing the hot tub. Altogether, we have a positive experience.

"Welcome to our store. I am so sorry but we are closing in 5 minutes. Are you looking for something specific? I can give you a little direction." Over time, they have become attuned to what I like, and what I don't like. When I make an appointment, their attention is on me. They preselect items they think I would like. As to customer service, if I see something in the catalog that isn't available in the store, they will search the Talbots system to see if another location has my size. It IS a big store, so they often have a lot of ground to cover. But they are always ready and able to help you out.
